We bought 3 phones from this store and let me tell you Verizon will screw you when you try to end the contract. I had my whole family with Verizon for over 10 years. We planned to switch to T-Mobile to take advantage of a great offer on smart phones and then switch back to Verizon until we saw just how terrible they behaved after we disconnected the service. First they charged us for a month we didn't use and then they said they would credit us back $20 for which they did not. They then bombarded us with non-stop calls and each representative had a different story. Even during the contract Verizon kept playing games to get us to pay more. I was set up for reminders and then one month they didn't send it and charged a late fee. When asked about my alerts they just said that is only a courtesy you can't rely on. My aunt was charged for excessive texts which she hardly ever uses and when she asked to see the list of texts they backtracked and said never mind so their game it to screw everyone who isn't paying attention to their bill. Since having T-Mobile I've had great coverage even at Kenneth Hahn Park which was a dead zone for Verizon and the deal is much better. We get more data for less money and T-Mobile has unlocked our phones so we can go to any carrier we want. STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON They will tell you anything to get you their hooks in you and then slowly nickel and dime you to death. read more

I have had the need to visit this store about a half dozen times in the last several years because I am a Verizon customer. Every time I go I swear I will never return. Recently, I had the worst experience of all the times before. I was greeted with a very rude (I will not call him a gentleman) guy who mumbled, then was introduced to another rep who was condescending and very rude as well. They were unable to help me at that time so I left. I will never go there again. In addition, I tried getting help over the phone with the very thoughtful staff at Verizon but they were unable to help. I never have a problem with any of them as they are very eager to problem solve. I suggest always trying them first before going into this store. I know I know. ..pick your battles and all that but bad or complacent service really makes me nuts. I went into Verizon to pay a bill for a client who has 4 lines and travels overseas extensively. We are talking $600 a month and up even with their best plan. I had a business check that did not fit in the kiosk so I needed rep to run it through a scanner. Paying on line or by phone was not an option for this client and since I got the bill late...mail would have been risky. Verizon charges late fees and they send scary non payment texts so I did not want to ruffle the client. I went to Westwood and they told me it wasn't possible even though they had done it before ...so I called ahead to Culver City and they said they could do it easily in between customers. When I arrived, it was packed and the rep in front told me that I had to wait behind 15 people who were all getting new phones. I told them about my prior conversation and he told me had heard wrong. I admit that I started begging for a manager since I had driven all the way down there. If I was getting a new phone, I would have waited. But this was a quick transaction and even some of the other customers offered to let me go ahead since it would take so little time. But the rep refused. So...I begged and pleaded and asked if there please please please was a way to squeeze me in etc..and he said "there is no please mam...there is only waiting"....another rep asked him what I needed and after he told her, she said "just walk away from her and ignore her....it isn't your problem." Incensed by her proposed solution, I followed him keeping my voice really low and continued to beg. He then threatened to call the police. I was just incredulous. The police??? At this point, a customer who was near by apologized to me for what I was going through and finally a manager came to my rescue and processed my payment. It took 2.5 minutes. Not one other customer being worked with upon my arrival was even close to being done. I commend the manager who saw beyond the situation and did what no other person that I encountered at Verizon that day could do. This was simply to manage the store in such a way that accommodates quick transactions to keep the stream of customers flowing and avoiding jam ups. Inefficient crowds repel new customers by the way. The fact that the sales reps were so rude and stupid was annoying, frustrating but also kind of scary. I know there are other payment methods. ..but this was not an option