Dishonest dealership. That's really what it comes down to with this place. I called to inquire about a vehicle, Selena answered my call and confirmed the online price. When I asked about matching another dealerships price (car had the same msrp, model and trim) she said she'd match that price or beat it, guaranteed. Well...when we arrived at the dealership we were approached by a saleswoman who took us to the lot to see it. Man oh man, the supposedly "new" car we were looking at had dirt, dust, mud all over it and inside of it as well. There were half-full water bottles in it and fingerprints everywhere. Also, there were 115 miles on it when online it says 2. So no it wasn't a new car, in fact all of the cars in the new car lot looked super dirty and like they had all been off-reading. Then we discussed pricing with Rodrigo who then told us the price would in fact be $8.5k more than the advertised price! what??? We asked why it was so much more if selena had promised a different price and the online price is so much lower. He said there are mandatory add-ons he can't do anything about and that there was absolutely no room for negotiation whatsoever. Not even 15 minutes after we left the dealership we got a call back from Rodrigo and Selena saying they'd give us half off the add-ons. We called back the next day saying we'd like to take the deal and then a different manager answered saying there was no way they could give it to us for that price, that they should have never offered us that deal ever. He said they'd be losing way too much money and that they never should have promised us that price or offered that deal in the first place. They're rated F on BBB and we also filed a complaint for them. Overall we were so upset at the pure dishonesty from this place and their attempts to illegally scam buyers. read more

This was the worst experience leasing a car in my whole life. I negotiated with a sales person mostly over the phone. (I admit - that was my mistake) When I went to pick up the car I was told the car was being washed for me. I waited for hours. Then I was told it was time to sign all the paperwork. I signed everything. Car still not finished being washed so I said I have to leave. I can't be here for hours. I walked out with sales person to tell washing people to just finish up so I could leave. The car looked fine - but then Sunday (two days later) I realized the car had no power doors (it's a Chrysler Pacifica). And also no keyless entry. Two big items necessary when buying a minivan that I thought I was getting. They were in the car I had test driven previously. Long story short- I called and asked if they could upgrade me to a better minivan with these options. I would pay more. No too late it's a used car now. I said it has 200 miles on it. You guys had me sign papers for a car I never even saw. Is that a standard practice? I feel like I really got screwed here and now I have three years to ponder it.... I wish they would have done the right thing and taken it back and given me a more expensive one. read more

Read all the 1 star reviews and then you'll have an extremely accurate idea of what kind of dealership this is. Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee here from their stereotypical sleazy used car sales manager, and the car immediately started throwing codes, and literally went into limp mode twice, both times nearly getting me killed. Once on the freeway going 70+MPH and once on a road going 50+MPH. Besides the shutdowns and check engine lights, the TMPS monitors never stopped going off, cylinders were misfiring, there was a loud buzzing from the front engine at freeway speeds that vibrated the entire car, the front suspension was completely jacked, and other issues. They told me it needed upper control arms when I bought it, but when I had it checked by another dealer, turned out that not only did those need to be replaced, but the lower sway bar links were COMPLETELY MISSING! Nice job with your so called safety inspection before selling this piece of seriously unsafe junk to a consumer. My bad for even buying this car, but the onus falls on them for being so dishonest. They eventually bought the car back (why the1 star review), but not until much fighting, and me losing almost $4000 on the deal in taxes and repairs. Bottom line: this dealership is a perfect example of why car dealers, and used car dealers, have such horrible reputations. Sleazy from top to bottom. Buy here at your own risk, because there are so many reviews that should make you run in the opposite direction. read more

