If I could give them 0 stars I would. I originally bought a 2020 Dodge Charger GT from them in May 2022, we agreed a on a charger just for them to sell it and sell me a more expensive one when I was 15 min away out of an 1hr drive. The charger came with chipped back rims and minors chips but now that I've taken it to another dealership ti get a trade in value I've been told that the car has been in a wreck or had major damage even though they advertised it as clean title, never having any issues. I don't know what to do at this point but don't buy from here, they buy salvage cars that didn't go through insurance and fix them as clean title. Had the worst buying experience. It's been over a year and still cannot get ahold of finance. Waiting on them to release my car in order to activate theft patrol. They were quick to charge for it but can't even get ahold of anyone there. I do not recommend this dealership. This year I've had my Truck there for atleast 4 months due to problem after problem. This dealership takes forever. The worst car shopping experience I've ever had. Growing up on a dealer lot, I see things done well, ok and how they can go very wrong. Being two females looking for a car, I've never been so shocked and treated so badly, clearly because we are women. The male bravado was awful, many TV's blaring, club music blasting, the crappiest dealer floor and most unorganized dealer lot. Just wow. This was impression one; the amount of lies we heard in 40 minutes was so disappointing. Our sales guy was a sweet kid who you could tell was terrified of management. After a test drive and a 20 minute sit strategy, a manager arrived to just create chaos. He was so negative, aggressive and rude is a nice word to describe his demeanor. We walked. Russel Westbrook, and his GM Raed, need a intervention from Jeep/ Chrysler and the car dealer association. This dealership needs a major time out. We bought the car we wanted, from an amazing dealer up the road in Canoga, we will do a separate review. If you're looking for a toxic sales experience, VanNuys is the spot. I went in one day to get an estimate on a used Jeep, and ended up leaving SEVEN hours later as the owner of the car. The overall experience wasn't anything special-I had to approach someone to ask for help and there's no clear signage, reception, or information readily available when you first enter the dealership. The salesman I worked with was professional, but the financial manager I worked with was absolutely incredible. Mirna was able to negotiate my payment down over a hundred dollars from the estimate I was originally given. I felt like my time and energy was being respected and she explained everything clearly. The salesman, Naz, was nice, he didn't try to "sell" the car after I told him I had already done my research, which was very appreciated. He also was able to work with my budget and situation. I spent half of my time in the dealership waiting for answers, paperwork, and the actual car. They said they were going to detail it, and it's pretty clear they only did an exterior detail as the back had dog hair from the previous owner (which doesn't bother me, but I waited an extra hour for the car for them to miss a lot of the interior). They also are EXTREMELY pushy about reviews-which is the only reason why I'm writing this, in hope that I won't get another phone call in the middle of my workday asking for a yelp review after our business was already done. read more

This review is for the sales department. Just purchased a CPO 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Process took about 5 hours end to end. Patrik was incredibly helpful, respectful, not pushy at all, didn't get defensive when I was direct about what we did and did not want. He really made the process smooth and as painless as possible while making us feel like he was doing his best to get us what we wanted. Never tried to push us in a different direction or have us look at different vehicles or anything. Esteban was thorough and detailed with the finances, and shared his personal story which made an immediate connection with us. We would definitely go back to work with Patrik and Esteban! I have one recommendation for the management of this dealership: car dealerships can be stressful places. The worst experience, they don't deserve 1 star. I don't even write yelp reviews, but this has been terrible. Not only did they sell me a car with so many issues, they refuse to fix the issues, which are completely unsafe to even drive with. I financed a Jeep Wrangler and it has a laundry list of issues, including a very dangerous "death wobble." They say if I want anything fixed I have to pay for a diagnosis to even see if my maintenance package covers it. I've had to take it elsewhere to get repairs. I have to trade my car in just to get out of this terrible situation. The salesmen are awful and manipulative and the service department does nothing to help. They try to upsell me over 1k of unnecessary maintenance every time I'm there. Update: their response below is an automated message, they do not want to help. I hate effecting businesses negatively but truth be told, people need to know about this place. I'm a relatively young guy but I've bought and sold many cars already as I'm a car enthusiast. I went in for a trade in yesterday at Russell Westbrook Jeep/dodge/ram to buy a Dodge Challenger Scat pack widebody. Car was awesome, beautiful color and drove well, no complaints. Once negotiating started, that's when things went down hill. List of issues: 1. Sales manager comes and informs me that the online price isn't the real price and there's a 10k price differential between the online price and the in person sticker 2. Can we talk about how there's a $4,500 extra charge for every car? $500 Nitro fill tires? $1,500 Xzillion paint protection? $1,500 Theft patrol? I didn't ask for these things, I don't want them. Stop charging for things people don't ask for. You pay for these extras when you buy a car from this dealer. 3. There was a $4,999.00 service agreement in my contract. Are you serious? You're trying to charge me 5 grand for signing a contract with you? That's the shadiest thing a dealer has tried to do to me. Again I've bought and sold 12 cars in the last 7 years so I have experience with these dealers and salespeople. 4. THEY WILL MAKE YOU FOCUS ONLY ON YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT AND TRICK YOU TO IGNORE EVERYTHING ELSE. All they ever talk about here is "how much do you want to pay per month"? After spending 2 hours with paperwork to lease Chrysler 4 door, they said the vehicle was not lease-able due to a recall. They left it on there website as bait to draw people in. While there, I ordered a Ram truck. When I went to pick it up, the car was dirty upon my arrival. Several times I reminded them it needed to be cleaned. I sat for hours at the dealership with vending machines not stocked and coffee machine not working. It was close to closing when the paperwork was completed and the car still was not ready, requiring me to wait another 45 minutes while they did a poor job cleaning it. They promised a full tank of gas but only filled it three-quarters. I kept waiting for the Ram headquarters to send me a survey but they never did. read more

