This is our favorite breakfast. Get on the wait list so you can get right in. The food is amazing and the service is always great.

Cinnamon roll pancake

My daughter and I headed to Urban Egg STARVING. PSA if using Maps for directions - it took us through an alley but actually the restaurant faces College Ave. We were warmly greeted by Sam who ended up being our server. We immediately had drink orders taken and recommendations offered. The menu has something for everyone- pancakes, French toast, chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, bennys, omelets, and the there is a healthy choice menu as well as gf items; Non alcoholic as well as alcoholic cocktails, juices, and coffees available. I ordered a cappuccino to start with and it had a TON of froth on top- perfection! My daughter had a juice drink called the Cure- it was a bit heavy in the coconut water for her taste but it was delicious and came with a fresh slice of pineapple. We selected The breakfast sandwich and the blue corn huevos rancheros and we split a side cinnamon roll pancake. Let's talk perfection in a pancake-- this topped anything I've ever tasted- the fluffiest, softest, flavorful pancake. Perfect drizzles of cinnamon sugar covered with frosting. So so good. Lemon ricotta pancakes will be the choice next time. Didn't need syrup but it came warm and, heck yeah! Both our dishes came with hash browns which for our preference could have used a bit more crisp and salt( salt easily remedied). The breakfast sandwich had scrumptious, thick sourdough and generous portions of bacon, with pesto aioli and eggs of choice. Every bite was eaten, even the crusts -(adulting)! The huevos rancheros were tasty- perfect base of crunch but the main attraction was the soft and flavorful scrambled eggs and chorizo topped with Avacado crema. Taste buds satisfied as well as our hunger. Although we came in starving we had food to spare. Sam was attentive and friendly and we lingered in a comfortable setting. Ladies- check out the wishing wall in the restrooms- cute customer forward touch! Prices reasonable for all the food- you won't be sorry checking this place out.

This was my first time ever trying it and it wasn't too bad. I ordered the Rocky Mountain corn beef hash and a mango mimosa. The corn beef hash was really good. You could tell it was homemade and not from a can. I like how some of the edges were crispy. It's a really big meal so don't eat before you go if you get this. My mimosa was delicious as well. Our service was top notch super friendly server and the place was just simple nothing out of the ordinary

Stuffed French Toast

Great service, and the food is delicious! When I ordered the Stuffed French Toast I was expecting to be actually stuffed with the cream cheese, but it's basically just spread in between bread slices, so I was a little disappointed with that.

Absolutely had great service. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Place was very clean and inviting. It had a real Colorado vibe. Menu was varied. Many breakfast dishes that are not common at most breakfast restaurants Our breakfasts were great. This place is a real gem!

Over cooked dry biscuit. Also, it's the only time I've ever had bad service here.

This was the first time I've had a sub par experience here. And it was all the way around. I was sat at a dirty table even though close to half the tables were empty. My biscuit was over cooked and too dry to eat. Also, it's the only time I've ever had bad service here. It took me over 30 minutes to get my waitresses' attention for a refill on my water. Meanwhile she kept walking past me and my table to wait on the tables to either side of me. My mouth was so dry that I had to stop eating. Over all terrible experience this time. If it weren't for the fact that all the other times I've been here it was 5 stars, I'd have rated it lower.

Sis and I shared a Mediterranean Panini with chicken and no hummus. They actually brought it on two plates and split the fries. Very beautiful presentation. Unfortunately the fries weren't really warm and were kind of blah. But the sandwich itself was tasty. Two friends each had a margarita pizza, which comes on a cauliflower crust. They should've shared it because both took half home! Again, it was a beautiful presentation. They both said it was very tasty. Sis and I each had some tomato soup and it lacked flavor unfortunately. Instead, I accidentally took her to intermittent fasting with table service. We both ordered bowls. She got the Pineapple Bowl ($21), and I got the Lazy Dog Bowl ($20). When they arrived, we honestly thought maybe the rest of the meal was still coming. Nope. That was the whole production. Each bowl featured what appeared to be half of a chicken breast. Not "about" half. I mean it genuinely looked like one chicken made the ultimate sacrifice so two entrées could exist. Somewhere in the kitchen a chef is holding a ruler saying, "Easy... if anyone gets an extra bite, corporate loses twelve cents." I've had Costco samples with more commitment. The best part was watching my wife try to convince herself she was full because she didn't want to ruin date night. That's when you know you're in trouble. When your spouse starts chewing slower because she's hoping time will create calories. You know how sometimes you get annoyed when the waiter or manager keeps coming by asking how your meal is and if everything is alright? The good news was that Lazy Dog definitely doesn't have this issue: Nobody asked how the food was. Not our server. Not a manager. Not a passing employee. Not even the emotional support dog I assume inspired the restaurant's name. It was almost as if everyone already knew the answer. The only thing that arrived promptly and confidently was the bill. For over $40, I wasn't expecting to leave stuffed, but I was hoping to leave without wondering whether we should split a cheeseburger at the drive-thru on the way home. I've seen airport salads with a stronger sense of abundance. The food wasn't bad. That's almost what makes it worse. It tasted good enough that I wished there had been... more than six bites of it. Lazy Dog, I came hoping to impress my wife. Instead, you gave us a memorable evening, a shared chicken breast, and the strongest argument we've ever had for eating before we go out.