this one time....I had a plan B and could have left but just wanted to be done with it. I really really really wanted to have a positive experience purchasing my first iPhone and it was off to a good start at this location. I was greeted promptly, the sales staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and I even had the most pleasant conversation with the cashier who was very friendly and all smiles (aside from the fact that he had the unfortunate task of telling me that I will be charged tax from the original iphone price on the discounted phone, which is quite a doozie and of course the sales staff NEVER mentions that hindering fact). I thought, wow, this is completely different from the negative perception that I had of cell phone carriers and their business franchises. Sort of... After returning home and giddily playing with my new toy, I realized that it needed a charge. I opened the seemily undestructed box and came to realize that the power cord was cracked and broken. I decided to call and see if I could make an exchange. After many misdirected calls to Verizon customer service who happily informed me that it would be no problem at all, I finally reached a rep at this store's location who proceeded to have a 10 minute argument with me that his store would NEVER sell broken merchandise and that it was MY responsibility to check all contents in every box for quality assurance. I didn't know it was the responsibility of the customer to make sure that they purchase working merchandise? Isn't that the inherent assurance you get from patronizing a store? He then proceeded to tell me that I could find a convenient apple location which would possibly make the return, but in terms of his store that JUST sold it to me, I could take the time to come in and try and convince the manager that I wasn't responsible for the damage and maybe, possibly, not entirely sure that they might make the exchange. So now all good feelings gone from my big purchase and no cord to charge my new toy, I thought it was justified to report on the customer service of this store and my experience. I had to call in to get the guys name I talked to since he didn't introduce himself. I got there and was told I was next by the woman who greeted me. Then a man (Francisco) with a tablet went to some other woman and said she was next. Whatever. When I told him I wanted to exchange my phone he said it's a $35 restocking fee. I said that was fine. He told me it'd be a 10 min wait. Then he said if I sent it back through the mail it was free. I asked if he was sure because I was told over the phone that it was $35 either way. He told me twice to follow the return instructions as if I were an idiot and reiterate that it was free. Very curt when he was talking to me and never looked up to talk to me. These are the absolute rudest most unprofessional customer service reps that I have ever seen at a Verizon store. I would give negative stars, if possible. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I still have the Iphone 5s... Say what? I have the old school 2-year contract, talk to any Verizon customer for free... Say What??? My 2-year contract is well over. 5s is starting to show signs of time to upgrade. I head to this Verizon store to see what would be better to upgrade to, while still on the 2-year, old plan, the 6 or the 7. After many "[ insert employee name] will be helping you today" I finally got the employee that I guess, was supposed to help me all along. Talk about disorganization. I just wanted a quote and to look at the two phones! After telling this employee three (3) times, that I was only there for a quote, employee responded with "So, you're not buying a phone today?" Once again, I tell employee no, I was just here to look at the 6 & 7, to decide which one I would go with, when I was ready to buy. I'm completely appalled by the service here. Came in for the note 7 recall. After waiting for 30 minutes Cedric assisted me. He notified me that the color I requested was out of stock. He gave me time to make a decision on whether or not to get a different color. I didn't need time as i opted to get one of the colors availble. Nonetheless he assisted another customer with their answers and questions for about 10-15 minutes before he came back. He told me that now i would have to transfer all my data using Samsung Smart Switch.... he basically left me to fend for myself. He leaves again to assist the customer he left me for before for about 20 minutes. My transfer was done within 5 minutes. Another assistant Grace asked us if we had been helped and walked away as we told her what was going on. This is a joke. read more