Neither my wife or I was looking forward to going to a dealership and purchasing a new car. The process is super time consuming, and I've always felt a little oily after haggling with salesman about money. However, much to my surprise, our visit and subsequent purchase of a Jeep Patriot was a most enjoyable experience thanks to Gill our sales person. Gill took the time to listen to what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable as well as personable. Once we had settled on a model, Gill took us to Saed, who was also great. HIGH PRESSURE + LOW TRANSPARENCY + FAKE REVIEWS = BUYER BEWARE *The long and the short of it is, save yourself some pain before going there by reading the negative reviews.* My wife and I went in to purchase a new vehicle for her and were subjected to classic manipulative sales tactics from the start. Also, despite telling them openly from the start that we wanted a quote so we could go for lunch and discuss it before we made any decisions, we were pressured to agree to their offer and get into the finance department immediately to sign the papers. We hadn't even looked at the papers yet and they told us they were already detailing the car and pulling it around front for us so the whole experience was one of being rushed. After questioning the "deal" they were putting in front of us and getting fed up with disrespect and pressure from the sales manager, we decided to leave at which point he chased us into the parking lot attempting to renegotiate and refusing to acknowledge our wish to leave. Also, earlier in the discussion, I told him that we were using TrueCar to determine the fair market price and he said we were free to go a TrueCar dealer instead, which is pretty misleading since it turns out they *are* a TrueCar dealer (and started sending us TrueCar Dealer offers right after we left) so he could have chosen to either work with the TrueCar market price or at least put us in touch with the Internet department (who is supposed to honor TrueCar prices) or just let us leave (and go to a TrueCar dealer as he suggested) rather than keep trying to convince us to buy right away at a higher price. To top it all off, while we are still at the dealership, one of the sales guys approaches my wife and asks her if she will post some "5 star reviews" explaining their bonus is based on getting those reviews, asks to borrow her phone so he can "help" her post the reviews, **and proceeds to write and post raving reviews under her name** which is unethical to say the least. Once we realized what had happened we deleted the reviews but based on the way it went down it seems obvious that she wasn't the first one this has happened to. Just read through the 5 star reviews and you will notice that most of them sound suspiciously the same. I see he has even posted on Google a *5 star review of his dealership under his own name,* which the owner responded to and thanking him for by name if that gives you a sense of how reviews are handled at this dealership. Makes you wonder how pervasive this is. We ended up getting basically the same vehicle from another dealer for a lower price with better terms and without details hidden in fine print that would have resulted in higher up front payments and lower residual values. In my opinion, there's no way a dealership this focused on selling and so *not* focused on customer satisfaction is getting so many real raving reviews, nor is this kind of behavior, which must be in plain sight of other employees and management, a one off occurrence: this is the kind of dealer that unfortunately gives car dealers a bad name. Rather than rely on the dubious 5-star reviews, I highly recommend you start with the negative ones and make up your own mind or, if you are still determined to take a chance, simply go there with some prep done beforehand and your wits about you and see for yourself. read more

Before I closed, I called around to other dealers and friends-of-friends at dealerships and nobody would even start the conversation at the price I got... in fact, they told me to keep that deal. Now I've been dealing with maintenance issues. Terry Cordova has been my main point of contact and he's been really helpful not just with the problems but also with getting me loaner cars and rental cars whenever it's in the shop. Everything is under warranty, but they seem to be on the up-and-up, so I would definitely recommend them. This experience was terrible. I went today to get a part fixed in my car I had my appointment at 7:45am. I left my car the service team said by 2 the car would be ready that they will call me. I called at 3 and they said the technician was in lunch and that It wasn't ready. They never called me to let me know there was a delay or nothing. I called again at 4:30 and the guy was no where to be found so his co worker told me the car was ready. NO ONE CALLED ME to let me know the car was ready or that there was a delay. I get to the shop and they didn't even wash my car they told me they would wash it. I left my car all day just to fix one tiny broken part and it was the worst experience I've ever had in customer service. I regret coming to this dealer ship they just want your money and once you buy the car they don't care about our needs.! read more

