This place is worse than the previous place we took our truck to get serviced. Truck needed service and there were things that weren't fixed after going to the previous place that we wanted work on [air vent noises, rattling steering wheel, etc]. In addition, they wanted to charge for extra things [brake changes - for what?] at $400 each listed item despite having the truck still under warranty. We ended up getting the oil changed, but they did not vacuum or wash the truck since they didn't fix a thing. Also didn't add air to balance out the tire pressuOn the way out, I witnessed employees burning rubber onto the street of brand new vehicles to bring back to their parking lot. Very misleading after both parties sign on the contract. I got a lease on May 24, 2019, 13 days later I was notified that the bank denied my application. No written letter or anything kind of notice was given, besides a rude call from the sales person John. I called the bank myself to ask why did the dealership say my application was denied, the bank stated there is nothing in the system with my name on or the VIN. Looks like the dealership messed up and didn't submit on time or they wanted more money since they figured out we got a deal on the lease. I call the finance manager who now no longer works for the company, who would have thought!! So I waited to see if the dealership would correct their mistake. WRONG! The stealership (not a typo) repossessed the car on July 8, 2019 since there was never a finalized contract and first months payment not received. Again, should not be my fault. When it does not benefit the dealership, their customer care is lacking. I leased my 2018 Challenger less than a year ago and it came with rear tints. Within the year, the rear windshield tint started to bubble (seen in photo). The amount of times I tried getting in contact with someone who can help me is unacceptable for any establishment that values customer care. 1. I emailed them and got no response (other than an auto-reply). 2. I called twice and was put on hold for over 15 mins. 3. The 3rd time I called, instead of being placed on hold for an uncertain amount of time, I asked to speak to a manger. I was transferred to Mike, who informed me that the car was initially transferred from another dealership who had the tints put on. He promised to get in touch with them and call me back Monday (I called Friday). He seemed honest & sincere. 4. I didn't get a call the following Monday so I decided to follow up Wed (or Thurs). I left a voicemail and got a call back on Friday from Mike. He claimed the cleaning crew had accidentally thrown away the post it on his desk that was there as a reminder to call me. The other dealership that the car originated from wasnt helpful in providing a solution. Being the case, Mike suggested I get a quote for new tints and said he'll try to get a reimbursement approved. TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY!!! I came into this dealership not knowing if I was gonna ride out in a new car or not. But I did know that I wanted a Jeep, that was for sure. I was glad I got to work with Gil - 5 stars - because as soon as I arrived, he was straight to the point ready to give me the test drive without playing games talking about sales tangents. After purchase, Gil also spent another 20 minutes to walk me through all the interior features and entertainment system of the used Civic so that I could work all the special features. This place is full of liars and scammers. Please be aware they price gauge on repairs to a point, it will make you consider trading in. I recently took my jeep 2014 for break pads and repairs there, the service department quoted me for $8700 including $2100 for break pads, car price is about 9k. I took my car for second opinion and found out that half of the repairs they suggested were not needed. I got my breaks done for $750 and other repairs for total $2400 not $8700. read more

Terrible! I took my 2 year old Jeep there for repair as it was stalling and under factory warranty. They kept it several days (apparently they were backed up) eventually they told me to come pick up the car it was ready. I go to pick it up , but was surprised when they told me no repairs were made, as according to them it drove fine. I assured them it had stalled. They said they could test it again but it would be a couple more days. Finally I get a call that the engine is blown. Wait? What? Ok well first off, if it was blown why did you tell me it was fine to pick up after you did a through inspection/ diagnostic including drive tests. Secondly, it's under warranty so how long is it going to take? Heres where it gets interesting- they tell me yes it's under warranty and you need a new engine as it doesn't even turn on(mind you according to them it was perfectly fine a few days before), But...to cover the engine repair you must supply all service records (oil change receipts) I go to a local shop at the gas station for oil changes. I take a few receipt records I have, and a couple date reminders I saved I my glove box as proof. Next they tell me it has to be done at the dealership to be valid oil changes. I could not find nowhere where the warranty only is in effect if you get the car serviced at the dealer- especially when your local dealer where I bought the Jeep has been no longer exists. They wanted me to pay 8500 for a new engine. What!? Finally I was forced to purchase a new car from from them they gave me 5000 for the less than coupe year old Jeep with 33k miles and leather, sunroof, and navigation. It was a terrible situation and I urge anyone to go to another company to do your car, an honest business. read more