The first thing you notice when you walk into this store is that you're immediately greeted by a goofy "greeter". "Goofy Greeter" jumps on you immediately so as to give you the (mis) impression that service here will be prompt. Which is exactly what I thought when "Goofy Greeter" greeted me immediately upon entering the store. It was a happy moment! (that didn't last long). Then "Goofy Greeter" inquires as to what we're in the store for ("Greeting" turns out to be his/her only function). What he's really doing is trying to figure out how much money we're going to spend, so he can route the "whales" (dumb big spenders) to his coworkers who he owes favors to, Such as his preferred hottie coworker de jour. ALL workers here appear to be on commission, more on that later. When taken to the back part of the store by "Goofy Greeter", we then see that there's a good 20 extremely bored and frustrated looking customers sitting around waiting to be helped. At this point in the game for me I went back looking for "Goofy Greeter" as to ask him how long the wait's going to be. After waiting for him to finish with his current "greetee", I asked him. Answer- "Not too long". Thanks "Goofy Greeter" for the detailed answer. You're a huge help! I should mention that I came to this store to get some extremely simple tech support. I have what Verizon refers to as a "basic" phone. After I recently switched phones, I was horrified to discover that Verizon's "Backup Assistant" app doesn't work for sh*t. So I'm stuck without my phonebook, some 450 business contacts. I then proceed to engage in call after call after call to Verizon support. The problem is not that my problem is so "involved" (it's actually very simple). The problem is that I can't reach a single support person at Verizon that has a clue as to what they're talking about. Everyone I reach on the phone is truly a dunce who has no business being in a support position. But in true Verizon fashion, they're all trained to BS us, and pretend they know what they're talking about. The end result is that they will waste as much of our time as we will let them. After no less than 6 calls and several hours wasted on this very simple problem, I decided it's time to take decisive action and simply take my old phone (with my current phonebook) and my new phone to a Verizon store. So I'm already a bit ticked off at Verizon when I come to this store, But this should be a really simple, quick thing. In the "old days" (I've been a Verizon customer for 17 years) EVERY Verizon store would have at least one technically astute employee that could quickly fix simple problems like this. NOT TRUE ANY MORE! So after my greeting at the store by "Goofy Greeter" then a 15 minute wait, I'm "helped" by a 20something female. She knows I'm there for tech support, and not to spend a wad of cash. So the poor thing can't hide the fact that she has no interest whatsoever in helping me. She tries to act helpful for a few seconds, but she's very unfocused and her eyes are darting all over the place, scanning the store for that next big "whale". I deal with that but I lose my patience when she launches into all the same old, tired, excuses that the phone support people used- "The phone's too old". "The app isn't supported any more". "We use iCloud now". Bla bla bla. All designed to get rid of me as quickly and "nicely" as possible. If you're going to visit this Verizon Wireless store, my first piece of advice is "do not visit this Verizon store." If you decide to ignore my first piece of advice, my second piece of advise is work exclusively with Berto. Wait if you have to. My first experience at this rated as one of the top five worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The salesman was so pushy, it was bordering on uncomfortable. When I first walked in I explained I was a new customer and that I only wanted a 16GB white Samsung Galaxy S4... no accessories... no insurance... no extra services... just the phone. After arguing with me about wanting that phone and trying to sell me an HTC One, he went to the back room to get my phone. After making me wait for almost ten minutes, he came back with my phone plus cases, screen protectors, chargers, you-name-it. I told him again I didn't want any the accessories. He then tried to convince me it was 2002 and ringback tones were the "in" thing... for an additional fee, of course. After not biting, he tried to sell me Verizon navigation- which he touted as far superior to Google's. After refusing all that, he read me the riot act when I declined insurance on my phone. Did I know the replacement cost? Yes. Did I know how much I have spent on phone insurance over the years without using it once? Also yes. More than enough to buy four or five eight hundred dollar phones at full price. After selling me the phone he gave me his card, said he worked on commission, and requested I send everyone else I know to him... and then, the final straw. While saying goodbye, my phone got a message that the number had not ported correctly. I shoed him, he called customer service on my phone and after making sure it rang, sent me on my way so he could make more money by selling more phones to other customers. First class guys. First class. My second experience here was the complete opposite. At this point, i'm sure you're asking yourself, "what's wrong with this kid? Why did he go back?" Terrific question. So it turns out I hated my Galaxy. Verizon loads it up with bloatware (so before you even get to use it, 1/4 of the memory is gone- but they wouldn't sell many 12GB phones when everyone else is selling 16, so I assume that's why the stick with 16). Anyway, I digress... I went to a different Verizon store to order an iPhone- but was told I needed to go back to the store I purchased the phone at... so back I went. This time, I dealt with Berto. Amazing. He was helpful and kind. He did offer to sell me accessories- but when I explained I only wanted the phone and nothing else, he said he understood and proceeded with the process. He asked if I wanted insurance- I declined... but there was no riot act. No trying to make me sign a frightening waiver or explaining that the phone costs a billion dollars to replace... how sales should be. We talked about his son and my new nephew. It was really a joy. The Verizon store would do well to get rid of all the shysters and hire a bunch of guys like Berto. I guarantee their Yelp! reviews would turn around... and they'd start to get some happy customers. read more

