They're deep fried like popcorns (of course slightly bigger in size) I couldn't stop eating it. Those bites are flavorful by itself, but if you dip them in ranch and/or buffalo sauce, I can just eat it all day. I heard the MAC & cheese is good, and so is the burger. We skipped the appetizers, although several sounded tempting. For my entree, I ordered one of the four recommended dishes the Branzino Al Pastor. The sea bass was flavorful and cooked well, and I really enjoyed it. The only downside was that it had quite a few bones. I'd recommend asking for it to be deboned beforehand. Despite the rough start, the food, drinks, and service once we got going made for a very enjoyable meal. I'd definitely come back .
