Great service and seemed highly knowledgeable about the old iPhone 4 I was upgrading .

I was looking to get a new phone and wanted the Google Pixel XL. On the website, it was listed as back ordered until March 21st! But, ever the optimist, I walked into the store and asked if they had it in stock. They didn't. But instead of telling me, 'I'm sorry', and trying to sell me on another phone, Navin, the manager, called several other Verizon dealers to see if they had one in stock. He finally found a store that was holding one for a customer, and made arrangements to have it delivered to his store for me. He also called to follow up to ensure that I did get it, and gave me a discount on a couple of items when I didn't ask for one - 'for my troubles' - he said. He went the extra mile to ensure that a customer was satisfied. In between his phone calls to the other branches, I also saw his interaction with other customers and he was always professional, courteous and helpful. If you are looking to go to a Verizon retailer, go to this one. read more

I came in this afternoon with my grandma to get her a new cell phone. We were immediately greeted and help by Naveen. She previously had a smart phone (that she didn't know how to use) so we came in looking for a basic flip phone. He was very honest and helped her get the best deal possible. I Went in for an update on my cell phone, and was helped and assisted by Desean, who was very professional, and courteous. Even though he is going through training - he was diligent, and when he was unsure or needed help from is associates he did not hesitate to ask them for assistance. All & All my experience at this store was great. Desean did his best to take my needs into consideration. I had taken a survey for this young man- and stated that he was very helpful and courteous. What a great experience. I went in to this Verizon store a few weeks ago when my phone was taken from a Von's store where I had dropped it earlier in the day. I needed someone to help me turn on my "Apple Find My Phone" app. I was helped by the store manager, Aaron Gutierrez. His help was amazing. Aaron was able to tell me where my phone was located in the store at that moment. He told us to go to the store and call him so he could set off an alarm. By the time we got there and called Aaron, my phone was on the move. He continued to monitor and set off alarms at my phone locations, as the person who had it kept going to different places. He did this for me for several hours. Eventually I was able to find where the person worked and lived. Mr Gutierrez was way beyond helpful in assisting me to track and help me find the person who had my phone. I appreciate all he did and would reccommend this Verizon Store to anyone. It will be the place I use for any of my communication needs. read more

Super shady. They make it sound like phone purchase includes a couple accessories, but they don't tell you the cost until after they charge your card and you get the receipt. Once you realize the charges, they make you wait 45+ minutes while they try to get a "refund code" from an off-duty manager. I originally thought this was a one-time glitch, but while I was waiting for the refund, I read a couple other reviews that had the same exact experience. It felt like they were purposely delaying us so we would give up and just leave with the paid accessories. read more

My father and I walked into Navines store today with the hope of hoping on a new service plan while using an old phone. He did us a favor, and showed us a better route with new iPhones that blew our minds. We walked in and out within 30 minuets with new plans and new service, not to mention how fast and painless the customer service was. Very straight forward very helpful, I would highly recommend you go straight to this Verizon spot as it truly treated us as guest instead of customers. read more

Exceptional service! I have been a Verizon customer for 15+ years and have had the displeasure of spending many of hours waiting at these stores for upgrades and/or billing issues. Mostly, only going to corporate locations. I came into this store while traveling because my phone stopped working and being that I am a business woman, communicating with clients multiple times a day, I needed a working phone... And fast! I was lucky enough to get Anne as my sales girl. She not only got me a new phone, but she was an absolute pleasure! She went over my bill, jotting a breakdown of it on a folder, got my employer discount set up and was able to get me on a plan that actually suited my needs! She was an absolute joy and I recommend you ask for her if you're lucky enough to go to this store. It was a quick, productive, and a shockingly enjoyable stop! The other reps seemed to be just as helpful. And NO WAITING! Will be looking for more of these premium retailers back home! read more

I came in to this location to help my Mother upgrade her phone from a flip phone to a smart phone. I will start by saying be careful when purchasing at this retailer, we were told that we would not be able to purchase a phone for the full retail price, instead we would have to wait and pay the first months bill along with the equipment protection before we could pay the remaining balance of the device. I contacted Verizon customer service and they had no idea why the retailer would tell us that. Why can't we pay for the phone in the store at the full retail price? Why do we need to wait to pay our first bill, which includes the equipment protection that we can not take off until after the first bill? We were also told that we had only 3 options for activating the phone, starting at 100$ including activation fees and taxes. Taxes on the full price of the phone should have only been roughly 25$ which means they were trying to charge 75$ in activation fees but said it included "free" screen protectors. After questioning the 100$ we were told we they would only charge us just under 50$. If you shop at this "authorized" Verizon retailer beware of sales practices not approved by Verizon wireless. If you want to walk in and buy a phone for the full price, and you don't want equipment protection added to your bill stick with another location. I'm still confused why they told us these false "Verizon policies" other than there is some sort of commission for adding equipment protection and having you pay your first months bill with it attached. This is only speculation on my part as Verizon customer service also has no idea why we were told this. I don't blame the sales person, he was friendly and helpful, I do blame the management and store policies. read more

My original purchase with your agent Ann Bauss was a complete disaster. I advised her of my budget before starting the transaction. Her business ethics in quoting the cost of a new Iphone5s turned out to be invalid. Upon reviewing my contract, I realized the erroneous information. I came back into the store and she assured me that she would follow-up on the various questions I had regarding the new purchase. However, her follow-up never came to fruition. I came back into this location multiple times and on every visit, she confirmed that my concerns would be resolved and that she would escalate my issues to the manager. Again, no further action was taken on her part. I came back into this location to terminate the entire purchase, as I was extremely upset and dissatisfied with the lack of professional conduct, ethics and practices. I was referred by your new store manager named Krysnie to go online to your website "www.gowireless.com" and speak with customer service. On October 9, 2015, I logged onto your website to register my complaint, and spoke to your district manager named Jeff. He was extremely concerned about my dissatisfaction and apologized for my undesirable experience. He made every accommodation to remedy this situation and contacted the store manager and debriefed her. He deserves a five-star rating for his professionalism and genuine sincerity to assist me. He is a testimony on how to remedy an unpleasant situation into a positive one and to retain my business with your company. On the same day, I went into your store and was referred to your agent named Armando. He walked me through the new terms and made this a very smooth and seamless transaction. He, too, deserves a five-star rating. My only reservation is that he assured me that he would call me on the following business day, Monday, October 12, 2015 around 12:00pm to see if he received any new silver/grey Iphone6 covers. Since I had not heard from him, I called your store at 3:18pm. Krysnie informed that an order should have been placed and that she would submit an order on my behalf and call me when it came in. To date, I have not heard back with a status update. Since I have been experiencing system difficulties with paying my bill online prior to my due date (October 30, 2015), I will need to make a trip back to the store for assistance with this, and at which time, I will follow-up with her on the status with the order.