Everytime I walk in there, there are 2 or 3 workers socializing and my presence is ignored. Then, when I interrupt and ask my question, the worker looks either annoyed at the interruption, or the are confused and unable to answer my question. Maybe there are a lot of new employees there. By that I mean, a BIG employee turnover? Politeness and customer service is not their moto or their forte.They don't seem to care about the customer. For three months I've talked to Verizon first in store then customer service. My calls were always dropped, no internet service on phone ... !!! It was horrendous!!!!!! Store suggested the Jetpack device for wireless service - did not ameliorate the problem - and of course they failed to let me know it would be under 2 year contract. Now I am stuck with that contract. Terrible customer service at this store - as they were not upfront with the service cost and devices. Manager at this store Cristian could have come half way but not interested in having a positive reputation. It's all about $ I spoke with customer service on phone about 5 times. They always gave me the "run around" never really offering a solution The last time I spoke with them - Diedra 7/29. Asking me about my apt. Buildings around ... how tall they were.... really? She Couldn't find previous troubleshooting Put me on hold for the 4-5 the time to talk with technical team Then came Heather Tech support. "Will look at opened ticket " She said what I have known for 3 months now "Marginal weak signal area" She said I could "Port out - Disconnect due to marginal coverage " And of course I did. Customer service KING award goes to Daniel at the Culver City Verizon store!! I have been with Verizon for 12 years and I have NEVER had a customer service experience like this! I usually detest going to these stores, but Daniel has changed all that! This awesome guy was incredibly patient, courteous and extremely professional. I had so many questions, a bunch of issues and Daniel helped me knock them down one at a time, without making me feel like an idiot. My issues were tedious and very time consuming (the only down side, but NOT Daniels fault). Daniel actually got pulled away to help other customers while my phone was completing a long and tiresome download, but he ensured me there would be someone else to help me if the task was completed before he wrapped up with the other customer, which is what happened. So now I'm being helped by another gentleman (also very nice and professional) but this guy made me feel like I was bothering/annoying him with my questions, so I decided to wait a few more minutes to finish up with Daniel. We got everything completed and after being in the store for almost 2 hours, I was on my way with my new phone, new case and all data transferred. Two days later, I realized the SIM card was missing from the old phone (which I had to turn in at work) and there was a flaw with my new case. Well guess who resolved everything in 2 minutes and did it with a smile? Yep, good ole Daniel! I have NEVER been so pleased with my experience at Verizon! Kudos Daniel! I came to this corporate store to purchase a Razr MAXX Android mobile phone (Motorola) and the sales associate Adolfo is a man who epitomizes Customer Service. He was dealing with me for almost 3 hours of which during that time I had to go next door to a Subway and get lunch and bring it back to eat while we were going through dealing with keeping my Unlimited contract of Phone, Text, Email and Data intact (Grandfathered In as they say). Even with having to deal with switching computers after inputting all my info (Which he did so very easily) and then not being able to transfer my old plan over into the new contract he had to call Verizon's Customer service to see if they could assist him in doing so. He continued to tell me that if he made any change to my existing plan I would not get the previous complete unlimited service back, so he did not want to do that. After he spoke with customer service for a little bit he said I may want to speak with them about my old contract. When I did the woman on the phone told me I could not keep it. I informed her quite brusquely that I had spoken to 4 different Verizon associates previously over the 2 years I had been with them already and each one of them assured me that when I switched over to a Smart Phone I would be able to be Grandfathered in. I then asked for someone in a much higher position in the company than her. After being put on hold for about 3 minutes A man named John came onto the phone and he provided me with excellent customer service and assured me that I would be able to keep it and to just allow Adolfo to change the data portion to a 4 Gigabyte plan for now and by Wednesday of next week that he would switch it back. He was true to his word and I have my original plan with Verizon unlimited on everything which includes uploading too. As for Adolfo, after having to deal with my account for such a long period of time he had gotten frustrated too. His frustration was not with me but the overall situation that became the giant hassle to get me switched over to my new phone with my plan intact. He did so with grace, integrity and complete honesty of which I really appreciated. I would have given this store a 5 Star rating, but I have been back there since getting my phone and it turned out to be defective, the store associate named Eric gave me misinformation on how to return it due to getting the same misinformation from yet another associate over the phone from the call center that they deal with directly. I have still not gotten my replacement Razr MAXX back yet. It was shipped back to Verizon in TX over 2 weeks ago, but that is for another review This store has a fairly decent sized parking lot and if that is full you may go over and find a parking spot in front of the Target which is just around the corner within the same shopping area. Overall every employee I have dealt with here is very accommodating, friendly and works hard at being of help to each person they deal with, I will return here for other needs regarding Verizon in the future. read more

