I looked at both and asked which would be best. He suggested two rolls of Ram Board Seam Tape for airport sturdiness. I got home and when I started to use the tape it appeared it wasn't so strong. I googled the tape he sold me and AI informed me that the tape was NOT for packing boxes at all and NOT a good choice for such a task. So, either he saw me coming and wanted to get rid of the tape or he didn't know. Either one is unacceptable. BUYER BEWARE!

That alone makes a huge difference. What really stands out is the staff. They're friendly, helpful, and they actually smile. I never felt like I was interrupting them or pulling them away from something more important. It's a completely different vibe from the FedEx store where you can hear employees talking about who is going to help the customers up front. Here, you walk in and you're taken care of right away.