I called and asked if a Jeep was in stock, giving the VIN number of the vehicle in question. The salesman I spoke with blatantly lied to me, saying it was in stock when it wasn't. I was badgered over several calls (10) and texts (13) to come ASAP because "some woman is about to buy it." He even scheduled an appointment for me to come in without my permission--which I found out about when the receptionist called asking why I hadn't arrived. I hung up, called back, connected to another salesman, and inquired about the same vehicle. This man was calm, kind, and honest about the dealers inventory: The Jeep was not there and hadn't been for several days. On the tenth call from the first salesman (yes, I counted), I demanded a photo. It was only then that he finally admitted they didn't have the car. Despite this, he then immediately started to badger me again to come ASAP and that I should buy something anyway. When I told him I was upset and wouldn't be coming in, he had the audacity to ask me when I was planning to make another appointment. Furious, I hung up. Despite not all the salesmen seeming as bad as the first, I will never go back to this dealer and would recommend others go elsewhere. Take your business elsewhere. Tried to sell me an expensive part I didn't need. I took my Jeep in with a malfunctioning lift gate (the SUV version of a trunk). When I dropped it off, the gate wouldn't close, so it was obviously amiss even just looking at it from the outside. I was told via phone later that, upon inspection, the mechanics discovered that I needed a new "latch," a part that would have to be ordered, and that would cost $600. Seemed outrageous for a latch, so I went over to the dealership to tell them no thanks before they started work on it. When I picked up the car, the gate was working perfectly, and has worked perfectly ever since (a few weeks now). So, they had fixed it during the "inspection" and not said anything. Had I not declined the service, they would have charged me $600 for nothing. I won't ever be going back there, and I suggest you don't either. read more

However, when I was setting down the table to sign paper to finish paper work, they told me at that time (store almost closing time and my family was tired too) the car one I want to buy was USED CAR. I accepted buy car even it was USED CAR because they told me the reason that first owner has financial problem so they brought back to the store to sell to other buyer. In addition, they told me the car does not have any problems. We wear happy to bring that car with us but couple of days later I found some problems from my car which was front bumper was not even match left and right side and I found unclipped and unscrewed from side front wheel's fenders and disappeared original tool kit and manual book. I asked Robert H. (Sales Manager) who sold that car to me; he said it was not a big deal because my car has warranty to fix those problems. Therefore, I went to service (12 miles away from my home) to fix those problems with the warranty and spend my time. After that, I was wonder that why my car was unscrewed and unclipped from fenders. So, I asked to Robert H. to know why. He answer me 2 MONTH after when I asked that. My car was unscrewed because THE ENGINE (MOTER) replaced due to some problems before I buy that car. At this point, if they told me that history of my car before I signed for this car, I NEVER MADE THE DECISION TO BUY THIS CAR. I am so disappoint with the Russell Westbrook Van Nuys. They gave me no notice or deadline, they just sold it to someone else, for a markup I'm sure. Just avoid this dealer, read all of their other bad reviews. I should have listened to others when they told me about this dealer's business practices. Specifically avoid Luke Massie and Chris Morales. Luke is a rookie salesman who is terrible at returning calls or messages. Chris is a "manager" but has no power making deals, he has to check with the GM on everything. They claimed to be very back tracked on their vehicles so you're technically waiting in line for the week until "you're next" their method clearly isn't working that's exactly why they're so behind. This is the second time we come here for our new Scat pack we bought back in July 7th 2022 worth 65k!! & already having to take it to get checked out because "breaks clips needed to be adjusted" now the same noise we went in for has happened again. So was it even fixed the first time?? They are very good at being fake nice to you when trying to make the sale of course. But when it comes to service or needing something in return they go ghost on you. When I picked up my car the driver-side door had been damaged where it had clearly been opened up into a wall or something. I contacted them about this within an hour of picking up the car and after more than a month of being ignored and me chasing up for a response, Armen (the service adviser I'd been dealing with) finally emailed me back. His repsone: "I had my service manager check the cameras for the days your vehicle was here and we did not find any signs of your vehicle being damaged on our lot". Just the idea that they checked cameras (plural) for the full two weeks is ludicrous - that's 200+ hours of footage. They're clearly just washing their hands of it. Additionally, It took them over a week before they even looked at my car. Ultimately they kept if for two weeks, and when I went to pick it up it was absolutely filthy. The engine bay, windshield, air-intake etc were full of pine-needles as though the car had been kept under a tree for the entirety of the two weeks. Armen's explanation: "Normally I would have your vehicle washed but our car wash is under maintenance for the next 2 week" If only there was some other way that the car could have been washed. Hmm. I noticed that all the cars on the lot that were for sale were clean. Interesting - someone over there clearly was a lateral thinker! Bizarrely, Armen kept opting to just email me instead of calling. I assume this was so that he didn't have to answer my questions on the spot, and was able to just ignore certain ones. I tried calling him 4 times, and left 4 separate messages - all of which were ignored. I spoke to him once on the phone and that was only after I called him out on not returning my calls. I spent $3500+ replacing the entire steering in my 4 year old Challenger and I wasn't even offered a courtesy car (in fact I was refused one).
