My colleague told me about this place as he frequents it a lot. We stopped by here during our break to get a quick coffee, and the place is great! I had remembered I had come here a year ago to grab a sandwich and it was delicious, so i'll be going again in the future. We both got the house coffee, I asked for room for cream and splashed some half and half into mine, the service was quick, we were in and out in less than 2 minutes, but note it was later in the afternoon so the morning and lunch rush probably had already left. The coffee was delicious as always, and the cashier was always super friendly. I may have missed it before, but I see the location now has a TV with more tables on the side. It might have already been there, but I probably didn't notice it. It looks like a great place to enjoy coffee and a pastry, or a sandwich. I was trying to keep it that way, but honestly can't hide my feelings anymore. I don't drink coffee, but I'm sure that's what they do best - given they are a coffee company. I go there for breakfast and lunch sandwiches, which are unique and tasty. Once I went twice in one day because I loved the bagel sandwich I had for breakfast and craved a tuna sandwich for lunch. This place, for the most part, has been consistent with their sandwiches. It can be on the pricey side, but they do pack in as much as their bread can hold! Definitely not "date food" as the mess is guaranteed, but it's all in good fun to get grub that you can stuff your face with! When they're Dutch crunch bread is fresh, it's amazing. But...you gotta be careful because there can be a time when that bread is stale. When this happened to me, I was able to get another sandwich for free. So at least they do recognize the error and try to compensate for it by offering to do so. The problem is that the bread is not baked on site and so they are limited to what they get on their deliveries. As for their drinks, I'm not really a fan. I think that their coffee is a bit watered down. Overall, I appreciate their quick service and that you're able to call ahead so it's ready when you get there. Sometimes the ladies are friendly, and sometimes not. But I'm not there for service. I'm there to get a quick lunch. As long as they get that right, I should be returning frequently. read more

I work close by and was starving, there aren't any restaurants near me so I figured I'd give them one more shot since I haven't been there in almost one year. Well, I ordered from there the other day for the last time. I was peeing out my butt later on that day and that was the ONLY thing I had previously. I support small businesses and wanted to support this Latina owned business but it's not worth it!!! To the owner if you're reading this, please make sure your mayo and lunch meat are at the safe temperature!!!! Yes these are serious accusations but each time my stomach got sick, I've narrowed it down to your establishment. My coworkers have told me that this is the reason that they have stopped buying sandwiches from your cafe as well. One star for not nice people running the coffee shop. I had a construction project nearby that had me eating at this place like four times in the past week. Mainly it was a quick day and got the egg and cheese croissant to start my day. Of note the egg and cheese sandwich is the same price as breakfast sandwich with meat(bacon, sausage, etc). When work finally started I went in again for breakfast and again lunch. They kept overcharging me for the egg and cheese, they told me bacon side was $1 so shouldn't sandwich be at least a dollar less? On top of that, since my work day was long, I went for lunch. I asked to use the restroom. They said they didn't have one. Liars, the door across from the entrance was open and I observed two restrooms. Give me a break, a place that I observed 3 female workers working at not having a bathroom. Food was average but place was convenient. The hell if I go back. Plenty of other great places near by. Is it worth such a negative review by not accommodating repeat customers. In my opinion not. Won't be back. read more
