    My mom sent me here after purchasing a Miele from Vacuum Zone years ago. The owner is VERY knowledgeable about vacuums, and took his time explaining my options to me (in person, over the phone, etc.). I was excited to buy my own Miele today and look forward to finally having a vacuum that will last for a very long time! Definitely recommend Vacuum Zone!!

    Used Miele he claimed it was completely rebuilt but when I got home it reeked of wet dog smell. Not acceptable.

    Had 3 keys made and none of them worked. The sign clearly says no refund on keys so I am out of luck. I will never use the business again.

My dishwasher was only about 9 days old (purchased late Febrruary) when one of the springs on the door broke and the door no longer sealed which resulted in the dishwasher leaking. The Top Notch team came out on March 18th to assess the issue and determine the root cause which they said was the broken spring/door hinge. This was replaced under standard warranty and the technician left but told me if it was still leaking that they would need to look at the door. I ran a full cycle that evening and it leaked again so I called their number back and left a voicemail. A week went by and I had no follow up regarding someone coming back so I called again. I was told they "missed" the voicemail but would get right back to me. Another 2 weeks passed and they had someone come out to replace the whole front door panel. During that replacement, the technician damaged the brand new door and left dents in it. He told me that if the issue did not get resolved that I needed to let them know and they would put in for a new dishwasher replacement with the manufacturer, but if the issue was resolved that they would still need to replace the door as they left me with a dented door panel. While the major leak was resolved, it was still not sealing correctly on one side of the dishwasher as I was still getting water pooling at the top and dripping out on my dishwasher and the seal on the side was letting all sorts of particles surround the side whereas the other side of the dishwasher was spotless. I contacted their team back and received a voicemail again so I left a voicemail letting them know the status and requesting the replacement. I then called weekly for the next 6 weeks trying to get an update, leaving voicemails each time as no live human ever picked up. I started getting suspicious so I called them from a different phone number and a live person answered which proved my suspicion that they were just ignoring me. During that phone call they told me they had passed everything to the manufacturer and sent the manufacturer an email, so I requested they forward the email to me and provide me with the case number for the manufacturer. I never received the email they told me they would send and when I called the manufacturer with the case number they told me that they never received a replacement device request and the ticket was closed. I had to open a brand new ticket with the manufacturer and they had to send a different technician out to both look at the door with Top Notch Appliance left damaged as well as assess what the issue was with the dishwasher as they are unable to re-open old tickets. The manufacturer scheduled a different company to come take a look which happened today (July 7th) and they informed me that cosmetic issues such as the door are not covered by the manufacturer and that it needed to be handled with Top Notch - but they would work on the other issue. The overall communication from this company was terrible. They ghosted and ignored my voicemails, then lied to me on the phone. They never finished the service that they were contracted to do, and left me with a dishwasher that was still not working correctly, and had damage that they themselves caused. They did not even report all of their work back to the manufacturer. Their overall sheer incompetence has left me without a correctly functioning dishwasher and a damaged one for months. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company.

A technician came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, charged us the diagnostic fee, and we even tipped him. He told us he'd be back the next day after picking up the replacement part. And then... absolutely nothing. No update. No call. No text. No follow-through. Two days later, we called *them* -- only to be casually told that he "had to order the part" and that it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could return. Monday came and went. Tuesday came and went. Still nothing. After multiple calls from us, the company finally admitted **they never even ordered the part at all.** Not the first time we'd asked -- only after pressing them for answers a week later. No apology. No sense of urgency. No ownership. Just a vague "maybe later this week." This has been one of the most unprofessional, disorganized service experiences I've dealt with in a long time. We're now a week into this mess, completely without a functioning washing machine, because they simply didn't do what they said they would do. **Save yourself the frustration -- look elsewhere.**

He is from Vision Appliance Repair (probably a subsidiary company?). Max diagnosed the problem (that is: the previous technician from a different company did not connect the water pipes tightly enough, and as a result whenever one presses the button for the water dispenser inside the fridge, water leaks from behind the fridge). He fixed it and also double checked to make sure the pipes for the new ice maker (again installed by the previous, a different company) is correctly connected. The company is up front about their cost. They have a $49 service call fee which will be applied to the total cost if repair is done. I appreciate their fast same day service, and their professionalism.

    I used Manassas Appliance Repair in mid-2021 for fixing a Kenmore oven door that would not close…read moreproperly. The repair guy came out and told me it was the hinges that needed to be replaced. He ordered them and returned a few weeks later and replaced them - with my help. They worked for a couple of months and then the problem recurred. I called him back in November and he said that "parts" were no longer under warranty and didn't offer suggestions on fixing the problem. He never returned, never called and I wound up replacing the oven. I would not recommend him or his business to any customer.
