The store manager Ross is amazing. I went into this store to get a replacement on my phone screen protector because it was chipping at the edges and lifting off the screen even though I didn't drop it, and I had just purchased it 2 weeks ago. There was a new guy who was very difficult. Long story short, the new guy didn't believe me and refused to replace the defective screen. Ross wasn't in yet. When Ross arrived to the store, he was made aware of what happened and immediately called me to come into the store. He replaced it within ten minutes, no questions asked, and apologized for the rude customer service I received from his employee. Ross made me feel like he would take care of the issue seriously and assured me that I was in the right. Ross's customer service and resolution skills to the problem are amazing. He runs this store like every manager should run their store, with care for his customers satisfaction with the products and services he sells. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. Of course, I would have preferred to have had my screen replaced the first time I went in, but this experience showed me what a wonderful manager Ross is and that he truly will go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Anytime I need assistance with my phone, I come to this location! The staff exhibits some of the best customer service I've seen at a Verizon store. Before coming to this location, I frequently dealt with obnoxious employees who withheld information about charges added onto my monthly bills. I was overcharged and fed up. Now, thanks to the help of Rafik, I never have to deal with any of that nonsense! He's always straight forward and honest with me about pricing and store policy. He's my go-to whenever I have any technical issues with my phone. I highly recommend him if you choose this location! I don't know why anyone would leave a negative review about the employees here. UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST. GO TO A CORPORATE RETAILER AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND HIDDEN FEES. I had the unfortunate displeasure of working with BRANDON. I have never written a review online about anything in my life, but Brandon was so scheming and purposefully dishonest that I am willing to take time out of my day to hopefully save other unwitting customers from making the same mistake that I did by coming to this retailer instead of a corporate location. I went in to open a 4 line military family plan as advertised by Verizon knowing exactly what I wanted. Brandon was the embodiment of every negative stereotype you have ever heard about sketchy used cars salesmen, I had to reign in Brandon's attempts to upsell me no less than five times in the first ten minutes before finally resorting to physically pulling out my phone and showing him the very clearly delineated 4 line plan advertised on Verizon's website before he was finally willing to move on to his attempts to upsell us on the new phones instead. Once we settled on the plan, 2 Iphone XRs, and one Moto Z3 the paperwork began and he asked me to sign a receipt for the costs of the plan that did not in any way shape or form match the Verizon online pricing forcing me to again correct him numerous times before finally agreeing to the advertised plan. Sensing my now obvious skepticism Brandon promised us numerous times that: "There is absolutely no difference in pricing between this Authorized retailer and getting the phones online or at a corporate store, no hidden fees whatsoever." At this point I essentially resigned myself to getting out of that store as quickly as possible and calling Verizon customer care to ensure that I was in fact signed up for the plan I wanted, and that is where I went wrong: Prior to getting out the door Brandon informed me that I owed $276.28 for taxes on the phones due immediately. When I raised an eyebrow at the seemingly high taxes for the 3 phones ($750 + $750 + $480 = $1,980) Brandon "assured" me of two things: 1) The taxes are just state and local, completely standard, that is the only thing being charged right now. 2) It would be the same cost anywhere, and if we have any issues after the fact we could return the phones within 14 days no questions asked for a FULL REFUND. Like an idiot, I swiped my card before asking for an itemized receipt, and when I did ask Brandon gave me a sales receipt showing only the total cost, no breakdown of where exactly those $276.28 in taxes were coming from. Two days later when I finally used my brain and sat down and researched the true costs of these transactions I realized 8% of $1,980 is only $158.40. Brandon apparently had tacked on an extra $117.88 in "Service Fees" after blatantly refusing to disclose this information or provide any paperwork detailing this. These fees, which are completely within the rights of Authorized retailers to charge as long as they are disclosed, essentially break down to a commission for the sales person. After learning this I gave the store a call with the hope of returning the phones for that full refund I was promised and taking my business to a corporate location where I wouldn't be charged a hidden service fee. Unluckily Brandon answered the phone, and when I questioned him on EXACTLY what I was charged $276 for he STILL DENIED that there were any additional fees tacked onto the taxes and then dropped the bomb, very smugly I might add, that I actually would not be able to return the phones for a full refund, because there was actually a $70 restocking fee for each phone = $210, even more than the initial hidden fees! Last fun find after speaking with Verizon: Brandon added $39/mo for insurance for the 3 phones without ever discussing this with me! Conclusion: Unless you want to overpay $120 in commission for front row seats to Brandon's artful display of shady sales tactics and near-magical inclusions of hidden fees steer very clear of Victra! read more

