I called in my order & asked what the price was for 2 Chile rellenos no rice or beans they said $9.99,plus inorder a shrimp tostada & a ceviche tostada & a large Coke my total came out to $73.84.I told that's not correct she said yes $9.99 per Chile relleno & $20 per tostada it came out to $73.84,I told the owner this is wrong then he started to hesitate while the woman in the back kept saying something in Spanish they ripped me off! No tortillas no hot sauce no crackers & they even forgot my coke I had to go back to get it! 0 stars.

Ordered the new caldo de res and chilequiles. The food was served very hot, and had big serving sizes. Very good! Our order even came with some fresh chips (not in picture because we ate it immediately lol). Will definitely come back to try their other new menu items!

Glad they reopened again. Good simple burgers and fries at good price. Very good customer service. It gets busy at lunch time so call ahead.

I've been coming here for years and the burgers and fries are amazing! Cheap too! It's run by an older lady who seems humble and she seems like she cares about her community. Great customer service! Food: I've tried their cheeseburger and chili cheeseburger. They're both amazing and made to order. Seasoned fries are amazing as well although, I wish they gave out more seasoning on it. They give out large portion sizes and most of the time, I was unable to finish everything. A cheeseburger burger combo with added avocado, seasoned fries, and a soda came out to $10.83 total. Interior: There is a about 6 tables inside and two outside out front. The bench seating is comfortable and everything about the interior looks like if it were in the 80's. Two old school gaming machines inside and a TV. You need a key in order to access the restroom. Restroom is out back, really small and all tagged up with graffiti. Seems decently clean, no hand soap but, they do provide paper towels. One gripe about the interior is that, their is no A/C. Verdict: Valley Super Burgers have been around for a while. There is a reason for it as the food is really good and fresh. Affordable prices and the workers or owner seems to care for the community. I've seen them provide food for a homeless person once. All in awe, if you're looking for a good cheap place to eat, this is the one. Always great to support local small business! This place is a low key gem.

Now open as of August 9, 2024. A Fresh Look, Same Great Taste. I recently revisited valley super burgers, and I must say, the experience was even better than before. The newly remodeled interior is stunning, blending modern design with warm, inviting touches that make you feel right at home. The layout is more spacious, the lighting is perfect, and the overall ambiance is just right for a casual meal or a special occasion. Despite the changes in decor, the food remains as outstanding as ever.

I've been coming here since high school and I'm glad they're now open after their renovations! Staff is always nice and they have an updated menu.

    Carne asada fries

Ordered carne asada fries got home and they put no toppings went back they supposedly fixed it. I included the menu and that doesn't like like guacamole or pico de gallo

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The cook/ person who took our order was pissed when we asked for salsa. She wasn't friendly at all. The meat inside the burrito my boyfriend ordered seemed old. I ordered a corn dog and it was way overcooked. The food was gross and I'm disappointed we gave this place our money..Never again!

I've been here a grand total of twice…read more My first experience was problem free. Kudos. The second visit "could've been better" (which Yelp suggests that a 2 star rating would be appropriate to indicate): we placed quite a simple order - 2x Strawberry Sundaes. We took our number placard (#52) and sat at a table to await our order. After patiently waiting what I would estimate to be approximately 15-20 minutes and seeing quite a few other people served their orders, I did find it odd that it was taking so long to prepare 2x sundaes, so I located the young man who took our order and politely inquired about it. He looked a bit confused, exchanged some unintelligible words one of the guys on the grill, and then looked back at me and said it was not our turn yet (or something to that effect). Okay, fair enough. Maybe there were many orders ahead of us. I took it in good stride and went back to my table. After waiting approximately another 15-20 minutes and seeing that *Order #70* was being given their food, I realized that there was a problem and went back up to the ordering counter. I ended up talking with an old man (who I presume is the owner/manager). I explained the situation, and he inquired who had taken our order. I looked around, and the young man appeared to be nowhere in sight, but I did mention it was he who had had taken our order. The old man apologized and assured us he would take care of our order right away. Sure enough, I saw him beeline to the ice cream machine to start our sundaes, and he delivered them to us within 2-3 minutes. He apologized a second time, stating that it was the young man's 2nd day on the job, and that he otherwise would not have forgiven the transgression. In my experience, the resolution to the absurd wait could have been handled worse (in theory, the old man could certainly have told us to pound sand rather than apologizing and immediately attempting to correct the problem and quickly getting our desserts after being made aware of his employee's failure), but also could have been handled better (comping us for the trivial cost of the sundaes as a remedy/cure would have more effectively salved our irritation from the unnecessary waste of 30+ minutes of our life, and would have been in-line with remedial efforts I have experienced at other eateries, including similar fast food/burger joints). All that said, the sundaes were quite good. They would undoubtedly have tasted better had they been served in a time frame reasonable enough to not spoil the mood. I get that this is not a fine dining restaurant of any sort, but I still expect staff competence to be no worse than that of a McDonald's baseline level. I also get that humans make mistakes, but ... how did a simple order of 2x sundaes get botched this badly, particularly after a good faith attempt to bring the matter to staff's attention??

