She cut me off and told me to call the delivery service. I told her I ordered through CB app. She placed me on hold and told she needed to talk to her manager. Okay, no problem. A few minutes later a manager came on the line and apologized, said she would talk to the delivery person and issue me a refund. She said she would do it now before she forgot. Well I guess she forgot or just blew me off because no refund was issued to my card. Today, I tried to lodge an issue report on the app, but it's a AI Assistant which is simply another way to not interact with a customer. It did offer to connect me with a live agent. Why do I want a live agent? They didn't do anything for me yesterday. I like CB food, but the customer service issues at this restaurant are chronic and persistent over several visits and over several months. When your spouse starts chewing slower because she's hoping time will create calories. The good news was that Lazy Dog definitely doesn't have this issue: Nobody asked how the food was. Not our server. Not a manager. Not a passing employee.
