I went on a Monday morning,so one nice thing is that there was only one other customer in the store.I stopped in to ask about why my phone was doing some weird things.I didn't notice name tags in the employees or I would name this sales rep.He was a black guy with large rhinestone earrings in both ears. Strongly recommend NOT going to this location. They signed me up for a contract when I specifically requested month to month service. When I found out through my statement less than a month later I called Verizon and spoke with a Rep. I explained the situation and she said she will need to speak with her Supervisor who then stated "There's nothing we can do"! "You will need to pay the $175 to terminate the agreement". One that I never agreed to in the first place. Great going Verizon, way to treat your customers. Seems they are desperate to make a buck and resort screwing people over instead of standing behind their products/services. Very unprofessional. read more

Some years back, was a great store with excellent employees and manager. The past few years, it has declined tremendously. Today's visit was abhorrent. I've been a customer of Verizon for YEARS. Went in to inquire about upgrading to another plan and getting 4 smartphones. Talked to a guy for not more than 60 seconds. He quite clearly didn't want to be bothered and was purposefully - yes, I'm saying purposefully - vague about the differences between the "Edge" and "Most Everything" promos. After about 1 minute, he says, "I can't make it any clearer". Now, I am a retired professional. Over the years I have dealt with contractors, all facets of real estate, sales, marketing, auditing, et al. At the risk of sounding boastful, I'm a pretty intelligent person. Verizon HQ desperately needs to do a through housecleaning at this location. read more

Always an absolute nightmare when I visit this place. Asked the guy to take a look at my brand new phone. Immediately tried steering me to apple or corporate. Anything to get out of helping someone whose not purchasing a new phone or service from them. The sales people are overly pushy and will not help in anyway unless your buying somethings. I literally had the best experience I've ever had at a cell phone store! I have had Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint and now Verizon again so I'm very familiar with the experience. My husband and I switched to Sprint about 4 months ago from AT&T to save some money. Worst mistake we ever made! Associates not knowledgeable, so confused when we left, horrible service and the bill was nothing like they said. So we took a chance to go back to Verizon and pay for the service. BEST decision ever! Dave Dave was fantastic from the minute we walked through the door and walked out!! Very patient with all our questions and concerns that we had. I've never had someone explain things so thoroughly and in record time! Everything he said he did and followed through with. He definitely knew his stuff too! I promised my daughter a new phone for Xmas. I went to the verizon in Eastvale and couldn't get the phone she wanted. At this location we met James. What a great guy. It was an a amazing experience. DONT COME HERE !!!!!!!! WARNING YOULL BE RIPPED OFF!!!! Ok so I was helped by a Vanessa for a new phone my phone had broke so she 1. Lied to me 2. Didn't tell me my options or what she was doing 3. Took upon herself to tell me that I could get a phone for 359$ but instead of paying all at once(because I'm not made of money and I expressed this to her not once but twice) all I had to pay was an extra 25$ a month so my bill a month starting in two months would go from 60- 85$ including the price to pay off the phone. So having heard this I did it if she were honest with me I wouldn't have done this I'd have gotten a new battery for an old phone. So my next statement (remember she said two months and NO big fee that it'll be spread for duration on my contract) I got two weeks after and it aside I owed 510$ wtf!!!!! Big difference from 359$ and there was no spreading duration of contract so two lies there. Not only that I called 611 for assistance since I got the phone based on all lies so decided to transfer to this place via phone. The manager Dion (he said he was the manager he was very young sounding and very very unprofessional. He instead of helping me asked me what the issue was and every time I tried to explain he kept cutting me off and calling me rude for not letting him speak (what he was doing to me!) he then kept chuckling at me implying I was a liar and refused to watch and listen to the store tape of that day. So the whole time he was laughing I finally said "do you fucking think it's funny to laugh at this this is my money" he then said he never laughed at me I was wrong at that and said I was lying about him calling me a liar(he did the whole convo) very rude. So what happened ........... Instead of Verizon fixing their mistake they called me a lair laughed at me and refused help so I have to pay the 500 for the phone when I was told something else I was robbed!!! I can't believe they can do this especially with cameras they refuse to look at! Also he told me he was going to hang up on me because I was rude!!!(he's laughing at me and implying I'm laying and he has to audacity to call me rude when I tell him to stop being rude) I told him for him laughing and implying I'm a liar and refusing to help and threatening to hang up on me that I was going to try and tell everyone how rude he was and how he never helped and get him fired so he can't do again. Their customer service makes me feel like they are doing me a favor, is like my business is so insignificant, that I have to be thankful that they are doing business with me. Went into this store to get my phone charger replaced at 6:15pm after it not working less than a year.. mind you I called Verizon before I stopped in and they verified it was less than a month. So anyways go into the store and they can't seem to find the receipt now in store, they said they can get me on the phone with Verizon so I said "okay" wait about 15 minutes, finally was asked if everything was okay, the the sales rep I'm just waiting to speak with someone on the phone, asked how long that usually takes"? She said "oh I wasn't aware of that I thought you were just waiting for a ride", told her no I wasn't ... so she said I can call from my phone or she can get me on the phone, will be the same.. told her I wish I would have known this 15 minutes ago.. so I called Verizon and they resolved the issue over the phone for me. It is now 7:50pm and I am now leaving the store! Horrible customer service!! Do not go to this location. Do NOT trust their sales reps! They just want to get their commission and will lie to get it! My husband and I have been with verizon for over 12 years so we were still on their original unlimited data plan. We went into the store to see if we could upgrade our phones & possibly add a line for our son. The sales rep recommended that we try their new edge plan. We were very specific with the sales rep that we were on a strict budget and that we would switch over from our unlimited plan to the new edge program ONLY IF our monthly payments would stay the same as what we were currently paying. They crunched numbers and assured us that with all of the discounts on the edge program, that our total monthly payment would stay the same (give or take a few bucks) When the time came to pay our bill, our monthly payment was $50 higher than promised. My husband and I talked to customer service. They informed us that we needed to go back to the store where the contract was signed. The manager at the store admitted to committing an error when they quoted us the original price. She apologized and said that the sales rep "forgot" to mention that it wouldn't be the final price. They would still need to add additional fees and taxes. At that point, my husband and I said we would gladly return the phones and asked to be put back on our original plan or get a discount that would cover the additional $50. The manager said that she was not allowed to do that & that there was nothing more she could do. She told us to call customer service again. To make a long story short, none of the customer service reps or supervisors helped us out. We spoke to many different people on various occasions. Everyone was quick to pass us off to someone else to get rid of us and not fix the problem. Supervisors claimed that their hands were tied and they could not help us. My husband and I feel that verizon told us what we wanted to hear, just so they could get us off of the unlimited data plan and charge us more for their new edge plan. Verizon admitted that they made a mistake, yet they were unwilling to fix the problem. Now we are stuck paying a higher monthly payment for the next 2 years. My husband and I plan on terminating our 12+ year relationship with Verizon as soon as our contract is up. We will NEVER AGAIN use them as a service provider & we are warning as many people as possible so that they don't have to go through the same thing we did. read more