Repairs were completed quickly, & Robert called me immediately to let me know our truck was ready for pick up. Im not so sure on how to start off but i'm so DISAPPOINTED on how they work. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! A old high school friend who was an employee there had told me he would help me with getting a vehicle that would be in my price range for my daily use. I was looking into a pre owned BMW they had online and i told him i would want to go and test drive it to check it out. Immediately I told him i was off the next day so i got there at 12pm. I took a look at the car and rrove it... immediately there was a tire and check engine light so i said they had to look at the vehicle because of that. We go into the dealership and he starts doing numbers and i tell him what i'm able to pay and how if i could be at a no down payment because i wasn't financially stable still so it was only right for me to just start my monthly payments. As we are doing numbers they ask for my social to run my credit and him in knowing my credit wasn't great because of a family reason he said to not worry that they will help me even if i has bad credit. So i waited for ablut a whole hour or so to just find out that ii would have to do a down payment of $1000 or so and my monthly payments were going g to be $680 and also the car was priced at 12k so i said that's too much for a pr owned car and i understand that my credit wasn't great but it was too much so i said no. So they said let me tak to the finance manager and see what he could help you with if je could get you on a new car for around the same price i said okay that's fine... while waiting they never offered me water or anything at all i was there sitting down very hungry waiting to see them knowing i needed a car so i waited around 3 hours for another response and then then they come and tell me they have couple options for me i could wither lol ok at the dodge challenger , charger, or jeep compass so i totally said no to the jeep compass not my type of car. so i took a look at the dodge challenger they had which was an SXT and i took a test drive i said okay i'll tale this one so they did the numbers again and it took another 4 hours i was there till about 11pm that day with no food or water so unprofessional for them to not offer something. So while i waited one of the reps i believe his name is chris told me they were trying to finish everything then they came up to me saying ""CONGRATULATIONS YOU WERE APPROVED " so i got very happy and i had to wait still. After that whole loony wait they finally decided to go through and finish my paperwork and their "Vice president " from the company came in saying he waac sorry for the long wait that he was giving me a card for 3 free oil changes and tire rotation. HERES THE WORSE PART the whole story above got me already very pissed off but this is worse. So after a whole month of having the call a lady named mirna contactedme sending me a number to finish my documents to register my car to chrysler financial so i did. The. she calls me a week later saying that she needed to speak to me about my car so i said what's wrong she said you have three options we either change your car to a jeep compass, turn the car back in or get a co singer i said why?!? they told me i was approved she said no you weren't. ALL THE BANKS we sent your information too didn't approve your loan so i said why did you guys run my credit with multiple banks?! she gave no answer so this lady kept on calling and texting me so many times even when i was at work at told her i couldn't speak to her she didnt care and kept calling how UNPROFESSIONAL MIRNA! Then it led off to them coming and picking up the car in a tow truck without even saying anything to me! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A BIG SCAM AND RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!! THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT AND RUIN IT! THEY DONT HAVE ANY SYMPATHY FOR PEOPLE! ALSO FOUND OUT THE REPS NO LONGER THERE!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS DEALERSHIP DO NO GO THERE! Worst experience for a service appointment I have ever had. on Jan 23rd I took my 2016 jeep wrangler into Russel Westbrook and waited 20 min for Omar / Bulmaro to even talk to me. He looks up and says it will be a min I'm just finishing up paperwork. after an hour of waiting and him wlaking back to some back room 3 times he says "do you have an appointment" I finally get Roy the manager to write me up for the appointment the next day. Bulmaro pretends not to remember me and the manager Roy passes me off to him after a hour of waiting for him to finish paper work again he checks me in. Doesn't seem to know the first thing about cars and starts making outrageous comments about my jeep. 3 days lator he calls me to tell me they have no clue whats wrong but want to change my oil another 3 times to try and fix the problem and it will cost me $180.00 or I can come pick up the car. I agree to pickup the car and drive right over only to find out the car was not moved from the place they parket it 3 days ago and the oil change was not performed. Bulmaro then jerks me around for 45 min while they do the oil change I get my car and drive over to another jeep dealer in Inglewood and they diagnose my car in 5 min with their machines and get me over to the rental department. 15 minutes. If you want service don't go here or avoid Bulmaro. read more

