Then went to the store today to get the repair done and I heard the same gentleman lying to a lady stating that Bluetooth requires internet to work. Strike 2. Not a great customer service. When he went to help me I gave him the details of what I needed to have done and he began working on the phone and then mentioned for repairs its Cash Only. Why would you not say that before you start working on it and when I call on the phone for a quote. I had no cash and this place wasn't worth my time and effort get cash because at that point this place got Strike 3.
