They assessed my vehicle stating I needed to replace the high-pressure fuel pump, fuel pressure sensor, and purge solenoid valve. After The vehicle was in the shop for 2 days I began to call them and question what was going on with the vehicle. They kept saying they had to check different things and they would get back to me. A day and a half passed with no response. I contacted them. They said that they would get back with me. Again no response. At this point they now are not answering my phone calls. I went to the location. The vehicle was paid for before they will order the parts or do any work. I got my vehicle back. The vehicle was not starting properly and was still hesitating. I took the vehicle back to them they told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle still it just had to adjust. I drove the vehicle some more and the vehicle started making a weird noise and began stalling again. Two separate mechanics told me It was a failed fuel pump. I took the results by these two mechanics to them and gave them the code. They stated they would take care of it and assess it.They kept the vehicle for 3 days. During this time they failed to give me information and said would call me back. They finally returned my call and gave me their new estimate which had nothing to do with the fuel pump. They stated battery. Engine coils, and spark plugs needed to be replaced.This is the estimate they gave me. QUOTE...... I inquired as to what does the battery have to do with a fuel pump but she kept saying that it did and it must be done before they can work on my fuel pump. She then stated well it probably wasn't the fuel pump we fixed It must have been the other fuel pump. At this point I wanted my vehicle back. Up on the return of my car several items were stolen. I have currently filed a theft report on this company and have also reported them to the better Business bureau. I do not recommend this place. They make whatever's wrong worse so they can charge you more money and don't even fix it properly. They diagnosed things just to get extra money to actually fix what the real problem is. Do not go there they will rip you off and mess up your vehicle. They did not attempt to make the wrong right.

That's a huge compliment all in it's own. My Jaguar has always been challenging to repair due to parts availability and lack of overall dealership support. My check e give light came on and historically that means any number of items need to be replaced such as ignition coils, vacuum lines, fittings, mass Airflow sensors, fuel pumps, CO2 sensors, etc. Will was able to find every part needed, smoke tested, road tested, and kept finding more issues. This was no easy repair and involved Will spending countless hours on Jaguar forums, consultation with local dealerships, and massive amounts of trouble shooting. He never gave up and kept me informed every few days. Jaguar only made 600 of my model in 2005 and likely only 100 or so are left on the road. For most mechanics, like Will, this is there first time working on one. After several weeks, Will's persistance paid off and he found and repaired all of my issues at an extremely competitive price. They replaced my thermostat housing. I brought the part. After having driven maybe 100 miles the…read morecar overheated. I decided to replace the thermostat housing myself this time, because I do not trust them anymore. After having removed it (after much headache) I found the culprit - the screw for the tube flange had been overtightened so the heat set insert had come loose, thus causing a leak. They had also added a lot of cheap Harbor Freight hose clamps for no reason, even though the original speed clamps were still good. They also did a smoke test on the fuel tank and in the process they plugged the vent hole, but forgot to remove the plug before returning the car. This caused me to have to "click" the fuel pump several times in order to get even a gallon in the tank. Came back and they removed the plug they had forgotten, but now the carbon cannister had been destroyed because of the overfilling. They are amateurs that need to be more careful.
