Very disappointed with Utv stereo. I thought these guys were the best of the best at what they do. I specifically spoke with the guy over the phone and actually upgraded myself quite a bit to spending almost $4000 on a Utv stereo kit. When I went down there, I spoke with Allen and we literally looked at four different cars looking at the kit I wanted and I specified over and over what I wanted and what color and he said yes yes yes this is what you're getting- After wasting about three hours this morning, going to (Storage) to get my trailer and loading up my dirtbike to go pick up my razor and drop off at (Storage) and do all this running around - now I have to do a secondary trip down there because I did not get what he promised that came with my kit Also on the phone we went over thing very precisely and he quoted me 3500 out the door and when I got down there to get the exact same thing done, he told me I owed almost 3700. I almost walked out the door because of the magical increase in price , but I still ended up paying over what was quoted on the phone for no specific reason. I am not giving them a bad rating because their quality -still seems decent (not crazy impressed) But between the surprise of money increase and not getting what was promised, I have to give these guys a two star rating. Honestly, I would give them a better rating if the price was what was originally quoted, but it still would not be a five star review I hate doing double trips. Honestly, I would change my review if these guys compensated for the time I wasted and made everything right 100% but right now- I'm at a 2 star value. I actually got quoted to do the same thing cheaper someplace else, but I went here because I thought the quality was better. Update- they literally went back and fixed the mess up within a couple hours and had it ready for me right away. I'm updating my review from a two star all the way up to a four star. They told me no problem we have one that matches that and will ship it out. Well the battery I received was not the same size there for it would not fit. I then called to return the item and was told that they would accept the return however I would be charged a 25% restocking fee plus I had to pay return shipping. WTF Wait a minute here I called and gave you the make and model battery I needed to replace and you sent me the wrong battery and now I have to pay restock and shipping? Shame on you guys. In today's business and LIFE sometimes all you have is your word. If you or your employees sell one thing and charge another you'll have a customer inquire about that. Granted I did receive a very nice "discount" and I am/was very appreciative of that. The price I was charged was not what the sales rep and I agreed upon prior to install. It's tough running into an issue where it is a costumers word vs an employees. As an owner of a company it's unfortunate to feel like you can't side with your employee because you provide their livelihood but honoring YOUR word speaks volumes. Not about the dollar but the principal. It's the way the owner handled it to earn my invaluable time to write not a negative review but a positive one. The guys did a good job installing the stereo for my daughter but didnt even fasten down the 12 in woofer box in the trunk. It flew all over, not sure what they were expecting. Came back to have the stereo uninstalled after she totaled the car and to hold on for reinstall in another car. They uninstalled it but left it in the totaled car knowing it was going to get picked up the next day. They called me Monday, towed on Friday, and just said whoops we always leave the stereo in the car even though we were very clear. Not even sure how that thought even crossed their minds. We had to spend 4 hours driving to retrieve the stereo from the tow company. Then they totally harassed my 16 year old daughter to pay them instead of calling me. A bunch of FN bullies to be honest, had they called me I would have told them they owned us for the time to get the stereo back that they screwed up on. But they never even tried to call me instead bullied a 16 year old girl for payment. Hope they are happy with their $380 because that $2500 stereo is the last dime they will ever see from us. Do not buy anything here. Let me first say that this place has an outstanding array of accessories and stereo equipment for your UTV. I also found the sales staff (Martin Barbosa) to be friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. So what is not to like? They have a NO RETURNS policy and don't tell you about it at the time of the sale. This is BULL POOP!!!! Let me tell you about my experience. I purchased a large battery kit and a few other things last Saturday along with an amplifier for my subwoofers. I decided to use a different amp that I already owned and went back to return the one I purchased. I was told that they do NOT accept returns. I explained that I'd only had the amp for 3 days and had not even opened the box. The salesman went and called the owner and then came back to me and said that they would take it back and charge me a TWENTY FIVE percent restocking fee or I could have full store credit. This is BULL POOP!!!! This type of thing should be posted on signs near the registers. I did find the "no returns" thing in small print on the bottom of the receipt....but you only get a receipt AFTER you have paid them. This type of thing should be FRONT & CENTER and customers should be made aware UP FRONT. Shouldn't the sales staff could tell the customers about this policy wat the time of purchase? The fact that they do not accept returns is NOT posted anywhere in the store. I would have never purchased the amplifier if I had known that they do not accept returns. For this reason, you should buy your UTV accessories and stereo equipment someplace else. read more

I think they do quality work and understand basic installations, but I wasn't impressed when things got outside of the box. Chase stated someone had to pay for the research to figure out how to communicate with Ride Command. I did the research and sent him the info, then he circled back informing me he did research and provided everything that was in the link I sent to him. He spent quite a bit of time blaming Goodtimes Motorsports while not listening to the request I was making. The price wasn't impressive. The overall finish quality of the work was decent, although I am having some small issues that I'm working through including plugs not being plugged back in, etc.. Honestly I wouldn't take my RZR back there. Also Goodtime Motorsports and Chase were constantly pointing fingers at each other bad mouthing each other. ** Update - Goodtime Motorsports went out of business. read more
