It's always welcoming in here! We love to come here when we are craving authentic fettuccine Alfredo! The sauce is always good and the bread sticks are great as well! Love ordering here the wait is never long and the food is always great! Love this family owned business definitely would recommend!

Great food, great service, great people. They are so sweet and nice. Food is very fresh and made with love. We really enjoyed. Their place is clean too, and they don't ask you for a yelp review. They just make you go and leave a review by their great food and jigyarov(heartwarming) service. Thanks a lot!!!

Great local pizza and calzones! I run by this place almost every day and didn't realize they're open. The signage is right off the corner of Laurel Canyon and Strathern but that section is closed or being renovated. Only until I looked on Yelp is see people love this place! They didn't have paper menus but you can go online. If you order using their native Slice app/website you get 5% off. Parking available on street or in the attached lot. There is seating inside. Pizza was ready for pickup! It was hot and tasty. The calzone was cheesy and flavorful as well. Glad I checked this place out!

We ordered a steak sandwich. Bread was so good, fries were made right on the spot, tasted really fresh. They make the bread in house and you can really tell! I could've eaten the bread by myself. Overall really good sandwich! The girl who helped us was super sweet and helpful! She gets a 5 star! The only bad thing I could think of is the food took a bit long, probably 20 mins, but it could be because everything was made to order. Want to come back again to try the calzone!

As…read moresomeone who's never been much of a pizza person, I was honestly blown away by both their New York and Detroit-style pizzas. First off, the slices are huge, so you definitely get your money's worth. For the Detroit style, we ordered the Combo Americano because I wanted to feel a little healthier with the bell peppers and mushrooms. The thick, airy crust was crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and loaded with toppings. For the New York style, we went with the Wise Guy, and I'm not gonna lie--it might be the best pizza I've ever had. I don't know if it was the sausage with its subtle sweetness or the finishing drizzle, but every bite had this light sweet-savory balance that was incredibly addictive. The crust was thin with just the right amount of chew, and the flavors came together perfectly. If you think pizza is just pizza, Slice House might change your mind.

I would say their dollops of cheese are a game changer, it's between a butter and light melted cheese. Wise guy (triangle slice): If you're a fan of New York slices, I would get this slice over here. Nice ratio of tomato, cheese and crust. Tomato sauce tasted fresh. Overall 10/10. Would come back to get another slice. Angeleno pizza (square slice): Crust was a little more well done to burnt edge. This pizza was their recommended slice to get, but I wasn't a really big fan of their crust thickness cause it was a bit dry. I'm not sure if was because the crust was a bit harder. They were generous with their meat toppings on the Angeleno which was great.

Phenomenal pizza & world-class service…read more My daughter has been so excited to try this place--she constantly watches YouTube clips of their pizza while eating back home. Since we don't have a location up in the Bay Area, making a pitstop here during our SoCal trip was an absolute must. We visited on a Friday evening. It's located in a cute, cozy shopping strip, and we were able to find parking without an issue. Inside, the space is clean, bright, and welcoming, with great decor like a fun Godfather poster on the brick wall. We ordered the Spicy Spring and some chocolate chip cookies. Because it was a busy Friday night, our order took a little under an hour to make it to our table. Honestly, we didn't mind the wait at all because the hospitality here is incredible. The wonderful man behind the counter found out it was our first time trying the place and brought us a variety of complimentary slices of their other pizzas to try while we waited. It completely made our night! Here is the breakdown of the food: The Pizza: Incredible across the board. The crusts were remarkably light, thick yet airy, and not heavy at all. The sauce flavor is absolutely delicious. The Spicy Spring: This square slice stole the show. I especially loved that the top layer of pepperoni cups had that perfect touch of crispiness and crunch around the edges. The Chocolate Chip Cookies: Do not sleep on these! They are thick, soft, loaded with huge chocolate chunks, and finished with a perfect sprinkle of sea salt. As a final note, even the bathroom was spotless, which always says a lot about how well a restaurant is run. Amazing food, legendary customer service, and a 10/10 experience for the family. We will definitely be back next time we are in SoCal!

After all, some things lose their soul when they leave home. I am happy to confirm, this is not one of them. The remarkable thing is not that the pizza is good. It's that it feels faithful. Somehow they've captured the character of the original, right down to the chew of the crust and the balance of flavors that made people fall in love with it in the first place. They must be sourcing their water from New York, because they absolutely nailed it. Yes, it's expensive. Then again, so is nearly everything in Los Angeles, especially in Studio City. The difference here is that the price fades from memory the moment the pizza hits the table. This is one of those rare places where the product justifies the cost. If it's your first visit, begin with the Prince Perfection. Then make your way to the Spicy Pepperoni Slice, a piece of pizza that borders on indulgence and somehow still leaves you wanting another bite. Good pizza fills you up. Great pizza stays with you. Prince Street Pizza belongs firmly in the latter category.

We still make the trek to the North Hollywood location a few times a year, even though it's a bit of a drive. The pizza? Still fantastic. The staff? Always great. The storefront? Honestly... terrible. From a business standpoint, I don't get it. Why wouldn't you want to look like you're actually open? This location is already hidden from the street. If it's your first time, you have to really look to find it. And once you do, driving through the Burger King parking lot, it looks abandoned. Deserted. Like nothing's happening inside. You have one window facing the street. One. And instead of making it inviting, eye-catching, or even alive, it does the opposite. The old slogan was "One bite and we gotcha." Fair enough. But someone has to take that first bite. And when the place doesn't catch a single eye from the street, you're only serving people who already know they want Numero Uno. That's not how you grow a business. That's how you coast. New customers. New fans. More people discovering what might actually be the best pizza in town. That should be the goal. Look at the place. It's been like this for years. At this point, my only conclusion is that the owner doesn't want to sell more pizzas. And that feels irresponsible. Not just to the business, but to the pizza itself. Because there are people out there who deserve to eat this pizza. And they don't even know it exists.
