Great view, great location. Came here for a "going away party" for a coworker. There was about 10 of us around 3pm on a Thursday. We did not have a reservation and boy were we made to feel very uncomfortable about it. Didn't think we would need a reservation for 3pm on a Thursday and it was kind of a last minute decision anyway. Many of us felt like we were chastised for not letting them know we were coming and were even told to call next time.... The place was not busy, besides our group, there were maybe 4 other people in the place. I mean, I can KINDA understand maybe having a reservation for rush hour.. or weekends. And there were more employees working than were in the whole restaurant... so I guess if you are planning on going here to eat... and are in a group... plan ahead and don't go last minute unless you want to feel your business is unwelcome. Let's get to the food: food was decent. Coworkers said pizza was good, I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and wasn't really impressed. There was definitely not enough dressing on my salad and parts of it was very dry. The chicken was actual chicken and not processed "lunch meat" so that was a bonus. Giving 3 stars because I Wasn't really impressed with the service, and being "scolded" for not telling them we were coming and also for my the fact my salad was dry. My daughter, who lives in Spokane, found this pizza place. Her significant other doesn't like pizza but raved about this place. She was excited for us to try it. We got there about an hour before they closed. We really wanted to sit outside but with the 6 of us, they would have to put 2 tables together. The biggest table they have is for only 4. They estimated a 45 minute wait. We passed and decided to sit indoor. Our server was great. We ordered 2 pizzas. If you like a normal crust or thick crust, this place is not for you. Their pizza is made on a very thin crust...perfect if you are watching your carbs. Not as filling as a regular pizza crust but I had 3 slices and was happy and glad I saved on carbs. They make their own lemonade and according to my daughter, it was delicious. This place is definitely worth a try. In addition, if you want to work some of it off, a walking trail is located right behind it with a view of downtown and the river. read more

Ive been here a few times and had good experiences up until recently. Came in alone for an appetizer and a slice and ended up having a friend meet me. The waitress was super annoyed even though I was at a 4 top table and all my joiner ordered was an additional slice of pizza and a drink. After we got our food we literally did not see her again until we had to leave and went inside to look for her. Mind you it had been 30-40 minutes since she last came to the table and we just asked if we could pay and she rudely told us "you're going to have to wait" which we did... another 10 minutes. At this point I was going to be late for work and she finally slammed the check down in front of us, said nothing and walked away. Haven't been back since then. The food is pretty good but who wants to go eat somewhere they treat you like that? Ill find pizza elsewhere. read more

My buddy and I walked over here for lunch because it's normally pretty quick because they have ready made pizzas. When we walked in we had to wait to be seated cuz the host had to check with the waiter even though there were only 3 people in the restaurant. My buddy and I looked at the pizzas while we were waiting so we knew what we wanted. We ordered right when we sat down because we were in a hurry. I can not think of a legitimate reason why it took over 30 minutes to get three slices of pizza that were already made. Granted more people were now in the restaurant, but that shouldn't add to our order time. The waitress maybe checked on us once. This was one of the first places that opened up during COVID as phase 2 started. However, we had a weird experience to start. We originally ordered our food to go, as we planned to eat it at Mary Hill Winery next door. Now that Mary Hill has their own menu, we could not bring outside food, understandably. We then tried to eat at Veraci as they had open seats and were taking customers. However, even though we ordered, we were turned away and said we could not reverse our to-go order to dine-in. We thought this was strange... Anyways, we got the Spicy Tony and Caesar Salad. It was around $38 total not including tip, so definitely on the pricey end. However, this is high quality pizza, definitely better than your traditional take out. They don't skimp out on food here and the pizza was so good! Not too spicy, but had a good kick. The food, the cocktails, the view, and the service were all amazing. I took my best friend here for a birthday lunch. We got to sit on the patio and enjoy their view along with great conversation and delicious food and drinks. The waitress was very pleasant and kept our waters full. I walked in the first time and got greeted and we looked at the pizza and they Hve singles! Which is great! We walked around and then came back, it's close to a lot of shops and places to look at. We decided to sit down and eat for a single slice, but I'm sorry it took about 30 mins to get our single slice. If you want a slice get it to go and eat at home, best option! I was happy to chill and relax but we had some place to be! We sat outside and I sipped on some delicious house wine which is featured on their menu and it was delicious and strong! Veraci is a spot we discovered before we lived here. During the time before COVID, it was a great place to come and have some good pizza in a cozy, upbeat environment. With COVID, it's a great place to pick up a fantastic pizza dinner. They have by the slice and whole. They have some yummy salads to round it all out. We have been big fans of the mushroom, cheese, chicken pesto, and tuscan. We haven't tried the others otherwise I am sure they would be on our list! Definitely would recommend! read more

The view and the restaurant itself are gorgeous. It is also super convenient, we can walk there from the house. It is rather expensive for pizza though. It came to like $53 for breadsticks a pizza and two Caesar salads. The cheesy bread sticks were seriously amazing. The pizza on the other hand was mediocre. They also messed up and put the wrong toppings on the wrong side so my boyfriend wouldn't even eat it. We will be back for a second try at least for the breadsticks and the view :)! Veraci is the best pizza place in Spokane. We order a pizza to-go at least once a week and it is seriously always so fresh and good. Probably too dangerous that we live walking distance from Veraci, but honestly not mad about it. Our "go to" order is always: Amante Di Carne pizza with prosciutto and a Caesar salad. I love that they make their own caesar dressing. Pizzas are also big enough to feed me and my boyfriend and still have leftovers for lunch the next day. Pro tip for ordering to go food - have a glass of wine or a beer next door at Nectar while you wait for your pizza. Or even better, bring your pizza over to Nectar and have drinks with friends! read more

