When I left the front tire was bumping.despite them supposedly balanceing my tires and an alignment. after 4 days and 2 messages left by me I still haven't heard from them. And yeah, I'm still having the same problem and I told them that when I brought it back and still didn't fix the problem.. then charge me 1600 for brakes and rotors one wheel bearing one tie rod, a lightbulb and two valve stands.... I was out of work for multiple days. I had to bring my car back., because they couldn't do their job properly the first time, and then charge me for the caliper that they couldn't do right. places is a joke if you want to get ripped off, go there! They wanted to charge me $1000 to fix them. When I told them that was too much money for rear brakes, they called me back and dropped the the price to $763. Still too much so I told them no and I would have my Uncle look at them. My car is currently in Poland at a family business and they just called to tell my rear brakes and rotors are completely fine nothing wrong with them!! I am beyond disappointed in Mastrovito! They were looking to make money off me. I can't imagine what they do to older customers and women. How many times have they tried to rip someone off. Any question I tried to ask i would get one word replies and felt like I was being rushed off the phone....like they didn't want to be bothered. I thought maybe they were busy or something. So, we walked out the door and went to GSE Performance and bought a pit bike from them.
