Two of the company's service men said it was the circuit board and both estimated $995/$997. This was validated by an independent contractor as well. Due to rerouting of the duct during remodeling, we had uneven distribution of air between upstairs and downstairs. Victor was very professional and understanding, and was able to repair my AC problem very quickly. While another company came and said "oh you need a new control board". That company never came back to install a new control board despite numerous attempts on my side to schedule an install.
