Safe, secure, reasonable. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. My only issue is the gate locking. It is too secure. You have to wait, sometimes more than 15 minutes if they are busy, for them to open the gate. Maybe a gate code or some other updated technology would be welcomed... Bait and Switch. I put my stuff in storage just over a year ago for 99/month. In that time, they raised the rate. Twice! The first time within 2 months. Now again, a year later. And, seriously, aside from gas prices, who raises their rate approx 10% each "go at it?" They "bank" on the fact that moving junk in and out of storage is more of a hassle than paying extra...even though we're now paying 18% (the cost of 2 months over a year) addl each year. 'Very upsetting. I'm now going to start shopping around again. You don't see "First Month is Free, but hey...we will raise your rate twice each year! 'come on in!" Boo! read more

My wife and I purchased a travel trailer this past summer. Our Burbank driveway is no place for a trailer, so we decided to look for a nice, indoor facility to protect our investment. We are so glad we found this place. It's absolutely top notch. From booking, to storing, to picking up, it's a breeze. Everyone is so nice and professional. There's a 3rd party service that cleans the trailer when needed, and they work seamlessly with the staff at the facility. After having to move and get things done as soon as possible and shopping all over town to those who boasted as to having the lowest prices in all of SFV, I came across this place which is incredibly easy to find, do not boast BUT in fact, DO have the best and most reasonable prices in the SFV. They have great spaces, great storage, clean and even the people who I bumped into who were arriving to store their things were all saying the same thing. Professional customer service, people who are willing to work with you, and an amazing and friendly department and staff. So glad I found these guys! I've been communicating; with Patty about an RV that's on order that will need indoor storage. Went in a few weeks ago for a tour (thanks Bob!) and the place was super clean and very well managed. As I didn't have the RV yet, Patty put me on the list and kept me informed throughout the process and long waiting period. Today I went in and signed a lease for an outdoor space for my enclosed trailer and, because I'm still waiting on the RV delivery, will have two storage spots at this location when my RV finally comes in. Just an example of how helpful these guys all are, when I dropped of my trailer today I noticed that one of the tires had low pressure... Brought this up to Bob and he said that they have a compressor and would just top it off before he stores it - he didn't have to do this, it was very appreciated. I made a reservation online with US Storage and four hours later the property manager had still not contacted me to confirm my reservation. I doubt they were so busy that I wasted 4 hours of my life waiting on them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Uhaul got me into a storage unit within 20 minutes of my online reservation. When I called to cancel my reservation with US Storage I got, from Marcus, "that sucks sorry dude". Awesome place, not so much!!!!!!!! read more

Great service by the front desk! Storage Units are all on the first floor (no elevators). Easy access and extended access hours made it more convenient to move my stuff. Moved in February - weather got to 75 deg outside, but it felt like 60-65 deg inside the storage unit. I'll see how the unit does in the summer. But the price, customer service, and accessibility made this place my top choice over other storage businesses! read more

I've had units with Public Storage, Extra Space and now US Storage Center Plummer. I must sincerely say that our experience with US Storage Center Plummer was the most pleasant. They were very upfront, transparent and answered all questions that I had. This is in addition to there very competitive rates. A big reason for us leaving the other companies was they didn't offer good customer service, always raised rates very quickly and security. However, Patty was great to work with. Plus there location is super clean and ultra secure since all units are indoor and alarmed. I was looking for a storage unit for my stuff , I checked out every place in the area! This place is the best , super clean, super accommodating, and super friendly! PATTY? omg she is so sweet and upfront, open and honest from the start. I misunderstood the hours in the opening conversation we had , figuring the place was open until 9pm for the tenants, which it is but I failed to realize the office closes at 5pm. Which completely screwed my day up because I had about 2 more truck loads to load in and didnt realize I wouldn't be able to use the dollies/carts they provide after 5pm , hence they are locked up in the office at closing. Luckily I arrived about 15 min before they closed the office and when i found out, patty said it's ok if u need it just use it and leave it in your unit locked up , we will work it out and get it from u when we can, no worries! Holy cow, that saved my day. PATTY and her staff have been so friendly , helpful and always greeted me and served me with a smile also this place is so clean and u can tell they care about their service and their customers! After all without us they wouldn't be in business but most importantly without them we wouldn't have a storage unit that Rocks!! Believe the hype, all the positive reviews on here are why I gave them my business in the first place, and now I am not only a true believer in them but I'm also going to be a long lasting consumer!!! When you look for a storage unit, you want to feel your items are going to be safe and secure. This far exceeded my expectations as it appears to be a brand new building facility, they have "netting over the top or wire?" and thats great because you can see all your stuff (natural light above) unlike most storage facilities that only have metal ceiling ) and pack higher if you need to. They gave me an inside lock key, in other words, the lock is interior, EXTREMELY SECURE, no one can cut it,(they do charge for it but only about 12 dollars) and code to get in. Im a single girl and never really felt completely safe going to other storage units Ive had in the past, know what I mean??? But here its well lit and CLEAN... and just good vibes, not to sound cheesy, but if ur like me, you'll know whatI mean.. LOL... and the staff is amazing! Super friendly and "Family style" they make you feel at home safe and secure Dave showed me how to use the new lock and key even waited while I tried it out just to make sure .. and Patty the property manager has gone above and beyond to help me with anything during this crisis we are all facing. Ive had a few different storage units over the years, and I must say, this one is the BEST EVER not only did they beat the pricing on expensive units per square ft. of ANY unit in hollywood etc.... The Staff treats you like you are family!!! and to me, thats worth its weight in gold! If you want a fair price where they don't bait and switch you 1 month Later, and hike the price (which many places do) definitely store your valuables here! I TRUST them..... and Im picky!
