Won't bother again. Weak drinks to start. When I order a Margarita and have to order a side shot of Tequila just to make it bearable, thats a problem and a $13 drink. Burrito to go less than size of Taco bell is problematic as well. Will continue at Carumbas but no need to return here. read more

Ordered takeout. Simple shredded chicken chimichanga. Got home and it was beef and not the best either. Also, other establishments give chips and salsa with your takeout. Not at Lunatics. read more

Waited a long time for this restaurant to open on this part of town. The decor is adequate service was OK. The food was absolutely horrifyingly. Bad drinks absolutely horrifyingly bad and people are waiting in line for this place. Not this one. I probably will never go back it's really a shame. read more

I'm familiar with Valle Luna and Lunatics is very good. The food was plentiful and tasty, the price was reasonable, service was excellent. The only con was the noise. Yes I know you're gonna tell me it's a bar, whadidya expect but the floors are hard, the ceiling is low and with little insulation. It's like having dinner in an elevator full of drunks. Otherwise overall it was pretty good and it's close by. read more

Looked forward to having this place so close. Quickly was very disappointed. We sat down quickly for a Friday night. The chips and salsa were gross, burger and fries were sad, found a hair in the beans. Ordered one thing and they gave us something different. It was not good at all. Some items on happy hour don't exist on the menu so when I asked what it was I will take it without the waiters attitude. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Service was not great and tables are so close you should just do community tables. Oh and I did not request a fly with my order. We will not be back. read more

Called this location for take out. Order wasn't correct on several dinner plates ordered. Three hours later my husband and I both had food poisoning. Next day went to the restaurant to let them know only to be dismissed that it was the stomach flu. read more

Service is always great. Might have a wait but usually very quick to seat use. If we are waiting they come by and offer drinks from the bar

Food is typical Phoenix mexican. Service is horrible. Told 25 min for a table. Waited 30 then told another 30. Informed we only estimate. That's not a reasonable estimate. Seems like Mi Familia 2.0. This was our first visit to this location and it had a great neighborhood feel. Staff were super friendly, and food was amazing! It was busy but the staff all work together to make it a great experience for every customer. Food came quick , it was hot and it was the best Mexican we've had since our last visit to a Valle Luna location. The layout is fun and easy to accommodate bigger groups. Went in about 4:15 with no wait. Food came out very fast and was delicious. Our server Ashley was on top of everything. Great service.

Waitress was nice. Quick service. However, it's quick cause it tastes like the chicken in the tacos is boiled. Went for my birthday and $53, not including tip was my husband and I's biggest disappointment in a "Mexican" meal. I was really looking forward to this place but the food and drinks are so under flavored that we didn't finish anything we ordered. We will not be going to this restaurant or any of the sister locations again. read more

There are too many choices for Mexican Food around here to choose this restaurant. There were 3 of us in my party and not 1 of us thought the food was good. Anything fried tasted like they hadn't changed their grease in weeks. read more

Drive to Ajo Al's. That's what we should have done. We thought we would save a little time, but were very disappointed. First, the hostess specifically asked me if I wanted rice and beans to which I gave an affirmative. Got home- no rice and beans. Also, no chips and salsa. Had we sat in The restaurant we could have had all we wanted for the same price. The tostada was soggy- as was the taco. The shredded beef was bland and the cheese enchilada was out of balance with onion chunks instead of diced or minced. I had to fry up a tortilla just to have some crunch with my meal. Ultimately, we will take the time to drive to Ajo's and have actual Mexican food from now on. Encourage you to do the same. 75th and Bell is worth it for good food. read more

First time trying this place, place was busy, had high hopes. No bueno. But on the positive note, the server who was not ours was amazing. She kept checking on us even though we weren't her table. While the service for a Friday nite was acceptable, the hostesses seemed to be tied to their station rather than checking on waiting patrons. MY burrito was their deluxe version including guacamole, steak, sour cream, etc. All the ingredients were in one spot in the burrito, rather than spread throughout. The "White Death" margaritas was weak and not vibrant. Finally the Fried Ice Cream dessert was a tasteless mess of churro pieces, whipped cream, and a tiny scoop of ice cream in a sundae glass. Whoever saw that as a appropriate? This uses to be a favorite restaurant- Mi Familia Mexican Restaurant, which had great food and service. What a letdown with this change! read more

Actually never made indoors. On a Friday afternoon there was already a 1 hour wait. This place is so small and extremely noisy. I think I will wait until the newness of this popular restaurant's newest addition settles down a bit. I really hope the management addresses these issues soon. You can't even call for a pickup order because they are so busy. We ended up at Top Shelf and were in and out of there in a little over an hour, including the drive there.
