Paneer Chilli: This was the first red flag. It was super tangy--so sour it overpowered every other flavor. Instead of a balanced Indo‑Chinese dish, it tasted like someone dumped vinegar straight into the pan. Paneer Peshwari: Easily one of the worst dishes of the night. The curry didn't even look like a curry--it looked like oil and water had completely separated, floating in layers. It was unappetizing before we even tasted it, and somehow tasted even worse. Paneer Tikka Masala: This one was shocking. The paneer tasted stale, like it had been sitting around far too long, and the sauce was basically a thin, bland tomato soup pretending to be tikka masala. No richness, no spice, no depth. Malai Kofta: Mushy, oddly sour, and completely off in texture. It didn't resemble the creamy, flavorful dish it's supposed to be.
