Fish tacos with a side of salad...and Whistler ale.
    Becky M.

When one arrives too early at the airport for checkin, there are only a few decent food options. This is a decent spot for food, and is the only (?) restaurant style option on this side of the gates. They have a nice selection of food, ranging from salads and vegetarian options to burgers, wraps and even pork ramen. They also serve local beer, wine and cocktails. There's a small bar area inside. I ordered the fish tacos (comes with 2, a fair size) with a side salad. If you order just tacos, they come with a side of fries for 16.99; with an upgrade to salad, it's $2 more. I found that part a little pricey. I think it'd be good to just substitute the fries for salad. The beer was 9.69 for a pint (airport prices!). The service is good. The food came fairly quickly and the server came to check on me regularly. The prices are typical airport prices for food, a little pricier than outside the airport. This is a good stop.

20 minutes to get a beer, asked to pay up at the same time. 15 minutes. The bar was not busy but the servers seemed lost

We ate here while staying at the airport Fairmont. Okay food, Indian chicken sandwich and local beer. Crazy expensive!

A great place to hang out, especially when you have to spend 3+ hours waiting to check in for a flight.

The bun was incredibly fresh, light, and pillowy, while the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the perfect balance of richness and tang from the kimchi. The pickled vegetables added a bright crunch that tasted incredibly fresh. We started with the salmon tartare, and it was phenomenal! Rich, buttery, bursting with flavor, and so good we were literally fighting over the last bite. And the scallop? Order one for each person. Seriously. It's far too delicious to share. It had just the right amount of heat, leaving the perfect lingering warmth that immediately made us want another. Do yourself a favor and give yourself enough time to work your way through the menu, because every dish we tried was outstanding. Each plate was thoughtfully curated, beautifully executed, and cooked to perfection. I like to call it the C³ trifecta: curated, created, and cooked. Without question, this is some of the best food we've had in a very long time. We can't wait to come back (when visiting) and continue eating our way through the rest of the menu.

Ambiance was great - super warm and welcoming which was magnified by the host. Super lovely. Then the wait staff. Whoever is hiring/training is doing a great job! Not drinking right now but the cocktail menu was super tempting. Every menu item sounded great. We got some help on ordering from our servers and Tanya picked ones she had enjoyed before. We also sat right beside the pick up window so it was fun seeing food come out! The food was fantastic. See pictures for what we ordered. Not sure if I can remember the names of everything but it was a perfect combo!!

The decor for a hotpot place is very nice. Walked in and was greeted by a nice hostess who helped get my family seated. She then asked if it was our first time which we said yes. She proceeded to explain the different soups and foods along with the ordering process which she did an amazing job. There were many soup base to choose from along with your choice of unlimited protein. You could order as many as you want if you can finish it other wise there would be a fine for wasting food. We ordered just enough as we ate since we weren't trying to stuff ourself but eating a super late dinner. They had a good variety of food that all looked fresh and in an appealing layout. Meat came soon after every reorder and they topped off our soup often. Only thing I would improve is the fruit and dessert bar. Real estate is smaller so not much room for a bigger selection than the other AYCE hot place I've been too. Overall I would come back next time and definitely worth a visit for hot pot lovers.

We paid our bills and was finishing up our ice cream when the server came up and asked multiple times if we have paid. We informed him that we did and he hovered over our table insinuating that we were trying to skip our on our bills. It was very bizarre as he was the one who took our payment and we assumed he can see that the meals have been paid on his tablet. It was a very unconfortable experience and ruined our evening.
