Blown away....I have been on a car hunt for the past 2 months for a mini van to fit the needs of my very big family. Being a mom of 5 kids I needed something kid friendly and safety was most important. Had a Honda Odyssey and wanted something different. Every single showroom/ car dealer we went to was either rude, not interested or wasn't making good much of an effort to help us with our car. We wanted to trade in an old 1999 Ford that we owned and trade in our lease Hyundai Genesis that we still had about 21 months payment.Every place we went we hit a wall with the monthly payments. My last stop was here late on a Sunday at about 7:00pm and I was blown away with the customer service. So patient and helpful. Hovannes the product specialist is awesome..he made it so easy not your typical sales person, happy and making jokes his partner Edwin is amazing too...Hovannes was pretty quick with making me choose the car and worked out numbers for me with his awesome team member his sales manager Joe Najar and I couldn't believe that withing an hour I was sold out on buying my Chrysler pacifica. I bought a used car from them in July 2019. I was told that my plates would stay the same but I would get new tags from the month I bought it. I got the new registration but never the tags. Again, I bought the car in July and the tags were from March so, the registration was already expired. I have called no less than 6 times to inquire about my new tags as well as the 2nd key fob that I was promised with the car...which the sales guy "couldn't find" at the time. Now, I get a bill from the DMV that says my registration is due is March. I also called because they sucked in me to some BS warranty that cost 4K that I told them I didn't want. My car has a really bad vibration whenever I turn on the heat or air. Also, a clicking noise whenever I turn too hard to the right. I called to ask if I can take it to any Dodge dealer or can I only take it to them. Another 2 messages. No response. Every time I call I am told that "someone" will get back to me. We are now in January of 2020 and I have not heard from ANYONE at Russel Westbrook Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. The sales guy that they "appointed" me too, had apparently got got pulled over on his way to work that morning for speeding and no insurance, so he spent almost the whole time talking to his mom to get help. I waked in there with a pre-approval for interest as well as the trade in value on my current car and they tried to hit me with 4% above my pre-approval as well as half of my trade in value. When I told them I was going to walk away, they suddenly found the 4% difference but would not come down on the trade in value of my existing car. I would NOT RECOMMEND that anybody buy a car from this dealer ship EVER. I am so sorry that I bought in to their BS and now am upside down on a car that I really thought I would love. I am a Customer Service Rep for the past 25 years and these guys...they just do not deliver. They will happily take your money and then tell you F off if you ever need anything after the paperwork is signed. Biggest problem is, they don't tell you to F off, they just don't tell you anything at all and that is the worst. This "someone will get back to you" is the biggest lie of all. Tried to purchase a WRX for $18,000 and everything was cool, until they tried charging me an extra $5,000 for a "tracking device", "car theft insurance", "paint coating" and "nitro filled tires". A tracking device is about $250-350, I've got my own car insurance so why would I need car theft insurance? I asked the manager if they can remove all the unnecessary crap, but he said "it can't be done". Really dude it cant be done? So how the hell did you guys put it on there in the first place? Then I told him it would be smart if you put all the extra crap into the actual sales price, then he said "it's in the fine print". Then I went on CarGurus where I saw the listing, and showed it to his stupid face that there was NOTHING about a tracker, theft insurance and coating costing an extra $5,000. This place is a whole scam please don't go here you will waste your time. Unless you want to blow an additional $5,000 on stuff that you already have in your car insurance. My husband and I bought a 2017 Jeep Compass, because we fell in love with it. It was used so we asked them to fix the things that were wrong with r before we took it home they insisted that we take it home and bring it back. Well I knew it was too good to be true. Went to get it on Thursday August 16th the paint wasn't even. So we Went to get it on Friday last week August 17th and it was not fixed correctly. The tint looks amazing but the paint looks like crap. So we are supposed to wait another week for it. The repair person Hector inspected the car before calling us and told us it was still not done. It's ridiculous that I am paying for a new car and I don't even get to use it. The sales department is great especially Gil and the finance department really helped us out even days after signing paperwork. But the repair and body shop suck so bad. It's getting old. They need a new body shop or a new repair person that will actually make things get done CORRECTLY the first time. Now as of today August 22 they want to remove the bumper and repaint it. He's not a push-over but he knows what's fair and he makes it happen. No BS. Tom De Haan is a Sales Associate, a fantastic no BS guy who knows how to structure a deal and backs up what he offers you, He too makes it happen. Love that guy. Max Holzer is the Finance Manager and he is as honest as they come. And FAIR. And Chris Valerio, who was my salesman, is a GREAT young man who never sold me anything but the truth. He is a wonderful salesman and you'd be lucky to have him as part of your sales experience. In summation: I have an enormous amount of respect for this team. I asked for what I wanted, they explained what I had to do to get there without any hype and BS, and once we agreed, they got me there without any bait and switch. They put a big smile on my face. My Dads car crapped out and I figured I'd get him a cheap lease on something new and came here on a whim to see the Dodge Dart and compare that to a Corolla. Ended up also checking out the Jeep Renegade which my Dad was more comfortable in but honestly didn't think I could afford it for him. I honestly hate to haggle and didn't even have to, they just kept figuring out different ways with the leasing bank we could get to where I could afford this instead of settling for a smaller sedan. I got my Dad a jeep I could afford for him and he got his first new car in his life! This was a great experience, I didn't get any BS, it was very casual and friendly, even down to the attire, no one there is your typical car salesman in a suite. Let me start off by saying the car is amazing. With that being said that is the only thing that is up to par at this specific dealership. They are very fast to help out when they are trying to sell. After I purchased a brand new Jeep I went home and noticed that I was given someone else's paperwork. And after further going over my contract I notice I didn't need two maintenance charges. So I went in to attempt to fix everything and this is when I noticed that you are not cared about after the purchase is done. They had me waiting for an hour to see a sales manager. And another hour to find the proper paperwork. After canceling the two forms. The money is yet to be reimbursed to the bank. each time I come to see if they are going to give the money back because the maintenance was not able to be used by me anymore because it's canceled in their computers, they just can't seem to give them money back to the bank. Another thing was the car that was traded in to them as a down payment was not filed to the dmv and continues to get tickets so I continue to get tickets in the mail after taking another hour to get it processed with this dealership. read more

Took my car in for regular maintenance i.e. the oil change. The guy told me there were other things I was due for. I asked him to just tell me what was required to maintain my warranty/lease. He I sister that I needed $2600 worth of required maintenance since I had skipped these items the last few times I came in. He reiterated they were required. So I agreed, begrudgingly to the services. I asked for a list of required maintenance for future reference and he says he doesn't have a list he can give me. When I come back to pick up the car, I notice over half the items on the receipt are listed as RECOMMENDED and that it was done at the request of the customer! I paid $2800 for services that weren't even required, despite my asking to only receive services that were required. Everytime I leave this dealership I feel like I have been taken advantage of.
