I now have to wait until my nails fully grow out to be able to get a pedicure done again. I am truly disappointed.

Michael did my pedicure and, as expected, he was wonderful. He greeted me, asked what services I wanted, and I showed him my inspiration photos. Unfortunately, once it was decided that Katie would be doing my full set, the experience immediately went downhill. From the moment Michael told her she would be doing the full set, it was obvious she was annoyed and irritated. As a paying customer, that alone was uncomfortable, but it only got worse. I understand and speak Vietnamese, and without realizing it, Katie complained the entire time in Vietnamese saying she didn't want to do the full set, that she wouldn't be able to leave by 7 PM, and that she had plans to go to Tahoe. She was huffing, puffing, sighing loudly, and clearly rushing. Her body language, tone, and attitude were extremely unprofessional and made the entire service uncomfortable. Complaining about a customer in another language, especially when you don't know who understands it, is completely inappropriate. I chose to stay quiet and keep things professional rather than cause a scene. While I do like the style of my nails, the quality of the work itself is poor. The photos show clear flaws such as bubbles in the polish, uneven and sloppy tops, and my left thumb is noticeably tilted to the right. The set looks rushed and careless, which matches the attitude displayed during the service. The total came to $128, and although I'm normally a generous tipper, I tipped $20 specifically for Michael because he earned it. As I was leaving, I overheard Katie comment in Vietnamese about the $20 tip, which was honestly shocking and disrespectful. Katie, I truly hope you work on your professionalism. No customer should feel rushed, judged, or talked about during a service they're paying for. Once I left, the lights were immediately shut off, reinforcing how rushed the entire experience felt. I won't be returning and do not recommend booking with Katie.

My manicure was done by Deana, and she was wonderful--sweet, friendly, and very patient with me since I'm not very experienced with getting manicures. I originally chose a color that ended up being too light for my skin tone, and she was kind enough to change it for me halfway through without any frustration. She also gave me helpful recommendations on colors that would complement my skin tone and shared tips on how to make the manicure last longer. The pricing was reasonable, and the salon itself was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again.

INFECTION CAUGHT HERE!…read more it makes me sad to write this because i've been coming here for yearssssss. i've never had an issue with the service or anything at all it was actually my favorite place. :( unfortunately this past sunday 7/26/26 i went in for a gel pedicure as i usually do but ended up getting an INFECTION. i hadn't gotten my toes done in maybe a couple months i go every 2 or 3 months consistently. mind you ive never had a problem with my feet they have been healthy all my life! after this past sunday i noticed my big toe swelling, painful and red i thought it was an ingrown and ive gotten them before but usually it's not deep so either the techs will dig it out (even tho they're not supposed to) or ill do it cause it's never been a deep or serious in grown for me very minor only. Long story short i went to urgent care because i was in a lot of pain and the PA i saw doesn't believe it was an ingrown but an infection. she suggested i take the antibiotics instead of cutting a huge wound in my toe and there being no ingrown nail since i had already cut the top of the nail and it was not ingrown. i will attach pictures from my doctors visit and my toe. i even took a picture while i was at the salon the show my husband what i was doing that evening. all date and time stamps included in the pics as well as transaction pictures as well. Just be careful that's all, i never thought this would happen to me because ive never got an infection like this before and it could be dangerous for other people or even diabetics. no bash to the people here personally or anything they're all really sweet and friendly but this was sucky to go through..
