DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Our uhaul was stolen in a matter of 8 hours of being parked in the lot. When I called to ask for the security video footage they immediately said "we're not responsible for your property," without even offering the video footage. I was just trying to get license plate info for the police who had recovered my uhaul. So unprofessional and not helpful AT ALL!!! read more

The staff is friendly and helpful enough but they raised my rental rate $20, 6 months after I had moved in. At least with Public Storage and another one i had used, they didn't raise my rates until I had been in the facility for a year. Very disappointed. Cody, Tyson, Sam... ALL of these guys and their staff are the BEST! I can't tell you how many times I've had to go there alone and felt so secure and the process has been so easy to work with them!! There are a few reasons that I feel confident using US Storage Center. The staff is professional, same people for a few years. They are helpful, once searching security camera tapes to locate an item I left outside. The Manager, Patty, is easily reached and worked to resolve an issue I had with finding the best size unit at the best price. The grounds and units are the cleanest I've ever seen, and I've seen more than my share. So overall I'd recommend this storage facility, easy to park, go in and negotiate then leave feeling knowing your belongings are safe. read more

Great customer service, friendly staff. I left my car there for 4 months and I found it just the way I left it. The battery was dead after four months of non use but they started it for me. I was a day late but they did not charge me. It is clean and soooo reasonably priced compared to other places I checked. It is clean and secure. The best. High class storage for my large baby aka airstream trailer. She lives in the "airstream room" and it is so secure and full service. They pull it out and park it for me. Dump station everything we could need!!!! Wish I found them sooner. Also have my Shasta here and was at a previous place outside dirt lot. Other rigs were clearly robbed and made me nervous. I love how prompt and nice they are. Been using them since last yr September. Me and my husband are very picky on the maintenance of the place; it must be indoor, clean and trust worthy. So this place is clean with awesome customer service! Perfect for us! Patty, Tyson and more ppl helped me through out the process. Just that sometimes I get spooked by random(?) ppl hanging around near the storage... This place has expended and I use the largest one of all. It is not often that I actually take the time to review a business. That said, it is not often that a business actually offers the high touch customer service that I have received at US Storage Centers in Chatsworth. My experience has been so positive that it warrants my letting others know about it. From the high level of security to the friendly faces that greet me every time, I feel beyond comfortable giving my highest recommendation here. If you are like me, spending money on storage was not something I was necessarily excited about. However, when I go to pick up my boat or my Coach, they are clean, they are protected, and exactly as I left them. That is a good feeling and has made the cost well worth it. The worst. I've been with this company for a few years ... Once, I was locked in the lot. My trailer was parked outside and at night the motion sensors get turned on. A few minutes before closing I called to be let out of the back. I got the call center. Jules apparently had left early locking me in. He knew I was there because he had let me in. The call center told me that there should be a remote access code for the gate. There was not. It's a padlock. Because Bert and Jules couldn't be reached I had to call the fire dept. I wasn't about to stay all night. It was then Karen showed up and let me out. The alarm hadn't even been set...Jules locked me in on purpose...I never filed a complaint. Once I went to pick up my RV (I had 2 there at the time) Ashley let me in the gate. She went to go get the air compressor because on of my tires was a little flat. I went to the restroom. When I came back, Jules had moved my trailer and ripped off my tire and just left my trailer in the middle of the parking lot and was walking away. When I asked what I was supposed to do, he shrugged. I had to take the wheel off and then take the tire up to a repair shop and pay to have someone put the tire back on and then go back and put the wheel back on. I'm 5' 100lbs...that wasn't easy for me. I had no help. I never filed a complaint. I took my 2nd trailer off the lot so I could finish the repairs. I didn't want to do them there after being locked in. When I brought it back, the entire staff had been replaced. The new staff couldn't find my old paperwork so I filled everything out again. No big deal. I was on the lot last month and notified one of the new employees (don't know the name) that I would be leaving at the end of the month. Then 8 days before the end of the month I called to confirm that the request had be put it. It had not. I spoke with Dexter who informed me that since it wasn't the full 10 days (despite notifying someone earlier in the month) before the end of the month he would need to get permission but the manager was in a meeting and therefore would call me back. I never got a call back. I needed to take a couple of measurements for the new decals so I just went in person and checked in with the office to make sure the request for vacancy had been issued. Again, it had not. I filled out whatever paperwork the girl (didn't get a name) asked me to fill out...BUT since now it was only a couple of days before the end of the month and she "wasn't the one I spoke with originally" she was going to start the 10 days from that date NOT when I had made the original request that it would take me a few days into June. I informed her that I was going to be in Missouri then so we pushed the pick up date for when I returned on the 15th. On the 15th I went and picked up my trailer. Colby and Chris were great. I signed whatever paper they gave me and left. Then today I got an invoice stating that I was late on the June payment and a late fee had been added. I immediately called the office. Spoke with Dexter again. He told me that he had taken my account off of autopay when we spoke so they hadn't charged me for June but he still had my credit card number so he could charge me the full amount of $135. I said No because I wasn't there the whole month. He then informed me that they didn't prorate the end of the month only at the beginning so I either should have stayed to the end of the month or left at the end of last. I reminded him that I tried to but was told that I didn't give enough notice (even though I had) and this was the agreed upon date since I had had to leave town. I was never informed that I would be charged for the entire month. The girl I spoke to knew the situation. If I had, I would have stayed until the end of the month instead of paying $500 for the remainder of June at the food truck commissary...Once again Dexter said he would have to check and call me back. Instead of getting a call back, my card was charged WITHOUT my authorization for the full amount. I called the office and spoke to Rick, the manager and the biggest asshat I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. He was rude and disrespectful. He took no responsibility for his employees mistakes saying "well it wasn't me who you spoke to so there's nothing I can do." He was belligerent yelling at me he had made several attempts to reach me but when I informed him that I had been out of town tending to my father who had just a stroke and that there was no cell reception where I was he continued to berate me and refused to reverse the charge on my card despite not having permission to charge it. Actually I gave explicit instructions NOT to charge it. I snapped right back. I have never been treated so appallingly bad in my life. I had to notify my bank of the fraudulent charges and have to get a new credit card. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. 2 entirely different staffs and still the absolute worst experience. Avoid at all costs. read more

Very bad company. If you care about your vehicle don't store it here. I used them to store my car and they left the windows down when they moved it and did not roll them back up. Every cat in the neighborhood slept and sprayed and who knows what else in my car. The smell from the cat spray was unbearable. They lied about it and said they did not roll them down. But yet they moved it two different areas on the premises. They are 100% responsible for my vehicle because it was in their possession. They offered to give me $30 dollars In compensation. I had to get it professionally cleaned and it cost $150 (Plus a tip). I gave them a copy of the receipt and they will not do anything about it. I would take them to court but the court fees are $150 and I will lose a whole days pay. The detail company made it smell a lot better but it still never fully went away and I was forced to sell my vehicle because cat spray never fully leaves the fabric on your cloth seats. I will never leave anything I own with them again. PS I left them one star because there's not an option for no stars. read more
