Hawaiian pizza, Veggie Lovers Combo Pizza
    Shashi W.

The pizza was really good! We were able to split our pizza to 2 different specialties! Veggie and Hawaiian! Pizza was really good when hot! Would definitely go again, we did carry out but the store looked really cozy would definitely need to go back to and dine in! Workers were really helpful when ordering!

I'm sorry to be this disappointed in a pizza. I orders off yelp 2 mediums one small and came out to $77.00. I have no problem paying that much for a pizza if it was good. I ordered two medium thin crusts with extra cheese and a small thick crust. The look and presentation of the pizza was much better than the taste. There was by no means any flavor in the crust. It tasted like matza pizza to say the least. There was definitely no extra cheese on any of the pizzas in my opinion so the 2 bucks up-charge for each was pointless The delivery was good but I was a little frustrated that the grub hub app showed my order was in progress event till after the delivery which did not let me dispute the unnecessary charges for the extra cheese. Overall, I was disappointed because I had been craving pizza for 3 days and this pizza did not satisfy my cravings. This place is for someone who wants to try a "specialty" pizza place with a not so traditional crust or dough taste. The thin crust rises kind of like a croissant does with air pockets so it looks like there's a mountain of cheese compared to the crust but that's just not the case. It looked the part just didn't taste the part. Sorry.

To give you an idea of what the pizza looks like. Not my favorite, tbh. Thin floppy skin, not chewy and kind of oddly smooth at the bottom.

My experience was a bit bizarre. I placed an order through Grubhub at 10:38 AM scheduled for an 11:30 AM delivery. This timing was critical because I only had a 15 minute gap in-between meetings to receive the food. Well, by 11:40 AM the food had not arrived. I called the restaurant directly and the nice gentleman that picked up apparently had no idea about my order. After sounding confused for a while and repeatedly saying my name as if he were searching for order in their system, he asked if he could put me on hold. Not a good sign. He gets back in the phone and says, "Yup. We got your order." When I asked where it was, he told me the driver wasn't there (at the store) and so he thinks it's on the way? Maybe he's almost there? Yes he phrased those statements as a questions to me. So I walk out to the parking lot to wait. I'm now late for my 11:45 AM meeting. At 11:50 AM, 20 minutes past my scheduled delivery time, a confused man looking like Uncle Tony himself drives slowly through my parking lot and yells from an older unmarked car, "Delivery???" from his driver's window. Mind you this is taking place is a business parking lot with customers around. It's a good thing I went out to wait for him, because heaven knows if he would have even texted me upon arrival, which is what the instructions said to do for my order. The food...it's ok. I got a large 3 topping pizza. It was not a bad price, at $14.19, but the crust isn't my favorite. It's thin, but floppy, not chewy and oddly smooth on the bottom. It's ok. The salad was good (mixed leaves, tomato, carrots, croutons, and cheese) and a good portion for an $8 salad. Undecided if I'll give them another try, to be honest. Maybe for a salad?

Very disappointed, and very pricey. I ordered the chicken garlic pizza with thin crust. Super thick crust no flavor ,really dried out not saucy at all.... Also ordered french fries. The french fries were undercooked without seasoning . Won't be ordering again. Shoulda picked up a frozen CPK garlic chicken pizza instead of wasting 33$

Uncle Tony is a winner in the pizza space! Absolutely loved my spicy hawaiin pie! I love their take on Hawaiin pizza because they use hot sauce and bacon as well as the usual pineapple and bacon. The crust was so yummy I can't wait to try other pizzas here. Very satisfying experience overall. Make sure to grab some ranch for dipping :)

I use to love ordering from this place due to the fresh ingredients. Unfortunately this time we ordered pepperoni and mushrooms. They used can mushrooms. WTH. So disappointed. Quality has gone down.

