I came to return a bag my mother purchased from here because she bought it for me, but it's just unfortunately not my style. Not to mention HORRENDOUSLY OVERPRICED! They insisted that all sales are final, but never told my mother that when she bought the bag. They weren't even willing to budge on their policy during the holiday season. So I'm writing this review to warn people that they don't tell people that all sales are final in their establishment. And that despite their receipt saying a return can happen in three days they don't honor it. I will no longer be doing business with this Postal Annex. There are many nicer places to get a notary done and have your mail delivered. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would.

I also found plenty of office items and possible decorations. PostalAnnex+ also has a small P.O. Box section, it's smaller than a UPS P.O Box station but it's still helpful and convenient. My only gripe for this place is that shipping a few small art items like crayons and a small toy (all in a super small box) cost over $30. It's kind of insane how much shipping costs now. Regarding hostility & mansplaining: A young guy was making a loud public scene, and the whole team of women working there handled it so professionally and respectfully, I could not have been more impressed.
