Worst customer service ever. I've purchased a car on July 12, 2019 upon purchasing this car I did trade in a car as well. I discovered that the dealership sent the check to the wrong bank that was supposed to pay my trade-in off. When I contacted the dealership they didn't say sorry or anything also didn't care. I also spoke to Travis which said he will resolve it and didn't do anything. Now my bank keeps calling me saying I'm late on a payment that a car that I don't own. I physically went to the dealership explain what's happening they told me I should pay for the car is sitting on their lot so it wouldn't hurt my credit score. Also was told I would have to wait until they get reimbursed from the bank they sent the wrong check to so they can send it to the right bank. This place is rude and discriminates as well went there was talk in English to one of the managers Israel and he kept talking to me in Spanish. Now my credit score is affected and they still have not done anything about it until this day have not still paid my car just sitting on their lot. Absolutely DO NOT take your vehicle here for servicing. If you are okay with new mechanics nearly destroying the engine in your vehicle be my guest. These guys do not even know how to properly torque a drain plug. It is pathetic. A simple oil change is too much for them let alone getting my harmonic balancer replaced. First thing, the oil drain plug on my vehicle was over torqued and therefore stripped and was nearly impossible to take off. Second, I went in to get a new harmonic balancer installed and all was fine and dandy until there was a horrible noise under my hood. Checked and sure enough my harmonic balancer flew off. Now, the main suspect of this happening was a faulty installation. The balancer was over-torqued. These guys love over-torquing the heck out of everything. It also doesn't help that the managers, are downright rude and fail to take any sort of responsibility, at least the ones that I've had the displeasure of dealing with. This place was miles better when I first purchased my vehicle from them 6 years ago. I would stay far away from this dealer if you are looking to getting your vehicle serviced. read more

I had to take in my car for a recall safety matter and this dealership was not helpful what-so-ever. They would not accommodate any of my needs. They would not provide me a loaner. And because Saturdays are so busy there would be no where for me to sit and wait. They had no idea what the fix time would be. I work 50 hours a week and Saturday is the only day I have to drop off my car. I had no one to pick me up if I had to drop off the car. I instead went to Glendale Dodge, which is 100% the opposite. I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience at Russell Westbrook (Van Nuys.) I have leased over 40 cars from different dealerships over the last 25 years and have never had these types of issues. I have also had several Jeeps over the years and have been very happy. The one positive part of all of this was our salesman, Derrick. He attempted to help however, the manager, Bobby, and the general manager, Vikas were very unprofessional. I was looking to lease a Jeep wrangler unlimited altitude, for my daughter and was quoted $440 from the manager, Bobby. I was ready to go pick up the car and about two hours later I got a call from Derrick who explained that they could no longer deliver the car. Apparently, Vikas told him that they were suddenly unable get the car for this price, after the manager told me I could come pick it up that same day. Getting this deal took several days because it was a particular car and now I am back to square one. Considering this was a mistake made on their end it should have also been fixed internally. Instead I got several calls quoting me at higher prices. Why would I pay more for the same car, than originally quoted? All in all, they have lost a loyal costumer, as I will not be returning to the dealership or to Jeep in general for another car. read more

Mixed feelings about this dealership. Apparently it has changed owners since I bought my Jeep in August but it seems the staff are all the same. I'll start with the fact that I am more than happy with the deal I got. Al the finance manager really worked a deal for me, especially considering I was in the negative with my trade-in. When all is said and done, I went in on a Friday and within 3 hours I had the car I wanted. Then things went downhill. 1.) My trade in wasn't paid off so I started to get calls from my bank at which point I had to call the dealership and no one would give me an answer on why the pay off hadn't been paid or when a payment would be mailed. After calling them for a few days my trade in was finally paid off - late - but everyone acted like it was nothing, they couldn't even be bothered. 2.) My paperwork was not sent to Jeep on time so my first payment was late! Again, I had to follow up and I called Chrysler Financial who was super nice. 3.) My new car had transmission issues - I get it, it happens, fluke accident. What's not OK is how the situation was handled. It took 28 DAYS to have my car fixed. In the end a tech from Chrysler came out, diagnosed the issue, ordered a new transmission and I was finally given my car back. I was told by the Service Manager that he would contact his rep and try and get me a refund on my monthly payment since it took them a MONTH to diagnose and repair a transmission. He asked for payment stubs which were taken to him and I was told he'd let me know. That was over a month ago - I never heard back, not even a no, which would have been the professional thing to do. 4.) Apparently being in service for 28 days wasn't enough because the car then accelerated on its own at which point I left it at another dealership that realized the software needed to be updated. Needless to say this dealership has been frustrating to deal with, unfortunately they are my only local dealership. read more

