We stopped by early this Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised that they have expanded the menu from mainly banh mi. The now have Pho and rice noodle dishes. B5 combo is a solid can't go wrong choice. All the protein was cooked well and seasoned nicely. Egg roll was good. Fish sauce is going to be the grey area because thats always personal preference, it was good, but would say more on the fishy side, which my fiance liked. Im used to my moms sauce which is more on the sweeter side. I also got an Vietnamese iced coffee and I will say it is probably the best Vietnamese ice coffee that I've had in thr ABQ area. Its was strong and nice and smooth. It wasn't too sweet. The reason why I say this is the best iced Vietnamese cofee I've had in ABQ is because other places, the Vietnamese coffee is bitter or its not balanced enough with flavor. Instead of a plastic cup with a straw/no straw, it was in a plastic can that you can open like a soda can on top. I disliked how I couldn't reseal it or reuse it. If I wanted to recycle it, I'd have to put effort taking out the lemon wedges, which I did in order to. So, if I had the choice, I wouldn't get those cans. Everything costed about $20 before tip. I think in the future, I'll ask if I can get extra meat and veggies to make the Banh Mi feel more full. The place was also very bright and clean.
