It's so conveniently located. Right off the freeway. I can just hop on and off the freeway and I'm right there. You just make a right turn off the freeway exit and pull into the third driveway or so. There is rarely a line, or if there is one it goes quickly. I like going to a live person to make my returns. They have never failed me. Unlike some other UPS stores who lost my items this store has never lost my items. And I return a fair amount of times. I love amazon for that. You can buy on a whim and then after you're in your right mind you can return that item. I usually return things in a day or two of receiving them. My dad is the opposite, he just likes to test the return window and return in a day or two before the window closes. The UPS store is so close to home that I can go on my lunch break and it takes less than a half hour to go drop off my item and return home. If you'd rather do it on your self. The UPS store has a kiosk that you can do your returns with out having to interact with a real person. It can be quicker if there is a line. When I arrived a women just zipped in and went to the kiosk and there was no one in like so she could have easily gone to the counter. Lucky for me she didn't clog up the line and I just zipped in and out. In another UPS Store I used to have a mailbox. It's a regular mailbox not a PO Box. This enables you to have packages shipped to you such as amazon and other online places you make purchases. And you don't need to buy a big box. You can rent the smaller box and still get your packages delivered to you. They just store them in the back for you. This is also safer than having the packages delivered to your house when you're not home. No more porch pirates stealing your packages. I like their copy service. Instead of you having to using the self serve copier they will make your copies off their professional machines and they won't mess up like you may as you aren't used to the machine. Instead of paying for a single strip of tape, you can buy a whole roll from their shipping supplies section. Thus it may be cheaper to package your own items versus having them package it for you. Something they now offer is a USPS mailbox so you can mail your USPS letters in house. Overall I'm really happy with my experiences. I come here every few months depending on my shopping addiction.

It didn't scan correctly and she tried it again. Then she politely asked if I was sure this was the right place. OPPs!!! Wrong place. I thought I had checked FedEx but apparently I selected the wrong location. I said I'll be back. I went outside to my next appointment. They were behind so unreturned my item and re-selected FedEx. I went back to FedEx and the staff member had an opening in her line and I tried it again and it went through on the first try. Service was stellar.

In an email, a potential client accidentally indicated they would visit our office on July 10th. When they showed up on June 10th, we were caught flat-footed. Our team jumped in to work magic and Premier Print & Mail came through with a clean, high volume printing with little notice. I selected Premier Print & Mail because of a handful of other positive Yelp reviews and entered the facility wide-eyed with anxiety that would lose the deal through no fault of our own. While I was surely talking a mile-a-minute, Andre remained calm and professional and walked me through options at three different price points. They just open the doors out of convenience figuring hell we can give services to the public while occupying the building. Otherwise a full staff here would not be cost effective. It still has active PO boxes inside. The one person Sherry who is here is very knowledgeable and knows postage. We have used her for larger scale business problems or if I have a real question the 1-800 number cannot answer, she usually can. No she is not warm and fuzzy but she is friendly enough meaning being a staff of one, there is no time for dilly-dallying or idle chit chat or dealing with clueless people and I can appreciate that. So if you are in a hurry or have a zillion questions, this is not the location for you! Don't come right before 5 or around lunch time. You come here for a simple "I need to buy postage" or drop off a package.
