This place is a total scam. We went in to get my wife a new phone thinking this would be simple. Turns out this reseller runs a total scam job. - Read Below 1. There was a Verizon promo going where you could trade in your phone for up to a $800 credit. Where did we find out about this promo? After we left this place and went to best buy. Turns out this is a national promo (i saw a commercial for it later). Did they offer it? Of course not. They told me there was a $500 discount and didn't tell me that I had to trade in my phone to get it. How did I find out I had to trade in my phone? 2. They flat out refused to give me a price. I mentioned the price of the new phone, $800 and then the $500 discount assuming I would owe $300 and keep my phone. The complicating factor was that they told me they wouldn't get the phone for like 6 weeks (more on this later) so I was trying to figure out what we owed and when. They strangely wouldn't give me a formal price and suggested that I can just pay when I pick up the phone. I pushed back and said how will the person know what I'm supposed to pay when we come in and the sales woman joked that she was always there. I said, regardless, I wanted a written statement of what we owe. At this point they revealed 2 things that they had withheld. Unfortunately this was after they had already tricked us into going through the process of informing verizon that we were using our upgrade. 1. They MAKE YOU PAY $150 for a package of accessories that you could get for way less. Like screen protector, case, plug, cord etc. Half the things you don't even need. 2. I had to turn in my phone, which I determined I could get $200 for if I sold it myself. So, in total, I would end up paying $950 for the $800 phone, get a discount for $300 and have to give them my $200 phone. When we found this out, we left and went to best buy where... 3. We were told that we could get the $800 credit for our phone and, therefore, get a new phone for free. Also, miraculously, even though the other place had told us we would have to wait 6 weeks for a new phone, Best Buy had one sent to our home within 3 days. Unfortunately, they ended up needing to cancel our order from this place, which took a lot of time and effort on their part. Be very wary of this place. There are a million places you can get a new phone. This place seems to prey on older people who are maybe confused as to how this all works and wouldn't push back. read more

I was reluctant to come into the store because I knew it wasn't authorized retailer but I was in dire need of a new phone I came into the store and was promptly greeted by Mark. he said that he would take care of all my needs. He even showed me a cool new thing that they're doing at their retail branch which is called clean and charge where he cleans your phone any charges up your phone. I was so surprised at the hospitality of this location. We went over my plan and we actually found out that I would qualify for a few promotions, and I actually got an iPad with my new phone and my bill actually dropped.