The representative was friendly and gave a few recommendations. Overall the process was good, fast and better than usual. Be careful to new to Verizon wireless they will tell you everything want to hear about the network I bought Verizon above behind top of network and after month my bill was $224 one line after my I went to t-mobile transfer my number cancel my Verizon went to store and I ask them if been canceled they say yes after month I got bill for $189 I called customer care wait one hour when I talk to them oh it is not canceled you have to pay $175 cancellation fee + $189 monthly = $364 total my advice is stay away from Verizon I have two phones T-mobile has better network than Verizon and cheaper no scam on contract can leave anytime read more

I visited this site 3 times in preparation for the release of the iPhone 6+. I did all of my due diligence in order to get the new phone. I spoke with this location 7 times to confirm the arrangement I needed to get a new phone, and called twice before release date to insure that I would be able to get one of the phones. I followed the directions I was given EXACTLY and even triple checked with them to be sure that the plan was solid. ALL of the careful planning were a waste, and I now believe that this was all a manipulation to get me to buy one of the phones on release date instead of pre-ordering (they claimed I could NOT pre-order, which now appears to have been another LIE.) I can ONLY assume that there was a contest for the most sales on release date and instead of helping me get what I needed, they wanted another sale on release date. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME FOR THEIR BENEFIT! They left people standing in line for the iPhone 6 + when they KNEW they didn't have ANY left. THEY ONLY RECEIVED 10! THEY SOLD OUT IMMEDIATELY, and the store chose to NOT tell people waiting for hours on line, but instead attempted to DOWN SELL THOSE PEOPLE into an iPhone 6 because they had them in stock. EVEN IF YOU ASKED WHEN ON LINE, THEY refused to answer if any 6+' were still in stock. SO, INSTEAD OF GIVING CUSTOMERS A CHANCE TO GO ELSEWHERE TO GET WHAT THEY WANTED ON RELEASE DATE, THESE MANIPULATORS CHOSE TO MISLEAD AND DETAIN CUSTOMERS, RUINING THEIR CHANCES TO GET WHAT THEY WANTED... FOR THIS STORE'S GAIN. I can only assume there was some contest for sales that they wanted to win, and it was more important than the satisfaction of their customers to begin with. (Frank, a manager, claimed that his staff is perfectly trained... TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY for WEEKS of lies from the managers and employees that led to five and a half hours of wasted time during the biggest iPhone rollout in recent years. Had they not LIED CONTINUALLY, people such as myself would have had an opportunity to shop elsewhere!) He was mean, walked away while I was trying to talk to him, said something about me and the person I was with under his breath then denied saying it. He was unwilling to help. AVOID. This place will try to dupe you to earn a quick buck. Read other reviews to substantiate this pattern. During my visit to pick up a phone, I was offered a tablet for .01 + tax ($30). Seems like a good deal, except buying the tablet necessitates that they add a new number to your plan which increases your monthly fee. My customer service agent conveniently forgot to mention he was adding a line and increasing my monthly fee while I purchased the tablet. After returning to my apartment and checking myverizon online, I noticed the new line and called the manager (Christian), explained what happened, and told him I wanted to return the tablet and cancel the extra line. He told me to return the next day and he would talk to the agent about what happened. I return and find that the agent stone cold lies and claims he told me about the new line being added and "didn't notice I hadn't acknowledged the new line being added". Is anyone surprised? Now we have a nice "he said she said" situation, in which neither side of the story can be verified, and I am now on the hook for a $70 "Restocking fee" if I want to return the tablet. Who is the manager to believe -- The store agent trying to make a sale? Or the customer who says he was not informed of the adding of an extra line in the store and who called 1 hour later questioning why a line had been added upon review of his individual plan online? Does that sound like the actions of a customer who had been informed in-store? The manager ends up saying he will give me a "deal" for the "misunderstanding" and only charge me $35 to return the tablet. I respond that this is an employee error (I was never told), you are not giving me a deal here, why am I on the hook for any fee? The manager becomes aggressive and responds, Okay No Deal, you can either keep the tablet (and line) or pay the full $70 restocking fee. After some more back and forth, I leave the store paying a $35 restocking fee. If you need to visit a Verizon store, go to a place that will treat you with the decency a paying customer deserves and is not angling to make a quick buck off of you. read more

