Food was great but service was horrible. Placed an order and waited 20 mins only to be told that they lost my order. Once I showed them my receipt, they told me they would make my order again. I waited another 15 mins, and got up to see where it was. It was just sitting there on the prep line. Once I pointed it out to the cashier, she said, "oh, my bad", and she handed it to me. We were in the mood for chicken and my husband likes spicy chicken. This location popped up on yelp as a nearby restaurant so we decided to give it a try. I got the mild and it had some heat to it. The chicken came out steaming hot because it's not cooked until you order it. The Texas toast was delicious and offset the heat of the chicken. The chicken tenders were huge! We ordered an Oreo shake to go and the flavor was amazing. Thick, rich and creamy. We will be going back soon! read more

Walked in and was asked if I was picking up I said no I wanted to order. The team member walked away and no one came up to take my order so I left. I wish I could give 0 stars. I haven't eaten the food yet so I can't say how it taste. I ordered an extra tender which they charge $3 for and when I got home which is pretty far from the location I see I did not get my extra tender. I called the store and the lady at the front counter put the team lead on the phone. He sound slow like he knows nothing . No type of management or team lead skills at all. I explained to him what happened he told me there's nothing he can do about it that I would have to come back to the store I advised I stay a far distance and that's not an option and to just correct the order total to reflect $3 less for the missing tender. He tells me there's nothing he can do and I would need to save the food and come back tomorrow. So I ask what am I supposed to do for dinner tonight i don't want a refund for the full meal just the one tender. Basically there's absolutely nothing they can do for their mess up the only option is to save all of my food and make the trip back to the store! I told them just keep it as a tip and I would be writing a review. Based off of this experience I won't be back . read more

Do not waste your time coming here it took them over 30 minutes to get the Sando sandwiches out absolutely unacceptable if the food was any better it would have been worth waiting unfortunately it wasn't. My husband and I come here at least once a week if not more and we love the food. Tonight unfortunately was a bit of a different experience. We walked in and the floors were sticky, the tables were dirty and no ice in the drink machine. There were 3 guys in the back by the food area standing, leaning against where the food was to be prepared talking and on their phones. The young lady that took our order seemed to be the one really working. She was at the cash register and putting food in bags while the others stood around. A few other people came in while we were waiting on our food and the same guys were standing around. I kept watching to see if they ever helped or moved but they did not. Even when we left after eating they were still standing around while a couple of others worked. To me, they could have been more productive and helped behind the scenes or up front cleaning up tables and wiping up the floor. Again, terrific food - no complaints there. But it seems the staff needs some coaching and better training on working as a team and not standing around watching. read more