Picking up my van (I use this to transport my gear for work), after a factory recall, and repairs from a break in. I bought the van new here January 2017. The factory recall is the second attempt, as the they failed to complete the work the last time, not sure why, as they do not communicate the specifics. A little over a year ago, they had the van for 3 days for the recall, and when I picked it up, the check engine light came on. When I checked the error code myself, it's the cooling fan, which is one of the items the recall Is issued for. This time, they've now had the van since Jan. 18, after a break in happened just before my scheduled recall service. According to the shop, the electric window regulator was broken as a result of the break in, and the part is not available anywhere due to supply chain issues. After waiting for over a month, my insurance company said it was ok to source the electric window motor assembly myself and I finally found a used one from a salvage company in NY, since the part is still not available anywhere in the US. I delivered the window regulator on a Saturday and the promised to get it done the following Monday. On Tuesday they call and say they need a little more time just make sure everything is done. when I picked it up on Thursday, after they've had the van for almost 3 months, there's still glass on the dashboard, several of the repairs from the break-in are not done. Parts are missing, screws are missing from the front grill, i.e. it's not secured. The rubber gasket on the outside of the front passenger window is reinstalled incorrectly and there are screws missing on inside door panel. needless to say the screw cover is also missing. What else is not done correctly? I just discovered scratches on the plastic trim around the left rear wheel, as if someone swiped it, and there are small nicks in the paint as if something's been leaning up against the side of the van, while at the shop. I now have to bring it back yet again, whenever the parts arrive, wasting more time without my vehicle. I can sympathize with and understand the supply chain issues, but there's literally nothing done right otherwise. How this particular dealership can be allowed to represent an athlete like Russell Westbrook's name and likeness with this kind of work, is beyond my comprehension. I hope he and/or his business manager sees this and other similar reviews, so they can take appropriate action. Consider yourself informed and make choices based on it. I'm apparently not the only person I know that have had similar experiences at this dealership. I will NEVER return after they complete the work they already got paid for. read more

Stay away from this dealership, they do not honor their word! We've got cars from them in the past but not again. First time I went to the dealership to get a Jeep, I had a bad experience and it was just me and another family in the whole dealership at 7pm on a Friday! Even they had a bad experience with the sales guy. So I left and so did they. Got a call couple days later from them and they said they'll do the deal with me, I spoke to the same rude and unprofessional "team leader" Joshua. I told him I don't want to play games and go back and forth, if you're serious I'll come back. He agreed on the numbers with me and we set an appointment. I asked him to send me the final agreed numbers on the deal so there won't be surprises, he said his "word" was good enough. That was already a major red flag. Why couldn't he send me the deal we agreed on? I showed up to the dealership and surprise, surprise.... Joshua couldn't do that deal he promised me but would rather waste my time. I was upset and disappointed because I was looking forward getting my new car, he was unprofessional and rude again. That's when I had enough. It was so bad that couple days later Selina, the assistant to GMs Jonathan and Raed called me and said they would honor their promise and set a date for me to come in, and on that day Selina was not in the dealership, neither was both GMs and I got a message from a salesperson saying "let me verify that we can even do that deal you been promised before you come in." Which they never verified and I didn't bother because I knew it was going to be a waste of time AGAIN. Didn't hear from any of them after. Stay away from this place, its not worth it and they don't honor their word or keep their promises. Very bad way to do business.
