Let's be very clear- THIS IS NOT VERIZON. They attempt to lure people into their store with the same color scheme and similar logo, but this is a sad cheap 3rd party dealer that doesn't abide by the policies of Verizon. They will charge you for things that Verizon will give you for free. We tried to return something and the dumpy salesman literally tried to pay us out of his wallet since he tried charges us for something they weren't supposed to. And forget asking them to honor any of Verizon deals, because they wont. No wonder there is never anyone in there store. If I were Verizon I would be ashamed to have these clowns infringing of their customers. Pathetic. read more

This Verizon experience was by far the best I've ever had. Troy (our rep) was so knowledgeable and walked us thru all our options. They were incredibly fast; we switched over from AT&T and had zero issues. Verizon is a bit more expensive but 100% worth it especially now that we have cell service in our house which AT&T didn't offer us. Over all, we are stoked to be back with Verizon and had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend it ! read more

He was able to fix my phone and use as a trade in for my new iPhone XS. I am writing this review because Brandon was not to pushy like previous sales reps I have dealt with. I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon several months ago and purchased eight iPhones. I was told because I was giving them so much business that they were giving me an iPad for free. I Realized today they have been charging me $20 a month for that iPad plus $15 a month data fee for the iPad I did not even want. so I went into the store to ask them about it as I've never used the iPad it's just been sitting at home and they told me if I pay off the remaining balance of $330 then they will give me a store credit for $108 and I give them the iPad back. Brandon is awesome there! His very sweet and very very helpful! I am not a techy person what's so ever, so having someone be patient with me and really walk me through the steps is so awesome and helpful! He answered all the questions I had and once again was very patient. I went in to upgrade my phone and Brandon was not pushy at all on selling me on anything big, which I really appreciate. He let me just do all the choosing and let me decide what I was comfortable with. Since my transfer of data was going to take up to 3 hours, he had let me know that I could go home, call back the store and ask for him, and could walk me through the whole process all on the phone. I placed an order in-store for the iPhone 4S 16GB. The phone had to be shipped so a few days later I checked online to see progress in shipping. The was placed wrong. Instead of sending my 16GB iPhone to my address, the sales rep placed the order for the 32GB (which is $100 more than the 16GB) and sent it to the wrong address. So after this, they informed me that my only options were to either cancel the order, wait 3 weeks, pay re-stocking and re-order. Or, I could spend an extra $100 for the 32GB. Either way, i was out $100... Two weeks later I received an email saying the phone had arrived and is ready for pickup at the store. When we went to pick it up, the phone wasn't there. The sales representative looked in the safe where they usually keep the phones and it wasn't there. He tried calling the Manager to see where the phone was but couldn't get a hold of him. Our only option was to go home at this point. Later that night, I called the store back to see if there was any more information regarding the location of my phone. The sales rep working at the store informed us that the Store Manager Mohammed S. had taken the phone home with him. He said my name was even on the iPhone box. Am I crazy for thinking this is unethical?? I wish I could give 0 stars read more

It took 9 months to finally get the full credit for my phone's trade-in. But I don't care how long it takes, as long as they came through. What I like most about this store is every employee is friendly and willing to help. Ross, Chris, and Rafik go above and beyond to help me with any questions or problems I might have. They provide the best customer service I've ever encounter in my life. As long as Rafik is running this store, they got my business! I have another Verizon store closer to my house, but I'm glad I end up purchasing my new phone from Rafik's store in Mission Viejo instead. I prefer dealing with his people over anyone else. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't be fooled, this is not a Verizon store. It is an "authorized reseller." This location takes advantage of elderly customers and has questionable business practices. Let me tell you my story. My mom went in after losing her iPhone. They told her that they could get her a new one for free; but what they did was anything but free. In fact they ended up charging her more than double what it would have cost to replace the phone. In stead of telling her that she would need to buy a new or refurbished iPhone, they sold her a new 2 year contract with a "ghost line" and sent her off saying it was free. This "ghost line" is another full phone number added to your contract and in a new 2 year deal. So now you are paying for the new phone and $50 for a new line. This makes sense for absolutely no one and yet the manager thinks this is a valid business practice. So now instead of paying $700 for a new phone you are paying $700 for a new phone and $50/month for 2 years! This will cost you about double what it would be to just buy a new phone out of pocket. To make things worse, my mom found her phone and brought it back in to the store a day or two later. The store should have voided her new "ghost line" (they actually have a term for ripping you off!) and taken her new phone back based on their 14 day worry free offer. What they did instead was to take her old phone and send her on her way. So now they stole her old iPhone and kept the "ghost line" active! When I learned of this we went in to question what was going on and what could be done to fix this issue. They were not willing to take any responsibility for this nor return her old phone. The best they could do was to lower her rate under some promotion. Verizon, if you ever happen to read this, you have lost an entire family for life because of this "authorized reseller" that you have authorized to rip off customers. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I called and spoke with Verizon's manager who was also not willing to help resolve the problem. OK; Verizon is that kind of company. Your lack of helping my mom condones the behavior of this "authorized reseller." Wow, Verizon. Just wow. read more

