I went to there today, and there is a guy named CHUEY WOO, who is a horrible worker!! and I complained that I was treated unfair to the supervisor Luis, guess what did he say! " even you call the customer service, it will come to our office." WHAT? So if I was treated illegally, and I even can't speak out my feeling?? What a horrible service! and what the horrible person they hired!! This review is for the Chinese lady at the passport service at Rosemead post office name "Emmy". This is rude lady I ever seen in my life. I was polite to ask her a question, and her response was so rude...."I know what was you mean....." And walk away inside. I was like...what the hell. I don't understand why this lady still have a job there with the way she service the customer. We there to pay for your service, we did not ask for free, don't give us that attitude. My camera frequently catches some of the postal carriers kick my packages. Not nice...

Apparently I'm not the only person having an issue with this lady named Emmy. I went in for a passport, went to the counter and all of a sudden she leaves. Waited for a while long and then she said all tickets have been issued and there aren't anymore. She is rude and completely think she's above everyone else. The way she treated me and everyone else is an indication of her character. I'm surprised sure hasn't been fired yet but hey, you're the representative of your company so maybe that's why USPS is going bankrupted. It only takes the bad apples to sink a company. read more

This is the first time USPS has helped and I really appreciate it. I mistakenly made a typo to the address number for an online order. The company I ordered from would not adjust the address even though it was not shipped yet. I tried to call the direct USPS phone line, very bad experience. Waited more than 30 mins on hold for a heavy accented lady to tell me she could not do anything to help.. I called this local location and even though they did not have the package in possession, they told me they would help with the address change if the package goes thru their location. A couple days later, my package arrived with a hand written address change. Thank you for completing the delivery and providing excellent customer service. read more

I can see why people rate this location very low. HORRIBLE service . There's DEFINITELY PREFERENTIAL treatment if you are not the same color as the representative helping you . So the lady that initially help me is African American and she COULD have answer my SIMPLE questions but insisted I needed to wait for another gentleman. So I waited almost an hour to find out that the person that suppose to help me with SIMPLE questions gets his answers from the same African American representative that initially didn't want to answer my questions. she gave the same treatment to people of Chinese decent. Which is total bullshit. Unless you were African American or Caucasian , your s.o.l With this representative. By the way they were not busy when I was asking questions. There was only one another person being helped. If you HAVE to come to this one make sure you ASK all the questions .. don't let them push you aside until someone else comes . read more

This review is for Audrey who is working at this post office. She is very helpful and customer friendly, I especially want to recognize her outstanding positive work attitude. I'm also witness few employees there do have unprofessional attitudes while servicing customers. Working at same position for years may seem tired and boresome but good thing it's a stable and sure-win job. Out here in corporation world, cutting staff expense is always employer first priority despite how hard and how good we deliver. read more

This 5 star review is for supervisor, Vincent, at the Rosemead USPS. Today i got an email indicating my package that was delivered by UPS was forwarded to my local USPS and that my package was placed in my mailbox. When i got home from work, i searched through my front porch, mailbox, side yard but my package was nowhere to be seen! I even checked my security camera! The email indicates the USPS carrier delivered the package at 1:40pm. However, my camera shows the carrier delivered my mail today around 2:20pm. Anyways, the asian guy by the counter wasn't helpful as he kept insisting my package was delivered by UPS and he has nothing to do with my package. I even showed him my phone the email that indicated final delivery was by USPS. He directed me to his supervisor for further assistance. Vincent took the tracking number and contacted the carrier and was able to track down my package! The sender mistyped my address and my package was delivered to another house. Vincent kept his promise and called me 2-3 times to keep me updated on the status of my package. Around 5:35pm, my package was delivered to my house. Some , not all, of the staff by the counter are nice and helpful. The supervisor was superb! read more

Have so much trouble with our mail delivery. I get everyone else's mail, sometimes mail is dropped on the lawn. If I get other people's mail I wonder who get mine!! Guess I'll never know!! Horrible service!! read more

I just moved into this neighborhood. The first thing I found not normal was that I did not receive forwarding mails. Then, a package I purchased on line was rejected as "undeliverable". I went to the Post Office the next day. The manager confirmed to me that the package already return to sender (amazingly fast, believe it or not). I then asked him about the other mails. He pointed finger at the Pasadena Post Office who had caused all these problem. I filed a complaint with USPS on-line quoted exactly what the manager said. Guess what - the package that the manager claimed already returned to sender still with the post office. They re-delivered and asked for $19 postage. Unbelievable. I definitely won't paid the $19 postage as the sender already paid for shipping. I'll let them return to sender and contact my credit card for a refund to my purchase. See all these other negative comments, I decided to drive 5 miles up north to use the Pasadena Post Office. They had been nice to me all these years. read more

The 1 star is really a big fat ZERO! This is the most horrible post office I've ever been to! I dropped off a 2x3 ft box with a prepaid postage and thought it'll be a simple no hassle drop off. Nope, not at this place! Rupa, the unhelpful, lazy, ridiculous person I unfortunately had to deal with told me that they didn't have tape at the post office to tape my box. Every place I've been to that ships, has taped up my boxes/packages and it was never an issue, so this was surprising to hear. But to say they don't have tape at the post office is straight up ludicrous! She should be ashamed of herself for flat out lying to my face. As I stood there staring at her, listening to her lies and not falling for them, she finally pulled out an inch of scotch tape and stuck it on the middle of the seam of the box. Really?!?!!! Um, that's not going to do. I stood there, still looking at her, not believing that was really happening. Finally, she pulled out clear packaging tape and put a strip down the opening. Wow, and she just couldn't do that to begin with. I gotta give it to her for actual trying to sell me tape though. Yes, she asked me to bring the box back sealed or to buy tape there. None of those were going to be options for me, so I'm glad she came to her senses after wasting everyone's time and pretending to do her job and just taped up the damn box.The way I see it, she's stealing from the government - she's on the clock wasting time and adding to the lost of customers. Needless to say, I won't be returning. UPS or FedEx is the way to go. The UPS store by Target in Rosemead is great. Super nice people there and they take care of my packages every time. Tape is a non-issue there!! read more