As always, the food was great. The fact that we waited 75 minutes for a table (4 in our party) and then another 15 minutes for our server to even acknowledge us.... Not so great. A reservation system should seriously be considered. While we chose to wait outside for a table (was told 50 minutes), at least 10 or 12 other parties walked in, found out about the wait, and then left to spend their money elsewhere. I am also a bit baffled as to why, as we were being finally taken to our table on the patio, we passed by several tables that were open, empty and clean yet we were told we could only sit on the patio. We had to ask three times to have the patio heaters be turned on since it was October and it was getting really chilly by the time we finally were able to sit down. I would not recommend coming here on a Friday or Saturday night and definitely not if you are very hungry unless you prefer to take out. read more

Enjoyable lunch! Kendall Yards is really not my cup of malt liquor, but at the insistence of my ladies for some dining sophistication, we sampled some nicely prepared wood-fired pie here. I'll always lean to the more traditional side of a pizza menu, but this time I opted for an artisan choice and ordered their Brussels & Bacon. It was definitely interesting. Loved the crust. The flavor combo was good, yet it was kinda different, texture-wise, with the barely cooked sprouts. The ladies went half/half (Luna Rossa/Green Dahlia), and I found myself liking their choice slightly better than mine. Caprese app was nicely plated, but pretty scant for the price. Our server was outstanding. Having only one oven ensures you will have a wait, but she kept us updated, was very friendly, and glasses never were empty. It is a special view here, so paying a premium for the experience was expected. I'd like to try them again, but would prefer a mid-week lunch, rather than a busy Saturday. Interior is spacious with great views. Thin crust pizza fired in an oven. You can taste the char on the crust which I find enjoyable. Slices are available for a handful of pizzas and the rest are sold whole. I like the variety of pizzas they offered and went with their fresh mushroom slice. Cheese to crispy crust ratio was great. I thought that the amount of mushrooms was just okay though. Maybe if they were shaved thinner and covered more of the slice I'd be more satisfied, but I can't knock it too much. Their sauce was flavorful and there was enough of it to actually taste it. Grease drippings on my plate were more than desired, but you can't have good pizza without it being somewhat greasy. We had their hummus plate which was tasty. Fresh veggies, tomatoes and crusty bread. Hummus was legit. It had a strong punch of garlic. Service was excellent. Very nice staff. We were all very satisfied with that amazing crispy but soft and chewy crust and the toppings were more than ordinary - very fresh! After seeing some of the reviews my wife and I decided to give this new to Kendall Yards establishment a go. I also love pizza and always look forward to trying a new pie. Our waitress (Gillian) arrived just after sitting down and was attentive throughout our meal. She was very friendly and not overbearing. We were struggling with our decision of which pizza we wanted. Gillian offered a compromise of doing a half and half. We took the advice and ordered a Luna Rosa and Spicy Tony. The pizza arrived at the table in short order and looked very good. It was even better tasting and each kind exceeded our expectations. The crust was thin and cooked perfectly. The sauce was sweet and tasty but didn't overshadow the toppings. The Spicy Tony side was indeed spicy but not hot. The other ingredients were obviously fresh and the perfect amount was applied. The Luna Rosa was also very good and the Mozzarella was tasty. This was my wife's favorite side. Choosing a side was a bit too tough for me as I thoroughly enjoyed both. If you are looking for a very high quality pizza that just tastes great you should really give this place a try. A whole pie will set you back about $20 or you can purchase by the slice. If interested in dessert I would also recommend the Tiramisu. We shared one and it was also very, very good. We'll be back, sooner than later to try some other varities of their pizza goodness. read more

This is at best a pizzeria masquerading as a low end restaurant. There are a few things that we find important when dining out and spending our hard earned dollars, one being atmosphere the second being the food quality. This restaurant lacks in both departments... The interior finish their cheap artwork very confusing and in the middle of the dining area there is a flat panel TV that awkwardly protrudes from the wall overlooking the main dining area. Uncomfortable seats noisy and cheaply built the atmosphere is certainly not one to enjoy on a romantic or even a date of any sort. As for the pizza we have dined in many pieces that measurements in the area and this by far is the worst we have had. The pizza some cells are rather on creative and uninteresting greasy and so my growth in you can eat an entire pizza and feel like you've may be consumed an appetizer. The flavor of the pizza was completely and remarkable even though we selected the one that sounded like it was going to be rich and appealing but in the end we were only to be disappointed by a flat tasteless rather boring greasy pizza. As far as dining goes I would expect this is more a place where you would see high school kids hanging out however given the overpriced pizza they probably would not be able to afford to eat here. My personal recommendation is to not waste your time trying this place out as we did but go elsewhere to find good pizza perhaps at the Flying Goat or even Fire. read more
