I wish I could give 0 stars. Don't come here just go to corporate and prevent extra fees like phone set up fee of $20 when any monkey can set up their own phones. My girlfriend and I were there to get the new iPhones and there's this guys "Sal" who would be better as a security guard, he was no help at all, we were there for hours upon hours trying to understand our payments and our bills before we signed up and he just looked at us instead of helping us understand. Also my friend almost didn't get her discount if it wasn't because the manager intervened and said she actually applied for it, also misspelled her last name. The guy was giving me a headache just looking at his incompetence until finally someone else helped us. But don't even bother, these guys are only out to get your money and try to make their commission, they told us that we "HAD" to have the protection plan for our phones it was obligatory, called Verizon company and they said it was NOT obligatory only suggested. They told us the plan was going to be $60 and it was a lie, I basically had to spend all this time on the phone correcting all the mistakes they made that was making our bill super high. They could care less if your bill ends up being $1,000 a month, all they care is to get you. They are not straight about fees. I wish I read the reviews before I went there. Lesson learnt. read more

These guys are great! Took my iPhone 5S in a few months ago to switch to an 8 Plus - easy peasy. The store is small, but the staff is cheerful, friendly and super efficient, and it's quiet - not a zoo like some bigger places. I also liked that they weren't pushing product, just being helpful (Marlon especially, though the others seem similar). So a few weeks ago I brought in a friend to whom I was giving the old 5S. They wiped it, set him up, explained the new plan, etc. - all at no charge, since he was already a Verizon customer, and they treated him as though he was a king even though he wasn't buying a phone. This is my go-to place from now on, and I'm happy to recommend it! read more

I recently returned from a trip quick out of the country and my iPhone stopped working upon return, it would not connect to cellular, it would only connect to wi-fi. Christopher checked the settings on the phone, all were correct, a diagnostic test was performed and it was recommended he do a factory reset. Christopher took the time to help me back up everything in my phone and did the factory reset. Once reset he restarted the phone and checked to make sure all my info - apps were still on my phone. So far the phone is working a'ok. It's unknown what caused the malfunction. Christopher and his co-workers are very patient, knowledgeable and very nice. Honestly to be straight forward this is probably the worst service I experienced. Considering myself a pretty patient guy compared to most individuals I still found myself disliking this location of Verizon. The story is I called the store asking simple questions about my current contract and about new phone deals. The worker seemed cool at first but I realized that she had a horrible attitude. Maybe these guys are good at selling phones, I don't know. But I've gone into the store three times with questions about my 2-year-old phone, and the people I've spoken with (a different one every time) were entirely clueless about not only how to fix the problem or find the answer, but also how to even go about looking for an answer. This, after waiting 15-20 minutes each time. I don't know how Verizon trains its employees, but these guys can't even help with email issues, voice mail, and notifications about missed calls. That's pretty basic stuff, but they act like my phone is so ancient that nobody on earth could possibly figure it out (it's a Samsung Galaxy S4, very common). We always are greeted by a knowledgeable associate who doesn't oversell products, knows how to fix all of our issues, and answers any and all questions we may have about our phones. Here's a comparison to the service you will receive in the Glendale Galleria Verizon store: My husband and I went to that store because it was too late to visit our GoWireless store last Friday. I was having an issue with my phone and the rep there told me they were "only a mall store", so he wouldn't help at all or even make a single suggestion. He did offer the use of their phone to call Verizon customer service but stated (with a chuckle) that I could expect to be on the phone for 45-60 minutes. The store was empty and the two visible salespeople were standing around talking. My husband needed a new phone, but I refused to do it at the Galleria Verizon. They lost our business.
