I had given them a detailed list with all the dimensions of my furniture but still they brought a HUGE truck. So a 10 minute trip took 45 minutes. I just completed my move, and Unbreakable Movers were fantastic. They were so good, I hired them the next day to transport my extra stuff to Recology and Goodwill. There were a few reasons why I liked them so much: 1) Communication - Victor quickly responded when I reached out to him on Yelp. He also gave me his personal cell number, so I was able to text him immediately. 2) Able to accommodate our schedule - They actually came the very next day. I'm sure our schedules just aligned, but it was great that we were able to find a time that works for both of us. 3) Friendly - Extremely friendly and respectful team. I've hired movers several times previously, and sometimes, people don't always treat your stuff with respect. They were conscientious and meticulous, something that I find pretty rare. 4) Worked quickly - I was pretty nervous that it would take a long time, but Unbreakable Movers hustled while being careful. Great experience with Unbreakable Movers! They responded quickly to my quote request and were very professional in scheduling my move. Victor gave me timely updates on the movers' ETA on the day of my move. This was my first time hiring movers and honestly I'll never go back to moving on my own! I was moving a bedroom's worth of items and the two guys were FAST and got right to work, I was particularly impressed with how efficiently they organized all my smaller boxes into larger wardrobe boxes to help with moving up/down my stairs. They took great care with my more fragile items, as well as expertly handling a heavy dresser I needed picked up from a Craigslist seller. My only comment would be that there were some misunderstandings around the final invoice (overestimation of time taken/driving), but Alex resolved it quickly and we were able to correct it. Honest, friendly, and fast, Victor and his team made what would normally be a very stressful day a breeze, and they did it for a much better rate than any other moving companies had quoted me. Everything was properly secured inside the truck (which I believe is 26 feet long, but I can't remember for sure). I really can't recommend them enough. Want them to pack for you? They do it. Want them to disassemble furniture? They do that too. On moving day I wasn't quite finished packing and some of my furniture still had to be taken apart, but they were prepared with boxes and tools and got it done in half the time it would have taken me to do it. Pro tip: Schedule an appointment ahead of time to get a quote. This will give you an approximate time and a "do not exceed" price, meaning that no matter how long the move takes, you will not be charged more than what was quoted. They, on very short notice disconnected, blanket wrapped and moved our washer, drier, refrigerator, and other miscellaneous items, from one location, and delivered and set in place all items to another location about 15 miles away.
