Interesting concept and really good food. This is a ghost kitchen setup where you walk into a lobby, order from a kiosk, and once your food is ready you're notified to pick it up from a locker in the lobby. Super easy and efficient. The smashburger was absolutely delicious. I'm not a fan of vegan cheese, so I ordered mine without it. The plant-based burger was super tasty. The fries were good too, just a little overly salted for my taste. Overall, definitely recommend if you want a delicious burger that just happens to be vegan. read more

There's a little story about how we ended up with two truffle burgers for dinner. I was picking up for Grubhub and suddenly I was also dropping off: the app gave the same address for both. After calling the customer and being told that the drop off was actually Caesars Palace, support was alerted and the order was cancelled. I had already had the burgers for ten minutes and the drop was 15 minutes away -- it was the right call. The customer should always get fresh lovely food. So I didn't know this was more of a Ghost Kitchen....in a sketchy part of Vegas and I happened to be bored and walked there at 6PM, but it was bright and 108 degrees outside.... Mostly you could see Uber Eats drivers coming and going from this location as I was waiting for my order to be made. I walked in and there are a bunch of restaurants to choose from and menus including a kiosk for a Taco Bell.... I got the Smashed Truffle Burger and Crunchy Fries..... They were Crunchy Fries....and my burger doesn't look like the one in the pictures but it really tasted good....I don't generally eat fake meat...I rather have black bean, quinoa or some "burger" made of grains that isn't processed but I have to admit this really hit the spot and I MIGHT get food from here again.... read more

Super fast--scan your receipt, and a locker pops open with your food. Employees work behind the scenes, but it's mostly self-serve. I rated it lower than most because the employees are hanging out on their phones and ignoring the customers. I tried grabbing their attention a few times so I could use the restroom but they were busy in their phones. My boyfriend with a much louder voice sort of yelled to get their attention. The bathroom is locked and you must ask the employees for the key. Food (10/10): The Nashville burger was --literally. Spicy, crunchy chicken, soft brioche bun, and creamy slaw. Fries came with a flavorful dipping sauce that hit the spot. Ambiance (9/10): Small but clean. Wanted to try this spot and it turns out, it's not a "traditional" although you could eat there but I felt weird because no one was there. It's an order to go set up. Test Kitchen with other restaurants too. I was a bit of a dweeb because I didn't know what to do but I figured it out lol I saw the pick up screens first but I didn't order in advance as I thought I was going to sit and eat. All good! My partner and I found this place off Yelp. We didn't realize it was a ghost kitchen upon pulling up to the front. I'm glad we found this hidden gem. So convenient, and only a couple of minutes away from our hotel. Their breakfast burger is out of this world! I'm not really into breakfast items, but this had to be the best breakfast food I've ever had. The amount of just eggs they put is a lot and I know it's not cheap. Best of all, it stays HOT! (in temp). I think that's the most significant difference why this burger was SO GOOD! The price for what you get is decent also. The burger was so good we came back the next day to order it again. My photos do not do Justice. I know it isn't the best shot. But it was bomb! Their Nashville Chicken Sandwich was okay however. It wasn't that great. It didn't meet the expectations of what a Nashville Chicken Sandwich would be. It can be better. The tub was okay, seasoning was okay. The texture might've been off, and also their slaw or cabbage could've been more finely chopped. There were large chunks of cabbage not chopped evenly inside the sandwich, so the bite was different. Pulling up I wouldn't think I was at the right place, you walk in and see a few tables, a couple kiosks and some lockers. WTF... well don't let that scare you away! The burgers and fries are fantastic, honestly I wouldn't know they were vegan unless someone told me. You place your order on the kiosk and you get a text message when it's ready with the locker number that your food is in. The food came out fast and was hot and delicious! We stayed in vegas for five days, after the first day, we realized where we were staying had very limited vegan options so we started searching uber eats. We saw smash me baby and ordered chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger. It was seriously unbelievable, might be one of the best burgers we ever tried, we immediately ordered another burger that night, it was that good. The next morning we ordered the breakfast sandwich with egg and hashbrowns (with extra hasbrowns on the side) and continued eating these burgers and nuggets every day that we were there. I've already complained once hoping they would do something about it. Why are you serving cold tacos? The fries weren't even hot. These fries used to be hot and good!!! The absolute BEST vegan burgers I've ever had. The fries were deliciously seasoned. My wife had the street tacos and those were very tasty too. The location is quite odd, as it is not a sit down restaurant. It's a small seating area, with many different kitchens in the back, all making different restaurant foods. You don't speak to anyone, you just order online, or at the kiosk inside, and wait for a text with a link. This link will open a locker where your food will be inside. You can sit down and eat there if you want, but there are only 4 tables, and it is a tight space. Also not the best area of town as we were told by our lyft driver. There was an employee whose main job was to retrieve the food and put it in the lockers. He came out to the lobby area to clean some of the tables, and my wife asked him if he knew what kind of vegan cheese was used on the burgers (as we are newly vegan and have yet to find the perfect vegan cheese that melts nicely like this one did). He was kind enough to go back to the kitchen to ask, but the kitchen staffs response was "vegan cheese". Well duh?? It's an entirely vegan menu. He apologized profusely (and i do not blame him at all) and told us that the staff is unfortunately always pretty rude. I honestly feel bad for him, and wish that the kitchen staff was kinder, and treated that employee with more respect.
