I recently purchased a Kia EV9 from Kia Garden Grove, and while there were some disappointing…read moreissues with the vehicle itself, the service and staff have been outstanding. After taking delivery, we discovered that the AC was not working, there was a significant dent in the fender that had been missed, and the vehicle was not as clean as I would have expected. Needless to say, that was frustrating and took away from the excitement of getting the car. That said, Kia Garden Grove has gone above and beyond to make things right. They provided a loaner vehicle, arranged to have the dent repaired, fixed the AC issue, and even delivered the EV9 back to me while picking up the loaner on the return trip. The staff has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I am still bummed about the initial condition of the EV9, but I really appreciate how they handled the situation and stood behind the customer experience. Overall, amazing service and a great team. I would just hope the vehicle inspection and delivery prep process improves so future customers don't run into the same issues.

On June 13, 2026, I went to Garden Grove Kia intending to purchase a brand-new vehicle. After reviewing my credit, I was told that because I was new to the U.S. and had a limited credit history, they would not sell or finance a new vehicle for me. Instead, they strongly pushed me toward purchasing a used vehicle with a very high interest rate. The vehicle they recommended already had a brake problem. I was repeatedly told that it was only a minor issue, that there was nothing to worry about, and that the vehicle would be repaired and ready for delivery by Monday. I trusted what I was told. Monday came, then Tuesday, Wednesday, and even Thursday, yet the vehicle was still not repaired and could not be delivered. That was the moment I realized the problem was probably much more serious than I had been told. While waiting, I carefully reviewed my contract and was shocked to discover that I had been charged approximately $3,500 for an extended warranty. During the sales process, I was led to believe the vehicle was covered up to 100,000 miles. I did not understand that I was actually purchasing a separate warranty costing thousands of dollars. As someone who is new to the United States, I trusted the people at this dealership. I honestly believed they were trying to help me. Instead, I now feel that my lack of experience with the U.S. car-buying process was used against me. When I told them I no longer wanted the vehicle and asked to cancel the transaction, I was first told that cancellation was impossible because I had already signed the contract. Only after I insisted and told them I would file legal complaints did the sales manager finally agree to cancel the deal. Then something happened that made me even more uncomfortable. The sales manager brought me additional paperwork and asked me to sign before all the information and checkboxes had even been completed. I signed because I believed the cancellation was finally being processed. After that, I was told my $1,000 down payment would be refunded. First I was told a check would be mailed to me. Later I was told the money would instead be refunded to my card. As of today, I am still waiting for my money. I have called multiple times, and every time I receive a different answer or no meaningful response at all. This has been the worst car-buying experience of my life. I feel that because I was a first-time buyer in the United States with limited credit history, I was treated as an easy customer to pressure into signing documents I did not fully understand. Instead of honesty and transparency, I experienced broken promises, changing explanations, delays, and a complete lack of accountability. I have completely lost trust in this dealership. In my opinion, they care more about getting customers to sign contracts than about treating them fairly and honestly. If my refund is not returned by tomorrow, I will file formal complaints with my bank, the California Department of Motor Vehicles, the California Department of Consumer Affairs, the California Attorney General's Office, and every other appropriate consumer protection agency. I will also continue updating this review until my refund is returned and this matter is fully resolved. Please learn from my experience: never rely on verbal promises, read every page of every contract carefully, and do not sign any document that has not been fully completed. I hope no one else has to go through what I experienced.

If you want to feel good about buying your vehicle Sam and his team at OC AUTOHAUS are the guyS to go too! When I called the dealership and spoke to Sam about a truck that I was interested in and came in a few hours later, he greeted me with kindness and immediately made me feel like he wasn't just trying to make another sale. He asked us questions about myself on the test drive and it felt like I was talking to a genuine friend and not a salesman. He was patient, understanding, and helpful through the whole process of what my end goal was and was very transparent about the whole process/vehicle and again didn't make me feel pressured or like i was just somebody he was trying to get a sale out of and get in and get out and it made me want to sign the papers even more. The main point that sold me was the honesty and transparency of the vehicle. He has told me what maintenancewas done n wasnt done.. other dealership would just say what a customer would wanna hear n lies about how good the car was but they had told me the background n history of the car. It meant so much to me and his words were very heartfelt and genuine. Everything else went extremely smooth and I will recommend him to everyone from now on who is looking to buy a vehicle. I am extremely grateful for all that he did, thank you Sam n team autohaus

After having a horrible experience at Carson Nissan the week prior, I made my appointment at GG Nissan. The Service Advisor, Kaleb, listened to my concerns and kept me informed in a timely manner. I was relieved to hear that they had two EV Service Techs on site. Turned out that my battery failed the load test and had a bad cell. Luckily, the 12 volt battery was still under warranty so it was replaced. I also appreciated Justin, who was approachable & answered my questions regarding service authorization. Victoria, the cashier, was professional and explained my bill to me. Big thanks to Ace who made everything run smoothly. GG Nissan valued my time, so I felt the team went above & beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer unlike the other location. Moving forward, I look forward to giving them my business.

AGAIN, DO NOT BEING YOUR VEHICLE TO FET SERVICED BY THIS NISSAN DEALERSHIP. The service was less than courteous, I'm not expecting to make a new friend but they could at least act like they cared.
