I've been to this store since 2009, when IPhone4 first came to Verizon, no wait, even earlier with my LG phones. There are some busy hours when employees are taking turns for a break, so I had to wait or return another time, but I dont think that's something I should be complaining about because the service is done in walk-in basis. I recently encountered some serious troubles with my iphone, so I returned for a help. The manager was so knowledgeable and efficient, so he resolved the issues for me and specifically told me what to do for my next step. I always come to this location whenever I need something done for my phone. During this visit, I needed data transferred from an old phone to my new one and Brandon (sp?) was extremely helpful. The whole process was quick and smooth and he even installed a new 5G SIM card that I didn't know the new phone needed. I walked in to this store to be added on my family's plan. They charged me iPhone 8 64GB in space grey for $710 which is retailed for $699. They also charged me processing fee of $49.99 in addition to taxes for the phone for $55.12. So I paid $105 some change up front! I just found out from Verizon customer service rep.that if you go to INdirect store which is independent company doing business under Verizon, you are obligated to pay that $49.99 processing fee. You do not pay that when you go to corporate direct stores. I also found out my iPhone 8 was refurbished. How do I know that? I checked setting and go to cellular. Under phone time use, it says 11 hours 43 min!!! I just got this phone on May 25 th Friday . Today is 27 th Sunday . Who talks 11 hrs in two days?!!! My old ATT iPhone X says life time talk time was 1 day which I had that phone for 1 year! I am hating myself right now for putting my foot into this store. I DO NOT want this happen to anyone!! 08/21/2016 went in on this day . Very rude, didn't make any effort to look at my phone . I have insurance and they would not offer to replace it since it didn't look broken . The Verizon employee didnt attempt to look at my phone and didn't offer any solutions . I am very disappointed considering I pay my monthly and have been a loyal customer , I would expect that they would manage my contract by ensuring my service is working . read more

This is worst place to go to. I am sick with their service and I think they deserve no star. They are lucky there isn't any no star option in yelp. If I had read others reviews in yelp, I wouldn't go but unfortunately I couldn't read it. This store is full of lies. I was trading in my iPhone 4 because one of my friend told me Verizon has a trade in offer which give you 100 bucks for a 'good condition iPhone 4' and he said he got 100 bucks for his iPhone 4. Since his phone was worse than mine and I had really good working condition 16GB iPhone 4 without any damages or scratch, I was expecting to get 100 bucks for the phone. So I went to the store to trade to new iPhone 5S on Saturday 11/16/13. They didn't have a gold iPhone 5s in stock so I had to order it and I prepaid for it. Few days later, I got a call from the store and I went to the store to pick up my new iPhone. But when I went to store at 11/20/13, they said the offer ended last Sunday which is 11/17/13. And they said they only can give me $45 for my old phone even though it was in a perfect working condition. They even said I should come few days early to get $100. There isn't nothing that I could do since the offer was ended so I just got $45 and trade my phone. After a week later, my other friend went to other Verizon store to trade in his iPhone 4 16gb (which is worse condition than mine) and surprisingly he got 100 bucks for his phone. I was surprised and shocked because there was no way he could get 100 for his phone. So I asked him and he said "THE OFFER NEVER ENDED." The offer was till 1/15/14!!!! They just lied to me!! So I called the store and complained about it. But all they are saying is that is what you get for the phone and there is nothing they can do. They were just sorry for the miscommunication and that was it. This happened to me which means this can happen to you. SO DON'T EVER GO TO THIS STORE!! GO TO VERIZON WHICH IS ON IMPERIAL HWY. Not impressed by their Customer Service. they made unauthorized changes to my Verizon account, which I did not request and resulted in several calls to Verizon to correct. If you have total mobile protection and get a new device from them make sure you watch your bill closely. They removed my mainlines total mobile protection when they added my ellipses tablet to my account. I was also charged an activation fee for an item I won at the Orange County Fair, which I was told the activation fee would be waived. read more

Brian was nice enough to open up and deal with my issue, above and beyond is what makes great customer service. Was helped by Nicole and she was so great to work with! We unknowingly went to the store when it was close to the closing time. We were opening up 6 lines and Nicole was very sweet and patient with us. She took her time to answer all of our questions and explain everything to us. We even ended up changing our minds on our phone selections, and she was very accommodating to us even though it caused her to work a lot more and even later. Not only that, she really went above and beyond in trying to get us the best deals as possible. I went into this store to upgrade my phone but did not received the upgrade promotion as promised. The employee who help me failed to process it accordingly. The store Manager Cesar tells me the employee is no longer employed and there is nothing they can do to help me. This store misrepresents Verizon by charging consumers a fee of $49.99 a Loyalty Program and not letting them know of this charge. It is stores like this that give Verizon a bad name. read more