Oh where oh where to begin!? August 2016 my Check Engine(CE) and Electric Throttle Control(ETC) Light came on in my 2007 Jeep Wrangler JKU. I took it to my mechanic, he ran the codes, couple hours later he tells me that it is a bad catalytic and throttle control. He informed me that he does not work on electrical or exhaust and that I would need to go to the dealership. I made an appointment and headed to Russell Westbrook Jeep in Van Nuys, CA. Dropped the Jeep off August 30th paid $150 for them to diagnose the problem. After two days they told me that the problem was the right side manifold and that the throttle control needs to be replaced. The total bill was going to be $2073. WOW, that's a lot of money. I asked him, will this take care of the problems or should I think about trading it in, since I have 188,000 miles on it. He told me not to worry, this will fix it. Also, I informed him that my cruise control had not been working for the past year, I asked if I spend this money, will this fix everything. He said yes... everything will be perfect, his words. I approved the work estimate, they went off to fix everything. On September 6th I get a phone call telling me my Jeep was ready. I pay the $2073 and off I go. 36 hours later, I try the cruise control, the CE and ETC Light come back on, cruise control did not work. I head back to the dealer September 9th, they spent 5 days looking it over. On the 5th day, I called the service advisor to see what was going, since I haven't heard anything from them. He informed me that the new throttle control was defective and they will replace it free of charge, very nice of them. Now on to the cruise control and the CE Light. He told me that I need a new PCM and that it will cost $872. WOW, are we sure that this will fix everything... my credit card is getting close to maxed. He said no worries, everything will be perfect, his words again. 13 days after dropping the Jeep off (September 22nd) I get a phone call telling me that it was ready for pick up. I pay the $872 and off I go. The Jeep is working great, I test the cruise control immediately, works perfect! 8 days later, while using the cruise control, my door locks start cycling off and on as I am driving, and when I turn the ignition off and pull out the key, the Jeep keeps running for a further minute before shutting off, and the CE light came back on. I call the dealer Friday September 30th, we set an appointment for first thing Monday, October 3rd 8am. I dropped the vehicle off, the service advisor tells me to give them about a week to go over the vehicle to find the problem. They gave me a loaner car while they are fixing the problem. I inform him that I do not want the Jeep back until you can guarantee that it is running perfectly, because I don't want to come back again. He said we will do our best, but this time he is not assuring me that it will be perfect. After thoroughly looking over the vehicle, I was told that the CE light was triggered because the left side manifold is now bad and that I will PROBABLY need a new catalytic converter. To replace them will cost you around $1800, but since you're having all these problems, we'll do it for $1400. WHAT!!!! You told me not to worry, that everything will be fix perfect. At that point... I SWEAR TO GOD, HE SAID "You know this Jeep has close to 190,000 miles on it, you may want to think about trading it in." WHAT!!! That's exactly what I said to you a month ago when I first brought it in to be repaired, before dropping close to $3000 and maxing out my credit card. I informed him that I don't have the money, and that I won't have the money until I get my tax return in April. He said ok, when you get the money, we will fix it for you. April 2017, I get my tax return, make an appointment to finish the job that was left undone. April 27th 8am I head back to Russell Westbrook Jeep I inform a new service advisor that my Jeep was here before, and that I need to get the manifold, and catalytic replaced, you can pull up my history; clearly she wasn't listening to a word I said, as she made a phone call about another customer to the tech while I stood there, and then proceeded to ask me if I was here for the recall issue (you cannot make this up). When she followed me outside to check the vehicle in, she walked up to a black Dodge Charger and asked if that was my vehicle, no points for attention to detail. I also informed her that my ETC light has randomly come on 3 times since they replaced the throttle control back in October, can you look into it please. I call back around 1pm to see how things are going, she said she will check with the tech give her 15 minutes or so. I call back at 3pm since I haven't heard anything back. She told me that I need a new manifold, and catalytic, and that it will be $1873 plus tax. I told her that the last service adviser told me that they would do it for $1400 because they had the Jeep for 37 days, and never got fixed! read more