I bought a car from a dodge jeep dealership in Huntington Beach but this one is closer to me. The warranty came with fee oil changes. The first time I came they didn't have the filter. I waited almost 2 hours. Lesson learned. It was time for another change so I called ahead and was told the filter was there. It's been an hour so I checked on my car. NO FILTER!!! even though they said it was here it wasn't. An oil change shouldn't be such a hassle. read more

As soon as I walked in to Russell Westbrook's Jeep location in Van Nuys, I was greeted at the desk by a woman named Mirna. I hesitantly mentioned 'I was interested in buying a Jeep'. I say 'hesitantly' because the last car I possessed, which was not a Jeep, was leased by a dealership that sucked me into 3 years at a ridiculous monthly payment that bled me dry. Awful dealership experience, awful deal. My fault, lesson learned. Back to Mirna. She instantly made me feel welcome, and introduced me to a young man by the name of Mitchell. I explained to Mitchell what I was looking for, and he immediately put any 'hesitation' at bay with his easy going nature. He didn't fit the mold as most people expect from the typical car salesman. He truly made my experience there as painless as possible, and wound up setting me up with the car I wanted, and after a week now, have grown to love. Great deal, great monthly payment, overall incredible experience. He was a rock star. Mirna sat me down afterwards to sign paperwork, and she was awesome..from beginning to end. I went in knowing I wanted to get the Jeep Patriot and was immediately welcomed by Tyler, honestly I wouldn't get a car from there if it wasn't for him. My parents and I were going back and forth on the color but it all worked out, got it close to the price we wanted so all we needed to do was wait for Tyler to go pick it up from a different dealership and bring it to Westbrook. After 6 hours at Westbrook and waiting almost 2 hours for our car, Tyler finally came with the car I wanted!! Received a recall notice in the mail for my car. I called them to schedule an appointment(they suggest that for faster service). I scheduled my appointment for this past Monday morning. I drove 25 minutes to the dealer, waited in line for about 10 minutes. Then when they finally get to me, they tell me they don't have the part in stock. They hadn't ordered it. I had to reschedule the service appointment for Wednesday. I had to drive another 25 minutes home on Monday and another 50 minutes today driving there and back. I had to put more miles on my car and drive it longer with safety issues. They also told me that they would give me a complimentary car wash, but they didn't. When I asked them to do it, they told me it would be over an hour wait just to get the car washed. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and won't be coming back to this dealership. read more

I would leave 0 stars if an option were given. We made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have our BRAND NEW 2018 Dodge Challenger. The cars steering wheel was very stiff and blowing Hot air. We dropped on the car on a Monday expecting to get it back that same day. We received no update on our car and to top it off no one would answer the phone. The person who had been helping us was named ROBERT. He wouldn't answer our calls and did not give us any update o the vehicle didn't offer a rental. Nothing. He just left us in the blue. Also that car was our main car for commute so we were left without a vehicle and we live in Palmdale! After 3 DAYS we finally received on update from Robert telling us our vehicle had severed wires from "Rodent Damage" Our brand new car! And we would have to pay $622 because the warranty would not cover. We have two new cars and 5 cars on our lot, never in the 6 years of living there have any of our cars had rodent damage. Especially, a brand new vehicle that is driven Daily. We also asked for photographs of the damage and when we asked Robert about them he claimed he, "forgot." He forgot to take photographs of the damage and also threw the "severed wires" in the trash. So there was ZERO proof of this supposed "Rodent Damage!" This week will be the second week our vehicle had been at the dealership and still no update. We originally purchased our vehicle at Bravo Chrysler in Alhambra. We only brought the car to this dealership because it had the first appointment. I will never be coming back to this dealership and I will definitely not be buying another vehicle from any Chrysler Brand. Terrible Customer Service! These people are unbelievable and so Rude. read more

