I got pink and white nails with Lynn. She was AMAZING! So kind, efficient, and attention to detail didn't go unnoticed! The salon was very clean and had a welcoming environment. Lynn was great!!!

Beautiful place, John did my mani and pedi, very professional and he does lovely work. Love my nails. It's a nice quiet place to relax and get my nails done.

I absolutely love going to Utopia. My main technicians to see are always Romeo or Iris. Whenever I have services done by them I always leave happy. The owners remember who I am and are always very friendly. If I've ever had an issue with something while in the middle of a service I only have to ask and it's fixed, they've had to deal with my klutziness more than not when putting my hands in the curing lamp. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Utopia and Romeo! Love love love!!!

Had a great experience here today. It was my first experience. I had the spa pedicure. It was a very relaxing, dark setting. The leg massage was really nice and a little longer than a normal salon. Prices are a little higher than normal but worth it for the experience.

I cant remember his name but he did an amazing job on this classic french set!! I am amazed with how straight and perfectly shaped they are!! I also cant remember her name, but the lady that did my pedicure was so gentle and kind!! She made me so relaxed! Utopia has a vibe no other salon has! Very relaxing and comfortable! Shady, liar working the front desk! I had a 345 appointment and I accidentally went to the wrong utopia. I called and my friend was also going to meet me there and she was there already on time. I said I would be 10 minutes late and they said that was OK I could still come so I got there at 3:52 so not even a full 10 minutes late and I am waiting at the front desk and nobody would help me. I asked one lady who was just staring her her computer if she could check me in and she said no, you have to wait for the check-in girl. She'll be back later so I waited and waited and then finally somebody came up at 3:58 and I told her I was there to check in and she said oh I had to cancel your appointment because it was more than 10 minutes and I said well I've been standing here for six minutes and nobody would help me. She said too bad you have to leave now. All the while my friend who was actually getting her pedicure already said that there was an open spot next to her that they were saving for me low and behold a few minutes later they took another person whose appointment was at 3:30 because she was late because she went to the wrong location, but they took her and made me leave. Absolutely terrible customer service unbelievably disappointed. Do Not even try coming here especially if you accidentally go to the wrong place or God forbid show up 7 minutes late. Again I understand it was my fault I was late but I called. They told me to come. They confirmed that it was OK and then they took somebody that was actually 30 minutes late instead of me. read more

The only good thing about this place is the aesthetics. It is way over priced and I have been getting dip over a year now at another salons and never had any chips and my dip chipped on two nails 3 days after the appointment. My nails were all filed to different shapes. And there is a random spot of some other color on my nail that the tech ignored. I went back to get my cracked nails fixed and the girl just put dip on top of it rather than taking it all of and redoing it like other salons do. So now I have chunky gross looking layer on my "fixed nail". Maybe people have better experiences with other techs or with gel rather than dip here but I personally will never come here again. $53 +$12 tip wasted read more

I am updating my previous review from 2018. The new location is beautiful and spacious. They clearly increased their level of service and care about giving great guest experiences since they were at the old location. I am so impressed by the work Johny did. Beautiful set! The managers were incredibly rude and truly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We were 4 minutes late and they said we were 10 minutes late and they would cancel our services. I was trying to find a reasonable compromise and even willing to forgo part of our service since we were a few minutes late but they were unwilling to accommodate at all. Very pretentious. I will definitely never visit this salon again and would not recommend this to anyone. read more

I LOVE I'm in and out when getting a fill on my nails. I highly recommend Tracey. All employees are wonderful but she's my favorite. She's fast, kind, funny and just really great at what she does. Our technicians were very thoughtful about the warmth of the water. The attention to detail is amazing. From them paying attention to problem areas on my nails and calluses to the tray they brought out the exfoliating scrubs on. In the back there are two cute cabanas to get your manicures done. The entire place is an EXPERIENCE. My nails looked beautiful when we were done and the massage was heavenly for my feet. I have my hands in water all day everyday and my gel manicure lasted forever. the receptionist was kind of rude "what's your number because we've tried to call you like 3 times" in a bitchy voice, i got acrylics yesterday he didn't push back my cuticles so they already look grown out. he didn't talk to me at all so it was kind of awkward. he only asked me how my day was and didn't even talk to say to put my nails in the "machine" just tapped my hand and showed them to me. I went there for my first pedicure and it was amazing!!! The seperate room they put you in for pedicures was a great place to relax. It was very clean and the person doing my feet was very friendly. The only petty complaints I have is that I picked a bright pink color from a brand that I had never heard of, and it started chipping the next day. It wasn't that the pedi was done poorly, but if you go, you may want to choose an OPI color. The other thing is that it is a bit expensive for a student, but the experience is definately worth it! I LOVE utopia nails!!!! They are so professional and they are always so helpful. Whenever I go, I am treated like family. They have such a range of services, which are all quality. I made the mistake of going to a different nail salon while on vacation. I got acrylics but they really hurt, so when i got home, I went to utopia and they fixed them right up for me!! i've been going there for years now and every time they have been amazing! if anything smudges they fix it, if you accidentally chip your nails they fix it, they are so helpful! Brought my twin 9 year old granddaughters for their first mani and pedi. They really, really enjoyed it. I was very impressed by the staff's friendliness, as they made us feel very welcome. Very reasonable rates, too. I loved the beautiful decor; and the quiet darkness of the pedicure room was awesome and very relaxing with the wall of water falls. The staff at the location in Kenosha, off Green Bay road, are always welcoming and friendly. Zuky has done my nails multiple times and I love them every time! I have had manicures and pedicures done by other employees at this location and I have never been disappointed in their work. Michelle Nails didn't have the chrome color I wanted, so I still went to Danny for my regular fill, but without a design\. After that, I went to another local nail salon that had the exact chrome color I was looking for\. As a customer, I believe I have the right to choose where I receive different services\. At my most recent appointment with Danny, the first thing he asked me was, "Why didn't you go to whoever did your chrome?" I was caught completely off guard\. I respectfully explained that I went elsewhere because he didn't have the color I wanted, and that I should be able to choose where I spend my money\. From that moment on, his attitude toward me changed\. I've been a loyal client for years\. I regularly pay between $150 and $180, plus a tip, for every appointment\. I also bring my own nail designs, many of which I've later seen recreated on other clients\. Despite how uncomfortable I felt during this appointment, I still paid the full $180 and left a tip because, as always, he does beautiful work\. After I paid, he told me that I could no longer come back and that this would be my last service with him\. He said I should go back to the salon that did my chrome\. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and honestly discriminated against because I chose to get one part of my nail service somewhere else when he couldn't provide what I wanted\. No customer should be made to feel punished for spending their own money where they choose\. Has anyone else had a similar experience with Michelle Nails or Danny? I'd love to hear your thoughts\. I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of where they choose to receive other services\.
