These guys are wonderful. Like others have mentioned, the design process is a bit old school but allowed me to get an idea of the shape of the kitchen. Once they chalked it out in the ground I was able to stand in the area and visualize myself using the space which allowed me to ask them to make it 3 ft bigger. Their workmanship is top notch and Luis and Mike are great at what they do. They provide suggestions based on what some of their past clients have done which have all proven to be great adds to our outdoor kitchen. As others have mentioned make sure you understand all of what's included in the initial estimate especially the parts that are time and materials based as those can balloon quickly. Overall these guys were great and I would hire them in a heartbeat. Everyone we've had over had been blown away by the kitchen, pavilion and fireplace! read more

I appreciated that the team at Unlimited Outdoor Kitchen were willing to take on our small (but challenging) project. We needed a new natural gas BBQ grill installed in our outdoor island. But the previous grill was very narrow and deep so we needed for someone to cut out a few inches on each side from the concrete block island to fit the new BBQ, and help us install custom made metal flashing in the back to fill the remaining hole. The team came out quickly and did the work which took the better part of a day, plus a repeat visit to install the flashing. We can't say enough positive things about this company. Michael came out to our house (early Saturday mornings to fit our work schedules, mind you) on two separate occasions to help us design our outdoor kitchen. He was thorough, willing to answer the ridiculous amount of questions that we had and very patient, especially the second time out when we decided to completely change our layout. We received 4 other bids, but knew this was the company for us. They were definitely not the cheapest, but their craftsmanship was by far superior to the others. Once we signed on, Cassidy was on it. She got us our contracts and our deposit invoice the very same day. When we had more questions, even wanting to make an additional change to our equipment, she responded very quickly to our emails. She put up with my many many many questions and check-in emails, always being willing to help or provide information. We did have to wait two months for the build to begin as they were so busy, but once the build started, everything moved quickly. Brian was great! He answered my phone calls when I had questions about electrical and plumbing, was on time for the day of the install and did an amazing job with the actual cabinet install and stucco work. Luis and Henry came out after the granite was finished. They painted our stucco beautifully and installed all appliances. I appreciated them taking the time to show us how all of the new equipment worked as well as provide us some helpful hints for best cooking methods and cleaning. When we first signed on, we were given an end of May finish date. Other than the backordered refrigerator trim, they made it happen, which we were very pleased with. All I can say is wow! Our dream kitchen is completed by this wonderful company. I have to admit it is a long process but it's all worth it. Michael came over and did all the estimate for us and asking what we like in our outdoor kitchen. My wife and I would like and high end kitchen outside our yard because our hobby is to cook. So basically the process starts with the design of your kitchen. Then you half the team to do a layout in your backyard to show the approximate size. Then they come in built the Framework of your island. The next step is that we need to get your own plumber and electrician to do the gas and electrical lines. Then you get to go to the recommended vendors to get your tiles and countertop. The next step is the install team comes in to start doing your countertops. Then you have a tile team the surround of the island. The last step is where the Appliance install.