A customer in line had chimed in how they had done a collab with Gooey Center cinnamon rolls and they put a maple sausage in the middle. WOOOOHOOOOO a wonderful experience!…read more Alright firstly is the food great, yes! It's a fast-food drive-in burger joint okay so let's talk about it. When I walked last night 15 minutes before close, no one was trying to rush me out and still asked if I wanted to eat there. This was delightful because usually people are completely poops about it. I wish I knew the young man's name who was the cashier he was so kind, outgoing, and just overall super bubbly and friendly. My had a small baby and I went in first to order and then went outside to trade with my husband so he could use the restroom as we waited for our to-go order. Without me sharing any thoughts with my husband the first thing he said when he got back is how supremely friendly the young man was and how he swears his attitude was contagious because he came out with a smile on his face. The food itself as mentioned was great. We took advantage on the specials for the double cheeseburger and the chicken sandwich. I know people will debate it, but I enjoyed the well seasoned and tasty breaded sandwich much more than In-n-out. The chicken sandwich tasted so high-quaity in comparasion to most fast food sandwiches I've ever had and priced so affordably. The entire resturant and the restroom were impicaly clean, the defintion of "sparkling clean". This location really has it together and the chose the right person to be in the front dealing with their customers. Truly a wonderful experience!

I ended up in Montebello by chance and looked to Yelp for some help with lunch. I ended up at a little food court that had a few solid looking options, but sometimes when you see a burger and smell a burger, you simply need to eat the dang burger. There was no line when my wife and I approached the window to order and we ordered a double cheeseburger, a grilled cheese, an order of fries, and a milkshake. Now, instead of simply giving us the price the dude working told us how it was going to take a really long time because he would have to make the burgers and the milkshakes, which ya know, is kind of how it works when you order food. So instead of questioning his logic, I just said forget the shake and ordered the food. The food took literally 8 minutes to come out and I can't imaging the milkshake would of caused that much trouble since they are ordered all the time, but who am I to say? The food was great, as For The Win always is. The french fries were great and so was my burger, but the lackluster interaction with the kid working really put a damp on the experience. Overall, For The Win is still my favourite burger chain in LA and it's going to take a lot for someone to knock them down (although Burgers Never Say Die and Irv's are up there too). Oof so much to say about the Pastrami breakfast burrito here…read more I stooped by Sunday morning to a decent breakfast crowd but my order was taken within 3 minutes of walking in. The cashier was nice but maybe she's new because she couldn't believe I wanted tater tots in my breakfast burrito instead of the homestyle potatoes. She asked me 4 times if that's what I wanted and then called a manager over to ask her too. It was just a super odd moment. The pastrami breakfast burrito is about $15 and it's a great size. Once I started digging in I immediately noticed issues. The pastrami was tough, fatty, stringy, and so overly salty. The tots were crispy but the first half of the burrito was just that - pastrami and tots. I actually got worried thinking they forgot the egg and cheese until I cut half way and realized all the egg and cheese was piled onto one end of the burrito. Why? How? Who taught these guys how to build a burrito? By then I had lost my appetite due to the pastrami but even so, there was hardly any egg and cheese compared to the pastrami. The green salsa too was bad. No flavor whatsoever all you get is the burning sensation from the peppers. I really think they just blended peppers and called it a salsa
