While it's a big location, it's definitely a little run down and outdated- but I'd say a lot of post offices are nowadays. They had a couple people helping customers up front and it was very busy while I was there. I did notice that some of the areas seemed like they needed to be re-stocked and I ended up needing to borrow a pen from behind the counter for my package. I feel like I remember other locations having pens on chains that can be used. Overall, the team working here were working really hard and doing a great job at moving through the long line. I was able to send my package out and it was a better price than going to Fedex or UPS, so worth the wait.

The mailman who is either new to the route or covering from the person who I always see, walks his raggedy tail onto my property comes to the front door drops the packages and rings the bell. I wasn't home caught this later on video. He then waits as he's running his damn mouth on the phone with whoever and decided to take the package I actually needed yesterday back with him, but left the other. WTF! What is the requirement to have a mail carrier position. Is common sense or basic thinking not required. Then the status he left was "not able to access the property" while his tail is on the damn property on camera. I cannot make this up. And of course they don't answer the phone.

First, the place is pretty clean and well organized. It's easy to access. For me, these experiences boil down to the customer experience. Upfront, I am not a weekly or even monthly person that sends packages. I'm not really sure how to use a stamp to be honest with you or where to buy them. FYI, you can buy them at the post office. Anyway, I definitely came unprepared with my shipping label the first get-go. Collin delicately explained to me that this needs to be printed out or that a QR code needs to be provided, and that they can't receive emails from us. The second time around I was still unprepared despite printing the label. He generously help taped up my package and made a note that other post offices may not be as nice. It is located what looks like a converted Hotel with several businesses inside the rooms. Thankfully there was a big sign that said Post Office here and it directed you where to go so it is on the other side where there is a main entrance. It is quite large inside with several PO boxes. The ladies inside were very nice but not with in depth knowledge beyond basic postal services. We almost had to reach out to our business contact at the main post office but after 15-20 mins finally got our transaction done. It is off of a very busy street in a super old building.