The salmon salad is my personal favorite and I order it constantly, but the avocado toast deserves its own moment. I brought a friend recently who said "avocado toast always tastes the same" -- and I told her not here. She understood immediately on her first bite. It is bursting with flavor in a way that has no business being as good as it is. I mean, it's bread, avocado, some cheese, fresh basil.... but it SINGS! The desserts are delicious, the server recommendations are genuinely solid (they actually know the menu and steer you right), and the service overall is warm and attentive. Special shoutout to Miles, who is always a joy and makes you feel genuinely welcomed every time. The space is small with both indoor and outdoor seating, but that's part of the charm -- it feels less like a restaurant and more like going over to a friend's house for dinner. They take real care of you here, attentive, superior, friendly service. If you haven't been, go. And when you get there, order the avocado toast -- even if you think you've had good avocado toast before. You haven't had this one. But seriously, anything you order will be great! What a crazy number of days, weeks, months we've spent without enjoying the good food and friendly service at this comfy, homestyle Italian eatery with a full bar and even fuller menu of properly prepared, seriously tasty dishes. The room is cheery and bright, while remaining welcoming. Not a sign of anything corporate here -- just homespun hospitality and good vibes from start to finish. Our server, Chris, was attentive and most accommodating, explaining various options to us newbies, and making my wife an offer she couldn't refuse: she was trying to decide between Chicken Parm and Cacio E Pepe, so Chris offered to swap the plain pasta side of the parm with Cacio E Pepe, giving her both dishes in one. Sold. You pretty much never see that kind of thing happening nowadays. And it was a great thing, to be sure. The generous portion of chicken was lightly fried and topped with an equally light tomato sauce that complimented the chicken and cheese rather than overwhelming them. The flavor and texture were spot on, and the robust Cacio E Pepe made for a very nice pairing. Me? I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara, once Chris assured me it was made the traditional way rather than doused in cream as so many places now do. And indeed, the spaghetti was textbook al dente, dressed with with egg yolk and cheese that combined into a richly satisfying sauce. The pancetta brought a touch of salt and plenty of smoky accents, making this about as top notch a version of this dish as you're likely to find in the Valley. Cannoli were sweet and rich; a wonderful palate cleanser at the end of our meal. A Pepperoni Pizza taken to go for our kids at home looked absolutely first rate. Did I mention my martini? Properly made, cool and crisp, and only $15. Quite the bargain for this side of town. Yes, Trattoria Del Sole came as a surprise, but it should be no surprise to anyone reading this that we'll be making this our regular haunt from now-on. I think you should, too.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a romantic date night, meeting friends for brunch, or simply treating yourself to an unforgettable meal, Ca' Del Sole delivers every single time. The food is exceptional. Every dish is beautifully prepared with the quality, elegance, and attention to detail you'd expect from an upscale restaurant in France or Italy--but at prices that are surprisingly reasonable. It's rare to find a restaurant that feels this luxurious without the luxury price tag. Their brunch is outstanding, dinner is absolutely spectacular, and every meal feels like an occasion. The service is equally impressive. It's not unusual to spot an A-list celebrity dining here, but what I love most is that everyone is treated like a VIP. The hospitality is warm, genuine, and consistently exceptional. The staff has a way of making every guest feel welcome, appreciated, and completely taken care of. I especially love the beautiful cabanas and garden patio. It's one of those places where you find yourself lingering because you simply don't want the experience to end. If you're looking for incredible food, world-class service, unforgettable ambiance, and one of the most romantic dining experiences in Los Angeles, this is the place. We parked in one of their 3 parking spots in the back and entered through the rear entrance. We were greeted by Aya who mentioned they were having some plumbing problems so we needed to sit in the front section of the restaurant. The place is pretty small and compact, with about 10 tables. It's family owned and been around for 25 years. The prices are pretty affordable for the portion sizes. Not much ambiance or decorations, but there was some nice Italian music playing overhead and some Christmas decorations that are apparently hung up year-round. Both Thomas and Aya waited on us and they were both pleasant and kind with nice smiles. Thomas quickly brought out some waters along with their complimentary focaccia that came with olive tapenade. The bread tasted old and stale and wasn't warm, but I liked the tapenade. Surprisingly, we were never asked if we wanted anything else to drink and also never got refills on our waters until I had to ask for one. I ordered the Italian salad with dressing on the side and I asked if the carrots that came in the salad were cooked or raw, since I don't like raw carrots. Aya happily suggested that they can cook me some carrots separately and bring them on the side, which is what they did. Even though the carrots were not really cooked that well, the gesture was still greatly appreciated. Other than that, all the ingredients were very fresh and the dressing was LIGHT, just how I like it. For our entrèes, I got the Pollo Della Cassa which came with chicken breast and mushrooms baked with mozzarella cheese, served on pasta with Alfredo sauce. ($24.95), with an add-on of shrimp (+$3.00 for 3 shrimps). I also asked for light sauce, not too soupy, and that's exactly how it was prepared. The food was piping hot, very fresh, and delicious. My son ordered the Pollo Limone ($24.95) that came with grilled chicken breast with lemon sauce on mushroom risotto. He was not the biggest fan of his food but still ate all of it. He also asked if he could get a side of veggies and they gladly brought out a medley of sautéed broccoli, zucchini, and carrots. We were not charged for the side of veggies and also the salad, which was very generous of them. To end the meal, you get a small complimentary square of Tiramisu which is a nice little treat. The customer service is truly the best part of this restaurant and you can tell that there is a lot of love involved here. They really care about their guests and want you to feel happy and satisfied. Due to some minor ticks here and there, I think I am going to stick with 4 stars overall. The restaurant was clean but just kind of unpleasant. You could also smell the bleach right when you walk in and sometimes the smell would waft through the air. It was also really hot in the restaurant and I don't think the A/C was working. They have one bathroom for each gender and they were very clean. I also asked for some change to leave cash for the tip, but Thomas told me they didn't have any cash in the restaurant. How can that be? Thank you Spumoni, Aya, Thomas, and the chefs. Will I return? Maybe, maybe not.