Zero costumer service, they make you wait a really long time for an oil change, and once your car is done they don't bother going through the things they say you need to do to your car, they just hand you the paper and pretty much tell you to figure it out yourself. I must say that hands down, this place is the best place to have your car serviced. I was going downtown Los Angeles to LA Motors for my Dodge but there was too much drama there. I took my car over to Russell Westbrook in Van Nuys and I am SO happy I did . From start to finish, they were the BEST around. And I have to give a incredibly HUGE acknowledgement to Robert Pane who went above and beyond to assist and help me and answer any questions I had. He was extremely courteous and helpful. And in constant touch with me regarding my car. Unlike Downtown LA Motors Chrysler Dodge where you have no idea your car is ready then things are forgotten about and then parts are put in on the street, Robert finds you in the building and tells you your car is ready. I love every employee i've had the pleasure of dealing with at this dealership. I came into Van Nuys CDJR after purchasing a 2015 jeep patriot from Hooman dealership in LA (BIG MISTAKE) . I was a first time buyer and was having buyers remorse after finding out that this jeep dealership had the actual model of Patriot that I had originally wanted AND they were offering KILLER rebates!! (No rebates were even mentioned at Hooman and they didn't have the model of jeep that wanted-they actually told me.it didn't exist..) So I went in here with a heavy heart realizing I had jumped into a purchase that was not as good as the deal and model I would have been given at Van Nuys. When I walked in I brought my paperwork from the Hooman Heep purchase basically saying "can you help me!?! I made a big mistake!!!!" I was lucky enough to have Anthony Brashier as my salesman and from the moment I met him we hit it off having lots in common and him just being a truthful, kindhearted, quality person in general. This was not a typical sales situation. I was looking to get out of my brand new jeep and into another brand new jeep but with the amenities I had originally wanted (leather interior, sunroof) and was wishing that I had come to this dealership first. Between Anthony, Eric (the manager) and Max (in financing) I could not have been happier with the outcome to my tragic scenario. They helped me find a way to not be completely devastated about the $6,000 down payment I had made on my original purchase, basically got me back 3/4 of that in rebates and discount, helped me find a monthly payment that I was still comfortable making and in the long run will end up paying less for this car that the one I originally had that didn't meet all my standards and was a "base model" vehicle. It took a lot of time and effort on everyones part who was involved and they truly did everything in their power to help me come out of this situation happy and not having to have put out any more money. I am SO SO SO glad to have a home at this new dealership (which is way closer to my apartment than Hooman) and to be able to be surrounded by truely genuine and good people that are looking to help you in any way possible. I am trying not to beat myself up about not coming to this dealership first (I would give anything to take back that Hooman purchase) but these guys have done everything in their power to make this a much less expensive lesson to learn than it could have been, AND I'm In the car that I really truely wanted from the start. Not too f***ing happy with this place. I bought a 2019 Dodge Challenger that was used there about 3 weeks ago. First of all I was a little pissed off because it did not come with satellite radio. All cars do now a days. Anyways I was a little more pissed off when I found out I had bought a rental. They did not tell me that when I bought it. And then one day after I bought it the back up camera stopped working. So I brought it in to have them fix it. It has been 3 days and I keep calling to get an update on my car and no one is calling me back. They did give me a rental for no cost but of course the engine was downsized and it's not my car. Wtf? I am about to go down there as I write this and raise some hell. Maybe if they had sold me a legit car and not a f***ing rental ugh so frustrated right now because I spent $31,000 on a car that is not what I thought. I would not buy a car there again. I feel cheated and ripped off on top of pissed off. I want MY car back. Or at least an update. Not too happy at all!!!! read more

AWFUL DEALERSHIP. Called to see about test driving a Hellcat and a Trackhawk. Sales rep told me not only could I test drive but that she would make me an appointment. An email confirmation followed. I drove 45 min to the dealership, was greeted by a lovely woman who asked why I was here. Repeated that I came to test drive both cars. Showed her my appointment email. After waiting 15 minutes she came back and asked what color I'd like to drive and also manual or auto. I said manual. Waited another 20 min. She returned with a new black Hellcat and parked it up front. As I approached I asked if she needed my drivers license. She said no, we need to talk to manager first. I went with her to the manager who informed me they don't do test drives on either vehicle. I told him it must be a mistake after having two people confirm I could test drive. He told me nope, they never test drive unless I already have a deal in place for the car. What a waste of a long Sunday afternoon. I was furious and left. I called back to talk to him again, repeated my frustration and asked how 2 separate representatives of his dealership could mislead me and waste my time. His explanation was that one girl was "new." I would never buy a single thing from this dealership. How unprofessional. read more

My experience here was very smooth and had great customer service from one of the salesperson name Jordan and One of the sales managers Rodrigo. Everyone is so friendly and attentive as soon as you enter the doors here at Russel Westbrook. Jordan was always checking up on me and was always informing me what they could do to help me get a car as a first buyer. After going to many other dealerships and getting turn down, Russel Westbrook actually open its doors to me knowing I didn't have any credit. They manage to find solutions to my problem. When I arrived to the dealership they showed me a completely different vehicle (different color even!) then was in the pictures.
