My wife and I walked into this place with the intent of buying iPhone 11 Pros. The guy working the EMPTY store couldn't even be bothered to look up. No greeting, didn't ask us if we needed help, didn't even acknowledge that we had walked in. We asked where the iPhones were and he pointed without looking up. Had an Excellent experience on Tuesday. My wife and I were hours away from home with a dead phone, bad main board. There was an issue with insurance because of another businesses mistake. I just went to the Verizon store on PCH and was helped by a man named Melvin. As soon as me and my Mom walked in, he greeted us and made sure to give us the best service possible. Great conversation, great person, great experience. He helped us get the best deals as well as inform us on all the the products and options available for returning my old iPhone 6 and receiving an upgrade. Not only is Melvin a fellow Trojan and went out of his way to help us, he is an amazing employee and I highly recommend visiting the Verizon store at this location. So I went in Verizon for somewhat of an urgent issue regarding a brand new phone I had only had for 2 months. It had crashed and wiped out of all my needed information photos, contacts you name it! So Erving assisted me providing great customer service and updated me all about my Verizon account! Earlier that day I went to a location in Redondo shores shopping center and they were useless I don't know how that store is still open. Erving guided me threw my account and helped it be a cost effective and a fast experience. Sean was another great help in the store he also wizzed me threw the process. Every time, they screw up our monthly plan. I went in for more data, then less data. Not helpful. Also, totally lied about a device being added. Misrepresented the price it'd be per month and now locked into a contract. There's no record of this sale on our account conveniently so it's our word against theirs. read more

I have always had good luck in visiting this Verizon store in the past. I got my Galaxy S10+ ordering it on the phone directly with Verizon. When I got it I had no idea where to start. It was overwhelming. I went to this Verizon store and was lucky to speak with Melvin. He was so accommodating and patient. I must have spent close to an hour with him. He transferred everything for me and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He even told me not to hesitate to come back the following day if I had further questions which I did. He was just as good and patient. Customer satisfaction was his main goal and it did show! I just hope he will always be there for me. This was refreshing since you normally don't get customer satisfaction anymore nowadays. read more

I went here to return my note 7 due to to samsung recall. The first thing the guy says to me when I walk in is "You dont have to return it, it's a voluntary recall". Okay, so, my phone could potentially explode and im saying Im here to return my phone and you're telling me that you don't want to do your job? Cool. So I proceed to tell him that I do not want to chance it and he proceeds to waste 30 minutes of my time not knowing the answers to half my questions just to tell me that they are not a corporate store and cannot return my phone for me.
