My hub and I were super excited to try the Japanese cheesecake at Uncle Fluffy. When we entered the establishment, an employee looked at us as if we were an inconvenience (he seemed to be the boss/manager). He did not greet us in any way and he acted rude. We should have left, but fortunately, the person who helped us was kind and had great customer service. However, while we were ordering, the boss went behind the counter and started reprimanding one of the employees making the cheesecake in a way that was causing everyone discomfort. I felt embarrassed for the employee as it was unethical and unprofessional. I doubt we will ever return to this place due to the lack of professionalism. I cannot explain how good this cheesecake is. I wish I can take this home. ( I am visiting here and need to fly back home tomorrow.) Before I think of taking pictures or anything, I gobbled up all. Horrible service waited for 40 minutes in line when another customer told us the they were out of cheesecake. Walked up to an employee and asked she told me that they were out and had only 6 tarts left with a line still out the door. Non of the employees communicated or related the information so I did everyone left upset imagine waiting all that time. Oh and we still had like 10 people in front of us. The price is very high for the portions you get and the strawberry tart tasted like yoplait yogurt slapped onto a tart crust. Uncle Tetsu is a better choice than Uncle Fluffy. read more

I Arrived on a Saturday early afternoon and the shelves were bare when I walked in and I was told it would be an hour before cheesecakes would be available (any size) and I was not allowed to pre-order. I was waiting in my car for less than 20 minutes when I noticed a line forming. I went back inside got in the line and by the time I was at the front they had sold out and it would be another hour. Fantastic! I stopped to get hair color and saw this new business next door. I went in to Uncle Fluffy to see what their bakery was. I was helped by an awesome young lady by the name of Sandy. She gave me a free sample of this fluffy moist cheese cake that melted in my mouth. I was hooked. They have multiple toppings but the cheese cake is perfect as is. It's a small bakery but big taste.