Was seated quickly and…read morehad my order taken quickly as well, of which was a breakfast burger, some grits, and a basket of biscuits. The person who answered told me it had left the store and implied it had been delivered. While I was on the phone with this individual at 5:49 it was delivered. This was 1 hour and 9 minutes after the pick up time of 4:40 pm recorded on the receipt. So, the food was stone cold. When we opened the bag, we found we were short the two $6.00 Strawberry French Toast add ons. So, I called the restaurant back. Talked to same person and explained my new problem. She cut me off and told me to call the delivery service. I told her I ordered through CB app. She placed me on hold and told she needed to talk to her manager. Okay, no problem. A few minutes later a manager came on the line and apologized, said she would talk to the delivery person and issue me a refund. She said she would do it now before she forgot. Well I guess she forgot or just blew me off because no refund was issued to my card. Today, I tried to lodge an issue report on the app, but it's a AI Assistant which is simply another way to not interact with a customer. It did offer to connect me with a live agent. Why do I want a live agent? They didn't do anything for me yesterday. I like CB food, but the customer service issues at this restaurant are chronic and persistent over several visits and over several months. I am not likely to return. 4/17/2026 Update: Yesterday, a refund for a portion of my order posted to my card. So, CB did follow through with refunding a portion of my order. Thank you CB. Consequently, I changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

Embassy Suites charges $15 per day for parking. Why this cannot simply be added to the hotel bill is beyond me. After a long day of driving, I could not get the QR code to work at check-in. A staff member suggested the hotel's concrete structure was the cause. Repeated attempts to access the system were frustrating, and the employee admitted they receive frequent complaints about it. I called the number listed under the QR code and got no answer. Frustrated, I even asked to cancel my reservation. A manager eventually stepped in and manually entered my information on a hotel computer. I also dislike having to provide personal information to a third party just to park at a hotel where I am already a paying guest. Reviewing PMC's privacy policy only increased my concerns. If Hilton continues expanding these systems, it will influence where I choose to stay in the future. Aside from the parking issue, the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean and spacious with a 1990s vibe, and the property has a bar, a small gym, and cooked food on-site.

We came here on a Thursday afternoon at 2:45pm…read more The place was pretty much empty - so we sat ourselves as it took a while for someone to come out and serve us. No big deal since we weren't in a rush. My honest opinion would is that you go in here knowing that this is a Chain restaurant and not an Authentic Mexican restaurant then you won't be disappointed. The food was good for what it was - although perhaps a bit too salty. The food did take a while to get out to us - but again we weren't in any rush. The biggest disappointment for me was the Chicken Fajita, as you see in the picture, there's barely any vegetables and chicken on the plate. I'm used to attending a Mexican restaurant and that plate being full of vegetables and chicken - stacked high and barely being able to fit on the plate anymore. You wouldn't even need to have the tortillas or cheese beans rice etc because that plate alone would be super filling. $16 for what you see in the photo is disappointing. Overall this review gets a 4 stars but on an accurate scale it's more like a 3.7 stars out of 5. Again the food was good - although a bit salty for my taste. However as I stated before, treat this as a chain restaurant (for that's what it is) and not an actual Mexican restaurant and you won't leave disappointed. Portions weren't great - quite small and not worth the high $16. They should lower it to $11-12 in my opinion. 3.7 out of 5, so not bad, just not great either - it's ALRIGHT
