Since becoming a patient here, I have felt heard. They always take the time to address any and all concerns I have and run the necessary tests or send me for the correct referrals. Even difficult situations I observed with some patients having issues with not having their required paperwork or being non-compliant with pre-op procedures; everyone was handled professionally, with practicality and with their safety in mind. Because of this suppourt it ALSO helpded me get back on track to find out how to get me back in these schools cause all of the schools hated my IEP and they kicked me out and also wanted me to go to Gardner High School And Lienruburg High School Area since they where better with IEPS but now that i have someone to help i was hoping to get back on track as soon as i can... Bill Chapman is the most compassionate, intelligent hard working professional I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took amazing care of my son when he was recovering from brain surgery because of a cancerous tumor. He also took care of my husband when he ruptured his Achilles. Now, it was my turn with an arthritic knee. I have learned more about my body and what it is capable of from Bills educational physical therapy sessions. He doesn't just pop you on a machine and watch from afar or give you a quick routine that you could whip through on your own. The exercises, stretches, massages and progressive strengthening doesn't ever go without explanation, education and encouragement. He works tirelessly on your mind, body and spirit! It goes above and beyond what is probably expected and required of him. You always feel like the most important person in the room. I know I am getting much more than the BEST possible therapy. I tell everyone I know to go there and request Bill and no one is ever disappointed. I look forward to my visits and make sure I keep my end up at home with his plan for me. I don't want to do anything to jeopardize my progress that we have BOTH worked so diligently on. I am just as committed as Bill is to my recovery. The front desk is extremely nice and work with me and my schedule. I'm still walking and standing tall thanks to them with a lot less pain.

The physical therapist I worked with was able to help me relieve my pain and over time eliminate pain medications. After that she helped me get back to full strength. After searching for 2 years for help, being refused by 5 other chiropractors (they were afraid to get involved); I found Dr. Francis Ermilio at Gold Star Chiropractic. He is HONEST. He fixed the neck, spine in one treatment. I could use my arm! No more vertigo, the eyes... healed. I am still healthy, no vertigo... in year 2023! Thank God for this man! A nice Spanish man I met on the street one day referred me to Dr. Ermilio. (The reason I did not write a review in the past is; I was afraid the dishonest Chiropractor who injured me might give HONEST Chiropractors a hard time. Hello, I am writing…read morethis message because I feel that you have failed me as my Primary Care Provider. I have seen you or your NP, Mr. Abraham Ballah for my current condition with my back pain. The medication prescribed has been helping to get my pain from level 8 to level 5. An x-ray was ordered on the day that I saw Mr. Ballah. No one reached out to me to tell me my results. On 9/9 I left my job in an ambulance to the Emergency Department because of the pain in my back. The ED doctor suggested an MRI to see the Spine Center. The MRI was done on 9/8. However, the MRI was not read by the time of my appointment at the Spine Center with Jason Langlois, PA. on 9/18. It was a wasted appointment. I faxed my paperwork for PLML. You then referred me to the Spine Center to sign off on my PLML paperwork. Upon contacting the Spine Center, I was told that they do not sign off of PLML paperwork. I was also told by the representative that my PCP is supposed to help me with this. I spoke to the Dr. Chen at my appointment at the Spine Center on 10/18 about helping me with the PLML paperwork, and she told me that she has not ever done that. You, Dr. Semaan have basically dusted your hands with my care about my back situation once I saw the Spine Center on 9/18. I have been out of work since 9/9 due to my condition. My financial income has been severely my ability to pay my medical bills and caused a great deal of anxiety as well as bad mental health. I am unable to go back to work until a doctor listens to me. You, Dr. Semaan are my primary doctor. Which means to me that you are the doctor that should be my first PATIENT ADVOCATE! The person that referred you to me has left your care due to your poor bed side manner and lack of care for your patients. I will need to find another provider. They never smile, or make an attempt to assist a patient's when they need to change an appointment for x or y reason. Not sure why they work there. A better and supportive staff should be provided for Dr. Seeman. Her staff does not support her kindness!!