This store is completely terrible. The employees are either ill-informed of policies and procedures or they just plain dont care. I went in on Sunday with issues with my S4, Jose "helped"me. And by "helped" I mean he took my phone, stuck it on a charger, and attempted no other troubleshooting techniques. He told me that my replacement would be overnighted (didnt receive it until Wednesday) then had me add a line to my acct or i was "out of luck" - his words, not mine. I received my device today and returned to the store so that i may return the unwanted extra line and deactivate it. The phone was returned by Akil who could barely look at me. I asked him a simple question regarding proration and he shrugged with a meek "i dont know" escaping his mouth. Another woman jumped in to "help him return and disconnect" my extra line. Idk her name, she seemed to be in management. She assured me that the extra line was disconnected. Of course i didn't trust her and called customer care as soon as I left and guess what? THE LINE WAS NEVER DISCONNECTED. The kind agent on the phone (Tamara) disconnected the line for me and brought it to my attn that if i waited just one more day to call in i would also be responsible for the activation fee (which is what Jose, Akil, and Benotcé were hoping for) I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SWINDLING LOCATION. IT'S WORSE THAN AN AUTHORIZED DEALER P.S. Jorge, the store manager, was laughable. He condoned this behavior and should be removed read more

I had a good experience here despite all the negative comments. I was able to do a trade-in (the iPhone 6; $200 gift card promo) and also activate my new iPhone there (I had just picked up my phone from fedex because Verizon messed up and forgot to put my unit number in the address and I had to go pick up the package ) The wait was kind of long but the there were no hiccups with the trade-in (the guy did try to make me use the credit towards a tablet, which I declined). I was worried that they won't let me do the trade-in because I've heard a lot of horror stories regarding the promotion and trading in at the store instead of shipping in that very flimsy looking brown envelope they give you to send your old iPhone. The guy I met at the very front was exceptionally friendly but I didn't get his name or anything. He put on music at the store with one of the portable speakers and it gave the store a very lax vibe apart from other stores where it's just quiet with people asking questions and getting things done. They really need to fix the sign outside because at night you can't tell if there is a Verizon store but the store rep said that has been broken for a year now. Coming from me, who had found most Verizon stores very unpleasant (refer to my other reviews of Verizon stores lol) this review is saying a lot haha read more

Alex Romero is my hero. He just spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions and showing me features on my phone that I didn't know I had. I Love this store. Whenever I have had a technical problem, either Alex or Christian has been able to solve it for me. And they are so nice and patient with me. Came to this Verizon store after the Verizon location in Marina Del Rey broke my phone with the wrong screen protector (covered the microphone so no one could hear me). No wait and the manager figured out what was wrong in minutes. Super friendly and polite. So glad for an alternative to the ABYSSMAL Marina Del Rey location. read more

Long wait, but good service. They don't have a facility to manually fix all your hardware problems, but if it deals with your phone software, the folks here know their stuff. I have gone to this Verizon shop ever since it opened. I like them best. The wait is LONG (sometimes even 30 - 45 minutes), but the folks here have always helped me with my problem. Hmmm, that is the only negative is that they need more help. Otherwise, I think they are worth the wait. read more

For a wireless store these guys are good, I've gone there 4 times, each time the service was at least good, today it was great. They fixed my problem and I was out the door in 10 mins. The store was busy as well. read more

I walked in on Sunday night, Super Bowl night, and the store was not very busy, but super staffed. I need to mentioned that I was coming from another Verizon Store which treated me awful, so I left. All I wanted to buy was a new iPhone5s, but walked out with a new mini iPad as well, as they offered me a great deal. If I'm not mistaken, Cedric was the sales rep that worked with me. He was awesome and answered all of my questions. I feel that I got a great deal, and even though I was not planning to buy the mini iPad, I must say I love it. I also love my new phone. Cedric's manager, sorry don't remember his name, was also fantastic. They helped me transfer all my info from my old phone to the new, and waited for me until I was done to close the store. I want to give a big shout out to Cedrick Neves. He has worked forbVerizon since 2008 and he knows the business. Went from iPhone 5s to 6s+. He did everything to set it up and threw in so many discounts. Gave me a grea break on my old phone as a trade in. A very informative young man who was smiling, polite and a real gem. Best experience ever had n this store. He even helped me set up Bluetooth in my car and took off my old phone. See him for gr at service. He dorks the later shift. read more
