We've loved the pizza here for a long time but this was our first foray into the wings and snack items and they did not disappoint! I thought I would grab a couple of slices of pizza on a Sunday night. Usually I go to Dirty Water or Eataly but I had walked by this new place this week and I thought I would give it a try. I walked in with my Service Dog and wanted to order to go and decided to just order what they had on hand. The woman owner came running over and started ranting about they don't allow dogs. I told her my dog was a service dog and beside I wasn't eating there, I was just getting to go.She continued to rant about the laws and what they said. She obviously didn't know what they said as she was completely wrong about the laws regarding service dogs. I know because I have one! I thought it was over, I already paid and was about to leave when the husband couldn't let it go and decided to ball me out. (I am an almost 80 year old woman). He went on and on about the laws (again he had no idea) just to act like a big macho guy acting like an idiot by saying "I love you". How insulting. I suggested he actually read the rules regarding service dogs and he kept saying "I love you. The pizza was ok. The crust was too thick for my taste and I ordered only what was on hand, but there are too many places to get pizza to give these aggressive and insulting people your business. I certainly hope that anyone with a disability with or without a service dog does not go there and anyone who wants a pleasant experience ordering a couple of slices of pizza to stay away from this place. By far the most amazing pizza in the city of boston! We went w/ half pepperoni and half chicken bacon ranch. The chicken bacon ranch had thee PERFECT ampount of ranch chicken AND bacon. We were attending a wedding across the street at the Holy across Cathedral. One of the things on my sister and my mind was the pizza place we saw across the street. After the ceremony, while waiting for our shuttle back to the hotel, seven of us ran across the street to Union Park Pizza. We were greeted warmly and my sister got a slice of the vegetarian pizza and we ordered one pepperoni and one of the meatier pizzas. The vegetarian pizza was so good and crispy, she said it was one of the best she ever had and went back for a second slice. The chocolate chip sea salt cookies were also sooo good so we got a few more of those after trying one. Pizzas were ready in 15 minutes and we took them back to share with the other guests in the shuttle. Great experience overall and great tasting food! read more

Read the Yelp reviews & ordered a pizza & can of colathrough a link on Yelp to GrubHub. It arrived quickly, but there was no soda. I caught up with the GrubHub driver, who said he just delivers what they give him. So I called the pizzeria. The person who answered put me on a brief hold, while he went to get a man (I believe his name is Joe), in charge. I explained the situation. He checked the order, decided I lived too far away to get the soda to me in a timely manner. So he canceled the charges! Wow, that's a rare thing! It's actually a "the customer is important" thing to do. So there's integrity here. And there's also delicious pizza! I lived in NYC until 2014, before moving to Oregon. Can you believe they put cheddar cheese on pizza here? Even the frozen pizza has cheddar. There's also sometimes sourdough crust! I don't know what that is, but it isn't pizza. When Giant's Pizza moved far away, I pretty much stopped eating pizza. So of course when I went to Boston I wanted real pizza. This pizza did not disappoint. The flavor was there, sauce & cheese in perfect complimentary proportions, the crust perfect. It could easily be sold in an Italian neighborhood in NYC, it was that good. I'm bummed I did not take a photo when we ordered our three take-and-bakes. I was so impressed with the vacuum seal. I found the way they re-opened thoughtful and genuine in their commitment to safety for both their staff & customers. We've had their Standard, Meatball, Pepperoni, Quatro, Chicken Bacon Ranch and Buffalo Chicken (so, all the healthiest ones of course...). All of these have been delicious, crisp, well-baked and flavorful. We like both the normal crust as well as the slightly thicker one for their take-and-bakes. We didn't notice too much of a difference between the two. My husband loves their ranch. We get the large one and then he eats it with tortilla chips throughout the week. We appreciate that they've worn mask and gloves for the pick-ups and have a smart system in place for take-out. We moved outside the city to one of the suburbs about 20 minutes away. During the quarantine we've been driving into the city to pick up their pizza. That's how much we like it. read more

Highlights: Caputo's 00 and 4 Star Farm flour blend which makes a gluten sensitive girl so happy - I had ZERO reaction. Recently I was told about the magic of Caputo's 00 flour on a gluten-sensitive diet but had not yet tested this theory. Initially, I went to their site to see if they offered gluten free crust (they do, but it is not listed on the site or flier), but when I saw Caputo's 00, plus the non-GMO western MA flour, I was intrigued. I grabbed a couple slices and NO REACTION. Laaaaa! Can't say it's fine for everyone who is gluten sensitive - but it worked for me. Do your research. Long story short: Caputo's 00 YAY! So I randomly came across this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. I ended up getting a half and half pizza. Half cheese, half buffalo chicken. I ordered over the phone and the nice gentleman told me it would take about 20 minutes to be ready, which was spot on. As soon as I got there to pick up my pizza, the gentleman at the counter asked me if it was my first time getting a pizza there, I told him yes, and he offered me some of their homemade ranch sauce to go with the pizza - an amazing touch on the buffalo. When I got back to the house, the pizza traveled very well. Perfect texture and saltiness on the cheese. Great cheese-sauce ratio on the cheese pizza. Amazing. The slightly crispy edge on the crust gave this pizza some great character. The buffalo chicken pizza was amazing as well. Usually when you get buffalo chicken on pizza, the chicken is dry or flavorless, not here though. This buffalo chicken pizza was amazing. From the chicken, all the way down to the drizzle on top. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars. We got lost on the way and could have easily given up and settled for somewhere else but I'm so glad we stuck with it and came here! 1. Customer service is awesome. Cashier saw me admiring another slice of pizza after he put mine in the oven and offered to switch it out multiple times. I thought that was great as far as customer service goes. 2. THE PIZZA. Oh my gosh. Perfectly crunchy, chewy, cheesy, delicious goodness. Pie was perfectly thin with the right amount of crust cooked to perfection. The red sauce is rich and flavorful. Cheese and all toppings were high quality. Had pepperoni and buffalo chicken. My husband usually finishes my meals and when he reached for my last few bites I told him he could only have one bite and had to give it back- I would be finishing my second slice regardless of my very full stomach. He then took the biggest bite out and handed it back with a look that said he wanted to keep it for himself. 3. The chef/owner seemed genuinely and humbly appreciative when we expressed our enjoyment of his food. If we were local this place would be a Friday night staple and I would be dragging friends down here for lunch on the regular. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I'm a New Yorker and I'm always down for pizza. I came with my boyfriend and we each got a small pie and ate the whole thing. It's definitely worth it. I hope they expand! My boyfriend ordered one of their draft beers and I tasted it, mind you I hate beer and it was delicious. 10/10 We ordered Buffalo ranch and the hometown, highly recommend. Some of the best pizzas you will taste in Boston - seriously! The buffalo chicken and barbecue chicken pizzas are amazing. You cannot go wrong with a traditional cheese though. Everything just tastes so good there on the light crust and locally sources meats and cheeses. Hope they start selling the homemade meatballs! Happy to see they are growing and doing well.
