I had so many questions and she was super patient with me and explained things thoroughly. I also had Dexter help me set up the AT&T app on my phone. He walked me through the process of receiving my new modem in the mail and setting it up. Both people were extremely helpful to me and not pushy at all. Not only was I able to get new equipment than I had with my previous provider, but I also will be saving so much with a promotion that was happening. So glad I made the switch to AT&T.

However, as I was leaving the mall with my 7-year-old child, an employee named Emily came out of the employee door on the side of the mall and confronted me. She told me she wanted to fight me and threatened me in front of my 7-year-old. This was completely unnecessary, very unpleasant, and extremely unprofessional. I'm very disappointed by this experience. I hope management addresses this situation and provides better training to their employees on how to treat customers appropriately. Customers should never be confronted or threatened, especially in front of their children.

My family has gone here for years to full up our numerous 5gal water bottles every week and a half…read more The man working the shop has always been friendly and sociable whenever I come in. With filling up water, you have 2 options: pay by gallon or get a water membership, which is what my family had been doing for the past 5 years at least. There's a book log up in the front that they go by honor system, you pay ahead of time and mark down how many gallons you fill up. There's a whole row of water machines on one side with 2 water bottle cleaners and on the other there's phone accessories, a copier/fax/scanner, and phone cards. They used to have 2 carts to move your water bottles after they've been filled, but now there's only one. When it gets busy, sometimes people will have to wait their turn to use the cart. The parking lot is huge so if I have no more than 2 5gal bottles, I'll just carry them out to the car. Water and Cellular is located in a huge plaza and there's a lot to do and see so this is a great location for them.

They will have to deal with her but here is my experience... I had an iPhone 6 that I dropped and cracked the screen. There was no bleeding and the phone still worked perfectly. Three weeks later the phone completely died on me. I brought it to this place and told him what happened. He said that my internal screen finally completely broke or something along those lines. I asked if that made sense since the phone wouldn't even vibrate or ring. He said yes so I let him see what he could do. Well he comes back and says there is no hardware damage and he isn't sure why it stopped working. He informs me that if I take it to Apple they will automatically say it's due to the damage to the phone (this is true). He try's to talk me into paying him to change the cracked screen, then taking it to Apple to see if I can get the phone replaced. He even goes as far as to say he checked and all the warranties have expired for my phone. I politely decline and decide if I have to spend money I should just take it directly to Apple. But I thank him and pay him a tip for his time I take my phone to Apple later that day and they inform me that I have MULTIPLE screw missing from the inside of the phone and ask if I've had the phone fixed elsewhere which will void the warranty. This is the part that pissed me off. So because I won't spend my money here you try to screw me over and leave out screws when putting my phone back together? What kind of integrity is that?! Luckily Apple worked with me since there was NO other hardware damage other than the crack and replaced my whole phone for the price of a cracked screen! According to my experience and obviously the experience of the lady screaming at them right now, heed my warning and DO NOT do business with these CROOKS!