Started out all good, transferring data from one phone to a new one. They tell me it'll be 30 minutes so I went to grab a quick bite and came back. They say it should be ready any minute now, and they say this a couple times. After about 30 more minutes they tell me the transfer froze and nothing had happened this whole time and they got it to go now. So now it's going to take another 30 minutes... Did no one check the phone when they said "any minute"?? Very disappointed for wasting my time for a seemingly simple problem that could've been fixed by paying attention to whether the phone was transferring or not. read more

RAFIK= SAVIOR HE IS SOOOOOO SMART SOOOO SMART. I have had a few issues with my phones/plans/ lost phones. THEY ARE LITERALLY MY SUPPORT SYSTEM. JanJay is very sweet calm, no one here is hyper or rude or unsatisfactory in ANY way. Every other Verizon is just not so good- sorry!! Cross street Santa Margarita Parkway and Marguerite. Every issue I've had- like witching from Android to Apple and back to Apple. THEY WILL WORK WITH 110% so you can get the best deal. I am a verified Verizon customer and this is real experience. When you come in they are warm and welcoming- very uncharacteristic in this Industry because everyone else wants to sell sell sell! They are not pushy and have your best interest @heart. I had purchased a new Kyocera phone at the Rancho Santa Margarita store yesterday. The salesman told me that they do not assist in migration and set up of new phones. I was given the most minimal instructions, payment collected and finished. Except not, the instructions failed to mention the additional app needed, which lead to frustration. When I saw Chris today at this Verizon, customer service oriented store he was able to very pleasantly facilitate the set up of my new phone. I hope his boss puts a gold on his time card and a bump in the pay rate! Much better experience at this location. read more

I have read lots of poor reviews about Victra, Mission Viejo and couldn't believe it until I am experiencing it myself. I was convinced to change to a new phone number in order to get a Free Phone which is a Promotion for an iPhoneSE. Turned out that Verizon disapproved of the deal on the basis that I did not qualify for a free phone unless I upgrade my Plan with an extra $55/month. I was not informed at the time of purchase of the phone only to discover a month later but the Verizon Supervisor promised to honor the credit due to misrepresentation by Victra. I was told to wait for credit to appear in the following months. After waited for three months, Verizon issued a credit for $55 but no further credit will be granted. I now have the option to upgrade or to pay for the phone at $410 (when Walmart is selling $199). The store really pulled a real bait and switch! I could not return the phone after 14 days and was waiting for the credit as promised by Verizon but when they decided to turn down further credits I went to the store to return the phone and Jerry (he claims to be the owner) made me waited for two hours saying that he needs approval from Verizon to accept the return. What kind of business etiquette is this? Victra has the obligation to honor what they sold since they are the one that sold me the promotion which is false! read more

Staff is not knowledgeable. Ported over a couple of lines via online only promotion purchase and received dead sims. Went into this location for replacements and was told they couldn't find my order and would need to submit a new one. I specifically asked if that would affect my promos and was told no. Went home, put the new sims in and activated, and found that he set me up on an incorrect plan, so I immediately fixed that mistake. Submitted my promos and they were both rejected for purchasing at an invalid location (in-store not online)! Have literally been on the phone with Verizon for hours over the course of 2 months to resolve this guy's mistakes and still haven't been able to. Likely switching back to ATT. read more

I recently got my new phone from this location and was having issues with transferring all my information over. The guys that helped me (Ross & Rafik) were so patient, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Since then I have had to make several trips back, as I broke my screen proctor, and then needed assistance to reset my old phone. Every single trip I am greeted with a genuine smile and a friendly hello. Even when they're busy with a customer they will take the time to see how they can assist you.