New store manager Ross has been a longtime fave employee of mine there for so many reasons and IMO happy to see him in an even better role! He was wonderful helping my fiancée get a new screen protector a few days ago and made it quick and easy. And today Zach and trainee Monroe were amazing! Went in expecting to spend at least an hour asking questions and getting a new Apple Watch. But it was so quick! And they are so transparent about pricing and very upfront with everything which I always appreciate. I was in and out in about 30 mins and got everything I needed. I won't go to any other location. My children bought me a new phone for Christmas and I needed to have it set up. There were 2 other couples and 3 people working there. Frank told us we would be next in line and we told him what was needed. He said it would be a two minute procedure. He then said he was too busy to help us and we should just change our own simm card. I said that was not a good idea. Then he started helping some other customers who had just entered the store. We continued to wait. When it was obvious he was not going to help us we said we would go to a different store to get the required help. He then ran over changed the cards and said there done. Very disappointed. This was the first time I didn't go direct to a Verizon store be careful don't be misled by the sign. The sales person told me things that weren't true during the purchase. Spoke to the manager a few days later and he was somewhat helpful. Don't bother buying the lifetime glass protector. They lead you to believe you can come to the store and they will replace but that is far from the truth. You have to go to the manufacturers website and pay for shipping. I had the gel before with no issues but had this phone less than a year and I need to replace. The only reason I gave two stars was the manager seemed helpful but the rest of the staff could care less! read more

Holy moly... they don't even know how to do the most basic part of their job! Okay I knew that this was a third-party verizon store so I had low expectations going in, but my goal was extremely simple. I purchased a Samsung HM1300 bluetooth headset from this store, earlier this year. It was $10 more than amazon but I wanted it that day so whatever, easy enough and worked out of the box. I've been happy with the unit. So this week the plastic attachment broke, the thing that connects to the device and wraps around your ear. It won't stay attached to the device because it broke, and so it's quite useless as a hands-free device because you have to hold it up to your ear. So I just need to replace this cheap plastic part. Come in and ask the guy if he can help me with that. He just says they don't have replacements for that available and that I'd have to buy another unit to fix the problem. I respond by saying I shouldn't have to spend $40 to replace a cheap plastic part when the electronic part is undamaged, and asked if he can help me order the replacement part from Samsung or something. He says they cannot order replacement parts for me and "There's nothing we can do. Have a great day." He didn't even look anything up on their computer, and I left wondering why he wouldn't even search for it for me. So I come home, spend 5 seconds on google, and find packs and packs of universal replacements parts online for mere dollars. Bro... customer service is literally your job. The place was dead empty, and you couldn't even spend 30 seconds doing actual work and searching for something in your computer system for me? Disgraceful man. This place used to hook me up, always helped me out when I had a problem, even managed to get me a new phone way before my contract was up. That's when they had the old employees. Now this place is horrible do not go here what so ever. I went in the other day was told 500 for a stupid phone with a 2 year contract thats BS thats the retail price for the phone stupid that is no way under a two year contract. Riley was also incredibly rude to us. It's like if you dont want to do your job then honestly leave. I will NEVER be coming to that store again I rather take my buisness with other Verizon stores who know how to treat there customers. I recommend not going here, they will mislead you with information that is not true. I came in with my gf and we both got screen protectors for our phones because they had a lifetime warranty and the employee said specifically " just bring the phone back in with the protector and we will replace it here for you" so today I went in and the same employee told me that I actually have to mail the old screen into the company they got it from with the old screen in it and wait a week for it to come back which is extremely inconvenient because I could have just got any protector with a warranty for a lot cheaper than $50 online if I wanted to deal with mailing it in and waiting a week if I wanted my screen protector replaced, it's just misleading and a lie and it's wrong. I found it astonishing that as this was happening and right after the employee ( Riley ) had told me the new news, the employee next to me was telling a customer the same thing! To just bring it back and they will replace it ! So I called him out in front of the customer about it and he ended up asking Riley if that was true and then said oh I didn't know that... So apparently they both didn't know it or they never had someone come In for another screen or they both are liars and try to make more commission by misleading people on information that isn't true. I think this is wrong. In addition, 3 months prior to that happening I got an iPhone 6 for me and my gf because they had a buy one get one free deal and Riley said my refund check would come for the 2nd phone in 3 months because I had to pay for it by increasing my monthly bill and he couldn't even tell me when that is coming because now it's been 3 months and I'm expecting that and he couldn't tell me anything at all! He said to look at my email for the tracking number but I never got an email so now I have no idea where this refund check is and he said I'd have to wait 3 days to talk to a manager. Just please do yourself a favor and choose a Verizon store with better reviews because people here will completely mislead you and won't be able to do anything u can't do yourself, also it took him 6 hours to set up our new phones when we had got them which I feel like is just to long. read more

I would give this place a zero if possible. The retailer associate over charged us 200 dollars and we went in on a couple occasions to ask why the bill was so high. Only responds we got take it up to Verizon. We called the actual verizon in which they even called the store. They told verizon that the extra 200 was for bundle of cases and screen protectors that were told to us on the day of purchase are free for getting the phones. Aside from no where on my activation and tax fee receipt is a charge for all that. Very unhappy with the fact that we were getting ripped off even the actual Verizon said that those taxes and activation fees were crazy absurd and happily helped us out with this over charging issue from this retailer. We asked the agent over the phone if they have had issues like this with franchised retailers before and said a couple.