I have been with Verizon for many years and it was time to get a new iPhone . So we went to this facility in Fullerton . It was nice to see that they are thinking of their customers safety. They allowed one customer at a time . Brandon the manager helped us . He was very knowledgeable about the iPhone and which plan would fit us best . After returning home with my new phone i needed some help . So I went back two days later with questions . I was lucky to have Brandon again . He was very patient and fix my problem . I've been coming to this store for years. But it wasn't until my last transaction with Nate that I was compelled to write a review. I've never come across someone so resourceful, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable to work in any of the cell phone stores I've been too. He greeted me with a smile, made me laugh with a quick joke, and committed to helping me right away. I came in bc my old Samsung s4 was acting up. He addressed the issue, and gave me a few options. He went out of his way to review my plan, which no one had done before. After a few minutes, his best option for me resulted in a new Samsung S7 for me, he recommended getting a hotspot for my daughter, and was able to get me more data, ALL while still saving me about $15 per month. If that's not quality service, I don't know what is. He tells me he just took over as manager in December. Nate, I hope you stick around and they don't move you to another location. I've been to this Verizon store a few times over the past few years and have consistently received outstanding service. The first time, 5-6 years ago I went in to get a new charger because my phone wouldn't charge anymore using any of the 3 chargers I had. I told the guy, who just so happened to be the Manager, that my phone was picky about its charger and didn't always charge. He inquired how old it was, and looked up my account. He said it was less than a year old apologized for the charging problems I was having on my apparently defective phone and offered to replace it for me, free of charge under the MFG warranty (1 year). While some people might say he was just doing his job, I'd argue that most other reps would have never offered to replace the phone and would have taken the quick sale. Since I was treated so awesomely on my first visit, I've always returned here for upgrades and accessories. Each time I've been taken care of by a knowledgeable and friendly employee. Tonight (12/15/2011) I went by to pickup the just released Galaxy Nexus/Prime. I was helped by Rishi and Kevin. I walked in, asked if they still had any left in stock, they grabbed one, set me all up and I was in and out in about 15 minutes - Awesomeness! I'd also like to praise the employees here for doing a great job of qualifying their customers. I'm VERY tech savvy, when I walk in, I already know what I want - The guys pick up on this well, however, as a good sales person should, they always ask if I need any accessories, etc but have never harassed me with up-sells as most places do. On the flip side, I've seen them interact with a few "regular" customers when I've been there and I feel they go out of their way to make sure every customer is treated as if they are their #1 customer. We wanted to upgrade both our phones and instead of ordering on the internet went in to an authorized Verizon dealer. Mistake! We have done business at the La Habra Verizon store and they have been great. Here the staff seemed intentionally unhelpful. Turned out to be a more timely, more expensive less pleasant experience than it should have been. read more

Please don't go here. Save your money. Save yourself a massive headache. Went in on November 17 to cancel a contract (they gave so much shit about it, imposing unnecessary fees and going against their word). Received delinquent notices from Verizon and when I called to figure out what was going on, Verizon informed me that the store did not cancel my contract until February 8 - 3 months after I returned and canceled my items and contract. Called today to figure out what is going on and I just keep getting redirected. Definitely not paying for a service I was not using because this company did not process things correctly on their end. I received the worse service imaginable. 1) I bought a new iPhone 5s and the employee Tom was unable to transfer my contacts from my old phone to my new phone. He ended up transferring my contacts to my "gmail" which I had no idea I had. I must have created an account two years ago when I bought my first smart phone, but I wasn't told that my contacts would be transferred to that account until he deleted them all! Basically, I had to start all over from scratch. Honestly, Tom YOU HAD ONE JOB! 2) I purchased and ordered a new screen protector for my iPhone 5s and was told it would come in no later than three days. I called on the second day for an update. The man on the other line chuckled and said "oh no no we'll call YOU". Ummmm waited for another 5 DAYS and still no phone call! I called them a second time and I was told that they only received phone protectors for the 5c but that it's "basically the same thing". That's funny, because after waiting impatiently for 8 days I expect to get what I paid for! Thanks a lot Jorge and Tom. Completely unprofessional. read more
